I highly recommend Victor at Temperature Solutions. He has installed both the AC and water heater at my house and my experience has been excellent. Recently, I contacted Victoe re warranty questions and he is always very responsive and attentive to my requests. Victor provides great maintenance support even after the initial sale/install is completed.You can’t go wrong doing business with him.

Victor and his team are awesome! I shopped around a bit and found them to have better equipment at better prices. They installed a new A/C system and furnace in my house and everything went smoothly. They were super quick to respond and stop by if I thought something wasn't right (there was no issue, just errors on my end). I would definitely recommend them.

I can not recommend Victor and his team at Temperature Solutions enough! They were referred to us when looking for someone to clean our vents in our new home, a step we thought would be important to take as the winter approached to keep the air we breathe clean and the heating efficient. When Victor came out to give an estimate, he revealed to us by inspecting inside the crawl spaces/attic that the ducts were all in pretty bad shape and really should not be "cleaned," as they'd deteriorate more and make the air we breathe unsafe, something we really appreciated as we know many companies would not miss the opportunity for a quick buck to simply "clean" them as we requested. We know it would be a real investment, but felt it to be very reasonable for all the work being done.

From beginning to end, Victor was a dream to work with. From his very polite and professional demeanor, to the prompt and detailed communication, proposals and scheduling. Victor had his crew, Adolfo and Michael, who were also incredibly polite, professional and experienced, scheduled to come out for a 2-day job beginning early on a Thursday morning, and they were punctual both mornings knocking out the job as promised. They removed all the old ducts and replaced with brand new ducts, all while being very respectful of our home, working with shoe covers, tarping everything necessary and vacuuming/cleaning anything touched afterwards without me needing to say a word. Wow! Just incredible workmanship and positivity from the entire crew and truly, an absolute joy to work with. First night with our new ducts and the heating already feels way better downstairs and upstairs with way less dust in the air!

Do yourself a favor, and do not waste any time or energy looking elsewhere, these guys are a diamond in the rough and simply the best. Thank you all again SO much!

Temperature Solutions did an awesome job from start to finish replacing my furnace! We got a consultation with another company before calling them and after Victor saw our system it was very clear that we was very knowledgeable and new exactly what we needed. The clear communication and easy process was great. We couldn’t be happier.

M.A.C. Installed a new Mitsubishi heat pump system in our 26 year old Cloverdale home, replacing the original, trusty-but-inefficent Goodman gas-elec HVAC equipment in the attic. They did a terrific job- fast, clean, and professional. Excellent and personable team. The price was fair, too. The new HVAC was up and operating just 3 days after I first discussed the plan with them. My only regret is that I wish I'd done it in 2025, before the Fed & State rebates and incentives dried up! I highly recommend M.A.C.

Mike came over on a weekend when my AC shut off. He came over so fast and fixed the part quickly. We had AC right away. He is honest and didn't over charge me to come out on a weekend like all the other companies. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

Mike came recommended to us for a HVAC repair when our AC went out during the hottest part of the year. He responded quickly, communicated clearly, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, fixed our AC unit! We consider ourselves very lucky to be put in contact with him and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services. After being stuck in our attic all morning, he even made time come back by in the afternoon to check on his work! We are already thinking about what we can have come back to do once it cools off. Quite simply, EVERYTHING you would want in HVAC services!

We HIGHLY recommend Mike Canonico's Heating and Air Cond.. Mike was able to work with our schedule and was very efficient with his time. He took care of everything, right down to installing a new thermostat inside. Our old system was 30+ years old and both the A/C and furnace were broken. He thoroughly and clearly explained the different systems available and the benefits of one over another in our two story home. He even climbed up in the attic to check the condition of our insulation (said it was excellent, not trying to over-sell). He came back a couple days after to check up on things and replace two ceiling registers, he let us know that the ones up there before were actually floor registers and were restricting air flow. Now I can stand anywhere in the house and feel the air swirling around me, it's truly amazing the difference. He also saved us $3,000 over a previous quote. Really!!! Call Mike, you WILL NOT regret it!!

Mike was very thorough with his evaluation and explanation of the pros and cons of both the traditional hvac system and the ductless mini splits which we ultimately went with.
Mike and his crew were very respectful of our home as we gave them full access while we were at work. His crew, DJ and Pete were the consummate pros who truly enjoyed and took pride in their work.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience with such a project.

We had a great experience with Mike. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. He took his time to explain everything about the new HVAC system and believe me, we had a lot of questions! He finished the job on time and every day he left the workplace clean. On top of that, his price was the best. We did our due diligence, asked for quotes from numerous contractors, and compared the proposed equipment and material. Mike's proposal was the best and he did a great job.

Mike Canonico and his staff are all knowledgeable and reliable. When planning a deep remodel, I got quotes from multiple parties, but I found that most of the people quoting systems didn't really know what they were talking about when it came to mini-split systems. We ended up with a mini-split in our guest house and a whole-house ducted system with an air-handler and multiple zone in the main house.
I have recommended Canonico to several friends, each of whom has chosen them and been very pleased with the results.

We left a very positive review for this company. At first, Mike was very responsive and did an excellent job. Now, two years later, we have a problem with our system. He sent someone out in July and said he needed to order a part. It is now almost November and we’ve had no help. I’ve called and texted and his response is that we have a complex system. I wrote and asked if that meant it was unfixable after two years? I’ve had no response at all.
UPDATE: a technician finally came out (7 months later!)and said the part ordered was not fixing the problem, fixing it would be $4,000! My husband finally called the manufacturer himself and said he was a technician. The problem was fixed in 15 minutes!! They hadn’t bothered to problem solve it with the manufacturer. We now have a working system thanks to my husband. We were totally abandoned by Canonico. If we listened to him we’d have paid for a whole new system after three years.

John and Paul were very easy to work with. Timely, professional and very helpful as I became familiar with the ductless (minisplit)system. Would recommend this team to anyone and will use Kutz Hvac for my yearly maintenance. Judy P(Oakmont)

John and Paul replaced our old HVAC ducting under our house and they were absolutely amazing! Very efficient, clean, polite, enthusiastic, and provided a great positive experience. Their work was very detailed oriented and they went above and beyond expectations. The company was able to schedule me in for the work very quickly and worked around my schedule. Bill, the owner, is so personable and knowledgeable, which is the reason we use the company to begin with. He has reasonable prices and an amazing team. The office person, Tera, is extremely efficient and always available to answer a call or any questions. We very highly recommend this company! And they’re LOCAL!

We had an excellent experience with Bill Kutz. Our HVAC unit was tricky because it was located one story up on our roof. They provided a reasonable replacement estimate, showed up on time on all occasions and did a great job with the install. Bill and Tera were also diligent about coordinating the final inspection, providing roof access for the city inspector and ensuring that our permit was closed out. Very communicative and responsive group. We highly recommend Bill Kutz Heating & Air Conditioning.
