Bragg gave a fair price for a new 5 ton AC unit and were very professional. What I liked about them most is when I had an issue they came back to make sure that everything was taken care of no questions asked. They stand behind their work which is very reassuring. I will use them in the future.

Bragg was very helpful. They were the only company that I could find to change my gas in wall heater. They swapped it out got it run. That evening it wouldn’t kick back on. They had someone out the next day to fix the issue and my home is nice and warm now. Great customer service, would definitely recommend using them!

I've used briggs in the past and they're very efficient and on time very neat. They also have great customer service. They installed a new water heater several years ago and i've been using their service since to flesh out the water heater. They follow through with all their services to make sure that everything is running properly. Thanks for doing a great job for years

Excellent service! Sean was really helpful in answering my questions and even explained some things about my hot water heater that I didn’t know. Very detailed. I’m a “detail” person, so I liked that. I would recommend Bragg for anyone looking for a great all-around maintenance business!!

Bragg Home Services have been so good to work with. On this most recent event, George came to fix my Gree split unit. He was able to arrive sooner than scheduled. He inspected the system and discovered that it was likely " operator error". He was very kind in telling me I had probably, inadvertently hit a wrong button. I took it like a champ, and promised I would call him if it happens again.
George and Holly get 5 stars and an A+ for providing wonderful customer service.🌟🌟

Another great experience with Bragg. We were due for our annual HVAC check up. Andres Flores arrived on time and was a pleasure. He took the time to explain what he was checking and made great recommendations for us to prolong the health of our system. We plan to use him again for anything we may need.

Andres from Bragg was awesome! They came out for a FREE furnace tune up. This service helped us understand how our furnace works. Big help, he changed our filter and adjusted our setting to increase our heater efficiency and overall life expectancy. Thank you! Our Techs were Jeremiah, Lonny, Sean, and Daniel. They all did amazing and we are extremely happy with their work. They had great customer service and were very professional.

I called bragg Home services because my heater was taking 4 to 5 hours to heat my small home. They came out the same day and found the gas jet was blocked by a spiderweb or dust. They made the repair. I waited four days to post a review just to be sure my heater was working well. I have had no further problems with my heater, and I am very happy with the service, so happy in fact that I signed up for Bragg services.

I have never used an HVAC company before, but after my AC stopped working on a super hot day, I called Bragg. I left a message after hours and got a call back early Monday morning. They booked a time that worked well for me and Tyler came out right as planned. He listened to the unit and knew exactly what was up, had the parts with him and was done in less than 20 min!!! He is amazing! Everyone I talked to was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I’m a customer for life.

I was fortunate to have Tyler arrive on time to do the free once over of my old furnace. I am a new homeowner and this is all new to me. Tyler explained things to me and gave me several different options for a service or installation of a new system. He also left my system in better shape than when he arrived. My home actually is warmer inside and not warming my garage! With a few simple adjustments, I now have a warmer house and a great incentive to replace the ancient twisted HVAC system and get a new furnace. Thank you!

I appreciated the professionalism and clarity of communication that I experienced while working with Tyler and the team from Bragg Home Services. No one loves it when it’s time to order a whole new HVAC system, but all my options were explained in detail and I didn’t feel pressured into anything. I felt confident in the service and enjoyed working with the people on the team.

Bragg Home Technicians are very knowledgeable and conducted a thorough inspection of my 26-year old furnace in our crawlspace and our water heater tank for only $49. The Furnace Propane gas pressure was dangerously high, and adjusted it for our safety. We will need to replace our rusted out furnace and rat-infested duct system. Will cost $12,500 material and labor to replace old system with 40k BTU 80% efficiency furnace + 5 AlumaFlex Ducts.

I contacted Bragg after my furnace stopped working days before temperatures were going to drop into the 30’s. Quick responses, nice people, honest quote and competitive pricing, no annoying overselling, and they were able to fit me into their schedule within a few days. Install went well and my new furnace looks and works great.

Love the customer service of Bragg Home Services. We had a new heating and cooling system installed last year, and the whole service team, from sales to installation, they were straightforward and worked diligently to deliver exactly the system we were requesting. They handled all inspections needed to take advantage of the applicable rebates available to us, and have followed up with scheduled maintenance to make sure the the system is working as promised. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone that needs a new system or repairs to an existing one.

Sean was fabulous when he came to my home to inspect the water heater. He really aims to help and he genuinely cares. Eric installed the new water heater in quick order and he was so efficient. Eric, like Sean, is also very customer service focused. Holly and Desiree in the office are super fabulous and they are both really sweet. Great company. Well trained staff. They put on their shoe covers automatically without being told. Sometimes I felt like they get offended if you have to tell them. You would be the bad buy. They have great prices too. Best decision to choose them. I highly recommend their services
