Recently we hired Inter City to replace the cartridge in our shower. Pan and his colleague went above and beyond to solve our problem. In order to shut off the water to our unit, Pan climbed-up through a drop ceiling and scaled a ventilation system to get to the valve. Like I said, they went above-and-beyond. Moreover, Inner City has provided the janitorial services for our condominium building for the past 14 years. Throughout the years we have had courteous janitors who were not only concerned with cleaning our building but being a part of our community.

We would not hesitate to hire Inter City again.

Inter City has done a number of painting projects at condo buildings I manage in the city. They also provide janitorial services at these properties. All of their work has been completed in a timely and professional manner. It is clear that they take pride in their work. We hired a contractor years ago who didn't show up when they were supposed to and did a poor job of communicating with us, among other issues.
The difference between that contractor and Inter City Maintenance was NIGHT and DAY!!
Inter City showed up on time each day, worked in an extremely professional manner, handled all of the paperwork with our building (a huge deal), answered all questions and communicated the entire time with us. Inter City Maintenance, Inc. did a great job. The 2 men they sent over to repair some trim and repaint our wall were excellent. They did an incredible job with the repairs and were respectful, quiet and left everything in pristine condition when they completed the job. Highly recommend.

Five stars isn’t enough to begin describe the professionalism and quality work of this company. After years of procrastination, we began the task of renovating our studio condo in Lincoln Park. It was important to find someone who was familiar with the building rules and staff in order to have a positive experience. We had interviewed four contractors and Inter City wowed us on every level.

They are easy to reach and always return your call. If they make an appointment with you, they show up. They are friendly, neat in appearance and mindful of Covid protocol.

The consultation was pleasant. Pan was very observant and knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted and had excellent suggestions about what was possible. It was nice that he took the time to explain his background and the business philosophy of Inter City. The estimate was well written in outline and proposed cost.

The workman were punctual, professional and efficient. When I received the schedule of work, it was completed on time and the craftsmanship was impeccable.

Needless to say, after 40 years of owning homes and completing projects large and small, the crew of Inter City just knocked our socks off and made our city space a home.

From beginning to end, I had a really great experience with the team. I decided to update my kitchen and not be happier with the outcome. The level of detail from the team was appropriate to ensure the perfect output.

After a previous contractor quit our remodel project unexpectedly -- with much detail work left undone -- we were fortunate to find Inter City. (They were recommended by our building engineers/maintenance team.) Inter City went above and beyond -- not only completing work that was left unfinished but also fixing things that were done incorrectly. The attention to detail was off the charts. Lastly, the team we worked with (Tosi, Ilias and Augustin) were friendly, super nice and very professional. A great experience all around and we're happy to say our remodel is now officially finished!

Inter City did some pretty major renovation for me and finished everything a week early to plan! I'm talking about: DEMO of the whole kitchen, a few walls, and flooring throughout... INSTALL of flooring & molding throughout, as well as kitchen must-haves (cabinets, backsplash, appliances, faucet, plumbing, lighting)... BUILT a new soffit... ADDED or moved some HVAC and electrical (lighting, outlets, switches)... PAINTED throughout (ceilings and closets, too). Pan is a man of his word, no games. Everyone worked hard. Thank you Inter City - I love my new pad!
