I highly recommend Intercity Maintenance! Working with Tosi and his team was an excellent experience from start to finish. They were easy to communicate with, incredibly responsive, and delivered outstanding results. We undertook a full remodel of all our bathrooms and kitchen, along with updated electrical fixtures and a fresh paint job throughout. Despite a tight timeline, the team exceeded expectations with their speed, efficiency, and attention to detail. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew to bring our vision to life.

Tosi and his crew did an wonderful job installing the kitchen design for my client. They were very easy to work with and understood my vision. I highly recommend them for any remodel. His crew was easy to communicate with and would facetime me with any detail install questions. Lovely to work with!

Inter City Maintenance did an amazing job installing a new floor and painting my walls. The customer service with Tosi and his crew is like no other you will experience. And you can relax because you know they are doing things the correct way. In fact, they are remodeling my bathroom now.

We highly recommend Inter City Maintenance. Tosi and team do great work + are easy to communicate with. We cannot believe the transformation, our expectations were exceeded. They went above and beyond with everything. They work in a professional manner which involved taking extreme care with setting up the workspace to ensure minimal dust/everything was clean and they were great about checking in as they progressed with the project to ensure we were happy. Additionally, it’s important to note that the team does a great job partnering and communicating with building management on your behalf which helps to take a load off. Lastly, Tosi has many trusted partners which helps with selecting top tier items for things like cabinets, carpet, and glass/shower doors. We will definitely be using the team for future projects and hope others do as well!

Tosi and his crew renovated the two bathrooms in my condo and were phenomenal (this review is part 1). During renovations I was able to live in my condo which is usually a nightmare but Tosi and his crew were able to keep the condo clean and livable! When it comes to Intercity’s craftsmanship and work ethic, however, they are top notch. They took a very underwhelming bathroom and made it stunning. Intercity delivered a bathroom that conformed to my every request and I couldn’t be happier! Intercity is the contractor I plan on using for all future condo renovations. Tosi and team were phenomenal.

We originally approached Inter City Maintenance after a referral from another happy customer. We worked with Tosi to add a second bathroom in our basement, and remodel our kitchen. Tosi and team were perfect professionals throughout the process. Tosi provided a detailed breakdown of what decisions we would need to make, and which purchases he would be responsible for. Tosi’s team were a pleasure to have at our home throughout the project. They excel at pointing out considerations that we had overlooked, explaining our options and providing recommendations. The quality of work was excellent. Our home is from the late 1930’s, and on several occasions they had to employ creative solutions to the unforeseen challenges that an older home can present. I plan to work with them for all home projects in the future, and would also recommend them to anyone for a project of any size.

Inter City did a complete remodel of our loft/condo, including the kitchen, lighting, electrical, doors and two primary bathrooms. Tosi and his crew were perfect. We live out of state and Tosi used FaceTime for updates and to communicate with us on a daily basis. We truly felt like his attention to detail and workmanship were without parallel. Tosi treated our home as if it was his own and made excellent recommendations throughout the project. They were on-time, on-budget and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Tosi and his team. Tosi and his team were great to work with. My condo downtown was virtually totaled from water damage. Tosi worked with me by going through the insurance claim and the estimate to come up with a fair price. He and is team were professional and considerate throughout the renovations. Tosi worked with me to find the right kitchen counters and also made some excellent aesthetic recommendations that really modernize and improved my place of living. 100% would use Tosi and his team again for any construction needs.

The booking experience with Martha was wonderful. Al the handyman assigned, showed up on time and was polite, knowledgeable and professional. Next steps; quote and set up appointment for repair. Highly recommend!

I called before 8am today and spoke to the receptionist and she explained how things worked with there services very friendly. The person who installed my door was on time very knowledgeable and did what I needed in a timely matter. Will definitely use again. Very happy with this company A+ Thanks !

Andre Radway was warm, friendly, and professional. He did a great job. He answered all of my questions and offered solutions. I will definitely hire him again for a future projects!

Andre appeared on time and was extremely professional and kind. He treated my time with respect and kept the time needed to a minimum. Expecting to do more business with Ace and Andre in the future.

Brandon Hubbard repaired and painted the drywall where two anchors pulled from the wall creating large holes in the drywall. Also, he repaired two double doors that were scraping together as a result of a contractor's reinstallation of the doors. Brandon was knowledgeable, capable, efficient, friendly and I was kept informed of the issues relative to the repairs. I would hire again.

Andre did a great job in installing a new task light over my kitchen sink. The fixture I bought did not exactly match the old one but Andre was able to make some adjustments and the new LED light works great. He also was able to stabilize the wooden frames that my storm windows sit in and caulked around the windows, was able to right-size and stabilize a tv that had been knocked out of its pedestal, reattached my stereo speaker wires, and was able to remove a lightbulb that had broken off and was jammed in the socket. It was great working with Linda on the phone as well and I appreciated the call confirming my appt as well as the text updates of Andre’s arrival time. I am very pleased and will definitely use Handyman Matters again.

Our toilet broke and leaked, leaving a soft spot around the toilet. While we were replacing the subfloor, we took it as an opportunity to upgrade from linoleum to tile. I began the process of searching online for the right person to do the job. I found Handyman matters through Google and put through an online request for a quote. Linda White called me back right away. From the beginning of the process, Linda White was so helpful on the phone guiding me through the process. She obtained very detailed estimates for us so we could compared to other vendors. She facilitated getting detailed material lists so that we could be prepared for the handyman to come out and begin work. The handyman that came out did great work and actually took a lot less time than was estimated so the cost was less than we had planned for. We had one small issue that we saw and let Linda know. The handyman was back at our house within a few days to correct the issue at no additional cost to us. I really liked the policy of time and material charges. Finally, the handyman himself was very respectful and courteous. We have a no-shoe policy in our house and he didn't hesitate to put on the booties whenever he returned to the house. We had purchased something incorrect so he told us exactly what we needed and even gave some aesthetic perspective that turned out great. We will definitely use Handyman Matters again for our next home improvement project.

I am completely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from Handyman Matters. The General Manager, Ted Sparrow, came to my house to provide an estimate on a small project in my downstairs bathroom. I was impressed with Ted's knowledge and expertise so much so that I asked him to provide me with an additional estimate on our upstairs bathroom, where we are planning a gut remodel. After our meeting, I explained to Ted that I needed an estimate fairly quickly as we were looking to have the work completed relatively soon. He assured me I would have an estimate by the end of the week (the appointment was on a Wednesday). When I did not hear back from Ted, I emailed him on Monday to which he apologized and sent me an email telling me in no uncertain manner that I would have the estimate the next morning in my mailbox before I woke up. Needless to say, no email arrived. When I followed up again, Ted told me he was surprised as the "office" should have sent it out and he assured me I would have it that evening. Nothing arrived. Although at this point I was not planning on using Handy Matters (as I assumed this would likely show up in their timeliness on the job), I followed up the next day to make a formal complaint. Linda, whom I had worked with from the beginning, was as professional as she had always been and told me she would speak to the owner and get back to me. Sure enough she called me back and told me she had talked to Ted and I would definitely receive the estimate by 6pm that evening. Well--that was two days ago and still nothing.

Although I can not speak to the quality of their work, they are clearly a dishonest company that is willing to say anything to make their customers happy--but this is all smoke and mirrors and outright lies. Had they merely been honest with me--told me they were backed up, too busy, etc. I would have been fine--but to repeatedly lie and make false promise after false promise--this in my opinion is not the sign of a company I would ever do business with or recommend someone do business with.

Al was great! Very professional and personable. He installed the handrail with great care. He patiently answered my questions. I will definitely call on Al for the next job and have already referred him to friends.

We were experiencing problems with one of our toilets. We didn't think it was leaking but happily, Elmer, our craftsman proved us wrong. We were happy deferring to his expertise AND yes, the toilet was leaking, an essential piece had rusted through. Yikes! Elmer, not only proved to be an excellent diagnostician, he is an excellent repair person. I appreciated how he informed us each step of the way. Thank you, Elmer and Ace Handyman Services.

We used Ace Handyman Service for some drywall repair and painting at our home. The team helped us schedule the work in a timely fashion and finish the work on-time. We were very pleased with and would recommend Ace Handyman Services.

Recently had them come make repairs on a number of things before selling my condo. They were very knowledgeable and quick in their work (took about half the estimated time) and relatively cheap if you purchase the parts beforehand. Martha was extremely helpful on the phone in setting it all up and Ed was awesome with the repairs. Will be using them again in the future.

Charles was very responsive and knowledgeable, and our serviceman Ali was extremely helpful. Both of them helped me understand what could use fixing in our new condo, and they were generous with pricing too. Overall great experience!
