Brandon was very professional and did an excellent job. He arrived when he said he would, listened attentively to what I wanted done. I had previously bought all supplies needed and he started right in after telling how long he anticipated the various tasks would be completed. I was able to leave for a store run, while my husband stayed at home, and when I returned he was well into the job. I needed the front storm door repaired after a previous carpenter installed the framing around the front door and put the storm door out of alignment. Brandon took off the panel that was the problem and corrected the misalignment, before installing the replacement panel. Then he installed a new window sill and framing around the upstairs window and repaired the damaged sill in a main floor window. He took all the debris out to my trash bin and cleaned up the entire work space. I am super pleased with his work.

I’ve never written a review, but felt compelled to after my experience. From the initial phone call with Linda, to the amazing work from Ally with my kitchen sink and bathrooms, I’ve never had such a POSITIVE experience. Not just great work, but KINDNESS from everyone. I had all old (and rotted) pipes, and the work wasn’t easy. Ally was determined to make everything right. He is such a skilled and hard worker, I highly, HIGHLY recommend! THANK YOU!

Ordered a Murphy bed from Wayfair to create a guest bedroom in my small apartment. After a failed install attempt with the Handy app, called Ace Handyman service. They requested the assembly instructions and sent two installers to handle the job. I had to wait a few days to get on the schedule but it was so worth it. The installers were professional, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. First class experience from start to finish. I have used them before and will continue to call them for jobs I can not tackle alone.

Finding ACE handyman service has been a godsend! Andre is fantastic. He has taken care a variety of projects, (repairing storm damage to ceilings, installing 3 ceiling fans, repairing windows, repairing bathroom tile) in an incredibly short time. He shows great initiative in solving problems and is a very nice person to interact with.

Andre from Ace handyman was great. He replaced kitchen cabinet hinges and installed soft close mechanisms. It was technical with regard to specific door hinges in different locations. He knew what different hardware parts that I needed to order. He was very helpful, friendly and professional. I plan to use Ace for additional services from Andre.

I’m so pleased with Ace Handyman services. I originally called to have my bathroom vanity top replaced, bathroom shelving and a tv bracket installed but unfortunately the vanity top install was delayed twice due to damage from Home Depot’s delivery. Jerrod completed the other requests perfectly and was very timely and efficient. When Home Depot finally delivered the top undamaged Jerrod was able to pick up the vanity from Home Depot, and arrive at my home to install it with no problem. He did a wonderful job! Jerrod is a skilled professional, prompt, polite and followed Covid protocol. Linda, the office manger at Ace was truly a pleasure to work with. She facilitated all of the work requests so efficiently and professionally, and always communicated the status and followed up promptly which I really appreciated. I’m very pleased with the work! I will always call Ace! You should too!

Our new house had a handful of electrical items that needed a professional look, faulty GCFI's, wonky switches, half working plugs, plus installing a fan in our vaulted ceilings. While we are pretty handy, we worry about funky electrical set ups. We were originally quoted for 4 - 6 hours worth of work but the amazing tech, Abraham, managed to complete all the tasks in less than 3. This is a great service when you have a handful of small items you need knocked off your list. We would certainly use Ace again.

This was the single best experience I've had in general home repairs.
Andre was courteous, efficient, versatile, detail oriented and, if that is not enough, also a craftsman! He assisted with an issue requiring carpentry skills as well as a plumbing repair. I highly recommend doing things the easy way: call Handyman Matters.

I am very impressed with the services of ACE Handyman. This is my first time using their services so I wasn't sure what to expect. The person assigned to manage the project was easy to communicate with. I really like the app that is used to dispatch the technician. It tracks the project through completion. The technician was easy to work with and pointed out a few issues that we may want to address. He did a great job and I appreciate the quality of the finished product. I would definitely use ACE handyman in the future.

I had a door frame that needed to be replaced urgently because the door wouldn’t lock. I was in contact with Charles on a Friday at 5pm and he had someone out to replace it by Saturday at 8am! Roger got the job done quickly and efficiently and everything looks great. Not to mention Charles and Roger were extremely polite and respectful. Definitely recommend!

I had Ace Handyman Services visit to install some wireframe shelving and fix a few odds and ends throughout my condo. The end result was very good, with all problems solved and the shelving result very nice. Three things did need further adjustment after the handyman left, but Ace agreed for him to come back (20 minutes) at no cost--thank you for backing up your service! Total price was better than alternate solutions I had considered. My only concern was that the shelving wasn't perfectly centered, but in closets, not a big deal.

We hired Ace to perform a tile floor repair. The tradespeople were prompt, courteous, explained everything up front, did a GREAT job on the repair and finished early. Super easy to work with. The communication was great before, during and after. Highly recommend using them.

Robert was punctual and did a good job. He was there to re caulk my shower. He alerted me that there may be an issue down the road given that the mold returned so quickly after having been recaulked 8 months previously. Very happy with the service.

Ace Handyman Services completed a bathroom remodel. They did a beautiful job, were reasonable priced, and had great communication throughout the project. I will definitely be using them again for future projects!

I had to write a review regarding my experience with Ace Handyman. Sergio, the handyman, came to install three cameras outside of my home. He arrived early about 10-15 minutes earlier then the time he was supposed to arrive; however, he called to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived and was friendly,
pleasant, accommodating, and very professional.

Martha, who scheduled the appointment for the service was as professional, pleasant, and accommodating. You cannot go wrong utilizing their services!

I needed my Exterior door replaced and a new door installed. Ace Handyman services provided great customer service and better pricing than local competitors to do the same project. Abraham was very professional, detail oriented, efficient and overall this was a great experience. I will be contacting Ace for all of my future Home repair needs.

Jose of Ace Handyman patched some drywall in our basement ceiling. (There were holes in the drywall because a plumber had to replace all the pipes in the basement ceiling.). Jose did a great job repairing the drywall and painting the new drywall to match the ceiling and walls. He also replaced a latch in our back door and two gutter downspouts on our garage. He was very professional. He arrived on time. He was very pleasant to work with.

Andre alerted me when he was on his way and arrived right on time. I had railings going down to my family room repaired and reinforced. No doubt the railings will provide that extra support we need. I also had thresholds installed to cover the gaps between the ceramic floors and wood floors. He left the work areas neat and clean. He wore an N95 mask the whole time he was here. I would definitely ask for him again for any carpentry work. Bravo to Martha for doing a great job finding this pro.

Al was great. He quickly took care of my problem, then asked if there was anything else he could do since the original project only took about 20". It was great. He helped me to replace the shelves I had to take down in order for him to move the washer. Very helpful!

The repair man was professional and punctual. No complaints about the actual service. However, the customer service call to schedule the work and the given estimate was not very accurate or communicated poorly. Was quoted $200 for the first hour and $35 (or something close) after that. Mentioned materials not included.

Repair man arrived 8:24am and left 9:25am. Almost exactly 1 hour of work. No idea why I was charged for 2 hours. CS did not mention a $75 service fee.

This is not the first review where the customer is complaining about hidden fees or being charged more then what was stated by CS. ACE has replies for those reviews but at some point it's on them to be more accurate with their pricing.

From start to finish, these guys did a nice job. Martha was very helpful in putting together the rather long list of what we needed done and getting a written estimate sent out to me. The craftsman arrived on time, got the materials purchased and work done efficiently, and he cleaned up afterword. We will certainly hire them again, and we recommend them to others.
