We hired Inter City Maintenance for a large infrastructure project at our 740-unit condominium building, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Working with Tosi and his team at Inter City Maintenance was a refreshing example of what we expect from a best of class contractor: clear communication, proactive planning, project oversight and real accountability.

They followed best all practices we require in a major GC: transparent billing, tight coordination with our management team and infrastructure committee, very timely progress updates, and strict adherence to safety standards and city codes. Submittals were handled professionally, site work was clean and well-managed, and every deadline was met or exceeded.

What truly stood out was their responsiveness and ownership of the work: no cutting corners, no excuses. They stayed on top of inspections, worked with 3rd patties and the city, handled change orders responsibly (they were legit), and made punch-list so closeout painless and well documented.

Tosi and his crew were FABULOUS and extremely detailed and a joy to have in my home. In addition to painting, they pointed out minor things that they offered to fix. They were on time every morning and cleaned up well every day before they left for the day. Took them 6 days to complete the project.

My friend who just purchased a house had a plumbing issue and had no one to call. I sent a text to Tosi to see if he could help and he was at my friend's house 2 hours later and fixed the problem. Inner City Maintenance did a 10/10 job on my home. They were easy to work with, fairly priced, and extremely skilled. They fixed a major plumbing issue, fixed leaks, repainted numerous things, regrouted/calked a shower, and did a bunch of odds and ends. This company is the complete package for all your maintenance needs. The brothers were outstanding.

They had our kitchen completed in 11 days in perfect condition. Our kitchen is beautiful! Their customer service, knowledge and attention to detail can’t be beat. Their price was extremely reasonable too.

I was under a tight deadline to move into my new home. Tosi and his team were able to help me to get my walls and ceilings patched and painted. They took time to cover the floors, communicated well and neatly cleaned up.

I cannot recommend Inter City Maintenance, Tosi, and his amazing crew enough. It started out with a bad leak from a horrible job my previous contractors had done on my master bath shower a few years back, so I called Tosi in desperation once I realized what was happening and the damage/mold done to my house (neighbors had recommended him to me). He showed up at my doorstep almost immediately and has been there with me every step of the way over months of temporary stop gap fixes, insurance back and forth, and now finally with his best crew demo-ing and renovating my entire bathroom. I had to wait a couple months for his best crew to be available for the job but it was well worth the wait to make sure the guys doing this are competent and taking the utmost care with doing it properly. I have been impressed with Tosi since day one and with the guys (Agustin and Ilir are amazing) since they began the demo. They have all pointed out what should have been done by my previous contractors and have been 100% correct on everything! They have been extremely professional, meticulous with the work product they produce and take immense pride in their work. You can tell they want it to be perfect and will stop at nothing short of making that a reality. After having extremely poor experiences with previous contractors I am beyond appreciative of the care and effort the guys and Inter City Maintenance takes to ensure the work is high quality and done to my liking. I am so grateful and pleased to have my bathroom finally renovated properly with high quality workmanship and a peace of mind.

Inter City did an excellent job with renovations at our new condo and worked well with our designer. We did a complete remodel of the master bath, and they went above and beyond building us our new bathroom... it's so gorgeous!!! Incredible Kitchen Remodel and House Painting!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Tosi and his team for our kitchen remodel, along with a full house painting, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results! This was our first time doing a major home project, and Tosi made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He guided us through each step of the kitchen remodel, ensuring we were happy with every detail and taking extra time to explain things we hadn’t considered.

Converting our outdated bathtub to a walk-in shower was an excellent experience with Tosi and his crew. Tosi knows every aspect of a project and is very detail oriented. He even went shopping with me to make sure that the products I selected were right for the job. The two technicians were very experience and efficient. They completed the renovation in only seven days. Chelsea checked in with them and with me regularly. We would not hesitate to use this company in the future or to recommend them to others.

Inter City Maintenance just finished a major renovation of my kitchen. They exceeded my expectations. (Two photos below of the old kitchen and two of the new kitchen.) Tosi was great to work with. He kept the project on track and on budget. He provided me with the support I needed and was responsive to my questions. He worked well with the building’s management office and maintenance team. His team of electricians, plumbers, builders and painters all were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They were incredible to work with. 10/10 would recommend Inter City Maintenance to anyone and everyone! We had the best experience working with Pan, Tosi and their crew. They did such spectacular work to completely renovate our condo (bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, new floors, the works!). They are honest, hard working, competent, kind and friendly people who delivered an amazing product. We've been in our space for close to a year now and we are still so happy with the quality of their work. They are very detail-oriented professionals who took care of everything throughout the entire renovation process and made sure we were happy with everything. We will hire them again for any future needs.

I have not been inspired to offer many reviews, other than occasional comments about dining experiences, but the level of service and quality of work of Inter City was so extraordinary that I couldn’t wait to offer praise.

Several units in our 20-story condo suffered damage from leaking risers, which resulted in a significant level of mold forming behind the walls. When Tosi, the owner, was contacted to assess the level of damage, he responded immediately, examining the walls and taking extensive moisture readings … then very quickly providing a detailed proposal for how to best address the problem. His prices were reasonable and timeline both responsive to our concerns and respectful of each unit owner’s availability, and his crew commenced work within days.

Drywall had to be cut away in my unit, which required that I clear a 6ft square space in front of the areas to be worked on, in my case, two rooms on either side of a saturated wall.

What looked like damaged walls from the outside, was completely covered in mold when they opened the drywall.

All work was performed inside tented enclosures, so dust and all contaminated work product was completely contained.

They then patched and covered the newly installed drywall, applied primer where needed, and left it to dry. All of this was done in one day.

The next day they returned and sanded the primer, then the tents were taken down and the area was vacuumed and wiped down, leaving no trace.

They then purchased paint to match the color of both walls perfectly, repainted the walls and the ceiling, moved furniture, and wall coverings back into place, and were gone by 1pm, leaving the areas looking as though no leak had ever taken place. Both rooms looked better than they had ever looked in years.

I would not hesitate to recommend these people to anyone needing home repairs of any sort. The workers are courteous, and conscientious and inordinately capable!

Tosi and the team were terrific! Upon moving into my new condo, I asked if they could paint the entire unit. It was easy to schedule the painting and select the colors. Timing was perfect, because they came the following week and finished in 3.5 days. Their attention to detail was outstanding, the quality of the work was great, and they even helped me move my furniture around. They went above and beyond throughout the process, and I will call again when I have a new project. I'll add pictures once I unpack, because they really did a great job!
