I have used Watson's several times and they have always came immediately to assess the issues with my HVAC. They were very knowledgeable and always had the answer for what needed repaired or replaced. I have also encountered several of their technicians and they are all very polite and respectful and explain everything very thoroughly. I will call on Watson's the next time I am needing HVAC help!

I would definitely recommend this company. The 3 guys who installed the system were very knowledgeable and respectful. And the guy who delivered all the parts. They answered all of the questions that I had and cleaned up their mess before leaving.

My HVAC was freezing up all summer & it’s been miserably hot. I called Watson Heating & Air & they came the next day!! Ribert fixed my unit & didn’t charge me near as much as I thought it was going to be! He was very nice & knowledgeable!! And my unit has been working better than it probably has ever worked!

I manage an apartment building. The tenant notified me that the A/C was not cooling. I contacted Watson’s and they were very quick in responding to the call. They were very efficient in sending out text notifications of whom the Technician would be and expected time of arrival. The problem was solved quickly. I would recommend this service.

I called Watson and they were there within an hour and had my problem fixed in 15 minutes or less. Very good service very friendly. I would highly recommend them for my heating and air.

I really enjoyed dealing with this company. They are professionals and knowledgeable. They arrived on time. They text and keep you in the loop and answer any questions you might have. Customer care is quality and I would recommend them to anyone.

5/13/2023.. Update..I would give ten stars if I could. We had an issue with our unit, it stopped cooling. They were out within 2 hours, on a weekend, 7pmish and took care of it. The tech new exactly what happened. He got it cooling again but still wasn't satisfied with what he had done but didn't want to keep us from doing what we needed to do. He said he would come back and fine tune it more. Today 5/16/2023, his partner came by to check and put the final maintenance on it. They are super nice and accommodating, customer oriented. I had forgotten they were supposed to come back, but they didn't. Stellar customer service!!!

We had a situation that occurred late Friday night. Our air conditioner unit stopped cooling. I took a chance and contacted Watson heating and Air. They returned my call and, after a conversation, they were able to set up an appointment the following Saturday morning. The young man arrived, examined the situation and resolved my problem. This young man was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The repair was done and the cost was reasonable. I highly, highly recommend Watson heating and air for any HVAC need.

The technician, Tyler, was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Not only did he explain everything he was going to do, he also took the time to answer all my questions. As for the job itself? It was all done correctly. I'm completely satisfied with their services and would definitely call them again.

Our AC went out the night before we left for vacation. Watson Heating and Air was recommended to replace our old unit and I'm glad we chose them!
They were able to install the new one quickly. Alisha was so kind and answered all of my questions. The installers were professional, knowledgeable and explained things we needed to know. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with HVAC problems.

Excellent service! Tyler came to my home, installed my new thermostat without a fuss and cleaned up before he left. There was a small scheduling issue but it was resolved quickly and efficiently by dispatch. I'll definitely be calling them again.

Our A/C unit went out June 12th 2025. Because of the time of the year all A/C contractors were extremely busy and unable to get to us between 10 to 20 days out.

Finally,

On July 2nd we contacted Watson's and they could get to us the next day July 3rd. Their quote for an entire new system was very reasonable and we jumped on it. Tear out/New installation took one day. Great service and very professional installers. Thanks to Matt, Bryce and their entire staff.

Watson Heating and Air are absolutely the best. My Uncle’s heat went out on a cold snowy morning. I called they were at his home and had his unit fixed with in a couple hours. They text to let you know that they are on their way. The technician was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone that is in need of heating and air service. Very happy with Watson. It was easy to request and setup the appointment (same day!) and Peter, the tech, showed up on time, and was polite and knowledgeable. Also, there were no attempts to sell any continued maintenance or inspection services. I will definitely use Watson again should the need arise.
