Watson was a pleasure to deal with. Had cooling issues and they returned my call after I sent a form after hours. Luckily there was a cancelation and they moved me right into it. Tech was prompt and quick to find the solution. I don’t have anything bad to say about my experience.

HVAC finally died after 20 years and numerous repairs. This happened on a Friday night. Sent Watson a message on Facebook and they responded Saturday morning. They got everything setup and had replaced my entire system replaced by Tuesday. They were also about 3k cheaper than a quote I had received a year prior from another company. All around I couldn’t be happier with their communication and work they performed. I’ll be using them from now on for all my HVAC service needs.

The technician who came today came earlier than scheduled and were able to diagnose and fix the issue within 5-10 minutes. Our unit is working as it should and I am glad I called and was able to get speedy service. I called and within an hour they were at my house.

I am very very happy with Wilson Heating and Air. I highly recommend them. The tech was great,he explained thr problem and explained how to keep it from recurring.
He also showed me how to program my thermostat for more efficient heating and cooling.

I will definitely use Watson Heating and Air Conditioning in the future.

Taking pictures of someone else's mold in their attic and saying it was in my attic.
Now if they sent me a copy of the pictures I would have believed it could have been my attic maybe. They showed me a picture of of the drain but they were not in my attic long enough to take the pictures they showed me. I requested they send me the pictures 4 times.

Seasonal follow up inspection of my heating and air conditioning system was good . Some issues were brought up like surge protection for the system by the serviceman which does make alot of sense considering the cost of a new unit. Comfort Heating and Air is reliable.

Matthew was super great. He explained what needed to be done as well as offered alternate plans on getting the repairs done.

Had an appointment time of 10-2pm showed up later without even calling. Set in the driveway an hour after he looked at the heating unit. Over priced, over exaggerated the repairs wanted to run all new duct work that wasn’t needed.

Excellent overall experience. Our initial tech Ryan was very polite and helpful even on a 9:30pm call! Ryan our systems sales guy worked to get us a fair price. He wasn’t pushy at all. He also went above and beyond to find a gap in the schedule to get our system installed quickly. Finally, Chris and Steve our install techs were super polite, quiet workers and had a great attitude. They kept us updated during the install and did a thorough walk through of our new system. Great job overall and happy we chose Comfort!

Ryan showed up on time and was very efficient. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. He gave me quotes on several things I was wondering about. Pretty painless!

The young men who installed my Carrier HVAC were superb craftsman and a refreshing reminder of what it means to be professional. And it was an ugly wet/snowy day. Day 1…so far so good! No reason for quotes next time, you’ve earned my loyalty.

Updated July 7, 2025. Comfort came and did the semi annual service that comes with the membership I enrolled in. He said one of my outside units needed cleaned and I paid $600 for that. It’s now 9:30 at night and 81 degrees upstairs. He left the fuse out of the unit when he finished! The pictures say it all.

An hour of calls to their “24 hour customer service“ and I have no help from Comfort. The call center cannot reach anyone at Comfort to get someone to my home this evening to put in the fuse.

Obviously I will be cancelling the membership service when I finally reach someone tomorrow and never using Comfort Heating & Air again.

It is now 9:00 the next morning and customer service is still unable to contact any management of Comfort Heating & Air to put the fuse back in my AC. Lesson learned is that their 24 hour service means nothing because customer service cannot contact dispatch or technicians or management after hours.

Comfort Heating is always on time and professional. We use them at two properties with 5 units. Their techs are honest and I’ve never been overcharged or hard sold on extras or optional repairs.

The last time a tech was here, he warned me that he noticed a pipe was leaking over a hot water heater. I was able to call a plumber and avoid a larger repair bill. Definitely impressed and will continue using them.

I had home owners insurance (Will never waste my time or money on such insurance. Specifically speaking of Choice Home Warranty. Horror story for a different time.) and wasted time dealing with them on the phone when they, yet again would deny another claim.

I called comfort that day and Josh Crosby came at 9 o’clock AT NIGHT to come and see if he could fix it. Unfortunately my unit was 20 yrs old and needed to be replaced.

David came to my home the next day to take measurements notes and provide me with options of what my home needed too keep it nice and cool but still took in mind that my furnace still had some life in it and did not need to be replaced just yet, keeping some of the costs down. (Thanks David) After seeing all of the options - prices of various units, warranties, finance options my decision was easy and there for a while thought it would be wise too keep shopping. But lets face it, who would offer a 12 year no hassle warranty and 12 months financing same as cash? Then the scheduling came, again easy to work with.

Matt and John (I think that’s his name) both were at my home on time. Both gentlemen were extremely professional. Came too out the old unit, installed the new one and were in and out approximately 4 hours. Even though it’s hard work, both guys never stopped smiling. Awesome group of people. My home, my family and my puppers are extremely thankful for the amazing service. My home has never felt better.

Will keep using them for regular maintenance in the coming years.

I will say this about my experience with Comfort. If the tech turns your gas off and tells you there's a leak. Get a SECOND opinion!!! My second opinion was so concerned by Comfort's claims that he checked it twice. The 2nd time he went back up to the attic, he took pictures. No leaks...

The experience was phenomenal. We had an UV light and filtration installation and wow. The guy was awesome and highly recommend this service especially if you have had water damage. Taylor B. was wonderful and so helpful.

Technicians from Comfort Heating and Air are always knowledgeable and courteous. This was certainly true of Jonathan who recently visiting our home to inspect the HVAC system. I am very satisfied with the services provided by this firm.

Nathan Price was my technician, he was kind and knew exactly what to do to get our heat working again. He was able to answer all of my questions. Couldn't have sent anyone better to represent the company.

I would highly recommend Comfort Heating and Air. They did a fantastic job. Communication about the installation was outstanding. Very professional from first contact to finish. Very reasonable on price and excellent quality of products installed. I am highly satisfied.

Very good service call! The HVAC technician, Nathan, called prior to arriving to ask if it was a good time, had been to my house previously (means Comfort keeps employees) was knowledgeable about my HVAC systems history, and spoke with me after servicing about my system, optimum thermostat settings (I have a dual stage gas assist unit), etc. Very efficient service!
