Joe Bolinsky and his expert AMS team were able to convert my 40+ year old house in short order, on time and at budget. Amazingly we completely transitioned from our old and inefficient, loud, leaking and dirty oil burner system, removing everything -oil tank, burner, hot water heater, air handlers, compressors and dumb thermostats. In it's place we now have a new and efficient, smart, quiet and clean system powered by natural gas. Thanks to Joe and his team for the first class upgrade

I run a mechanic shop in the Worcester area. My heater broke down yesterday, And I called Peterson oil and they sent one of the techs to take a look at it after spending 3 hours and charged me a arm and a leg it ran for 10 minutes and stoped working again after he left. I called a buddy of mine And he referee me to Shawn, he came down today within 10 minutes he figured it out and my heater was up and running again!! Thank you!!

Felt Taken advantage of, charged me $230 to come out to look at my HVAC system and to give me a estimate on replacement. Everyone else gave me a free estimate. Did not even give me a receipt. Called and emailed several times asking for a receipt and a explanation as to what the $230. was for never sent one. Sent me a estimate though for replacement and that was several thousands of dollars higher than all other estimates. .

Shawn Whitney was so great. I called him in the middle of a heat wave when our central AC unit was not working and he came over that same day. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within 40 minutes. He didn't even ask for any money up front but quoted us something extremely reasonable. I would 100% recommend him.

Thermal Climate Control has been providing heating and HVAC repair, maintenance and installation services for us for over 10 years. Shawn the owner came through for us when our furnace broke on one of the coldest days, on a Sunday in January of 2004. He did not only promptly return our call, but showed up at our house quickly and fixed the problem. Many of the other firms listed in the yellow pages either never followed-up, or only days later. Since then, TCC has maintained our heating and cooling systems and installed new systems, always promptly and at a fair price. I highly recommend their services.

Shawn did a complete overhaul of my heating system and AC system in 2017. In. 2020 I lost my job and was considering selling my home when I realized a permit was never pulled for the job. I contacted Shawn and he was initially somewhat responsive but has since ghosted me when trying to contact him about getting this resolved. Who totally blows off their clients? Please think twice about hiring Shawn for any major work on your home - my suggestion - stay away! My review is rated below a 1 STAR!!!

When our furnace gave out, we were just relieved it was at the tail end of a cold snap (with temperatures in the teens rather than single digits). We got in touch with a local furnace repair service, explaining that there were several folks in our house who could suffer respiratory distress or emergencies. They understood the urgency and lined up a visit right away. When billy showed up, he realized he didn't have the required part and had to go fetch it, which initially made me a bit anxious. I asked him to promise to come back and not take on another job until our furnace was back in working order. billy reassured me by keeping in touch during his trip, and then, miguel was able to show up even quicker with the necessary part. All in all, this turned out to be a good experience for us, and we are thankful for the quick and thoughtful service.

I was pointed in the right direction by another HVAC expert who suggested if I wanted the task done properly and promptly, I should get in touch with Billy. I took his advice and it was absolutely correct. I managed to secure an appointment for the following morning and Billy arrived right on schedule. He immediately identified the problem and rectified it swiftly. Billy even went above and beyond, putting in extra effort that I hadn't requested to ensure the vents were functioning at their optimum levels. His attention to cleanliness was an added bonus, laying down tarps and ensuring the work area was immaculate before his departure. I do have more tasks that need attention and I will undoubtedly be reaching out to Billy again. He's a genuine professional in his field, a quality that's becoming increasingly rare. i initially reached out to an ac repair company back in 2018 for an estimate on a new hvac system, but couldn't proceed due to financial constraints caused by an unrelated insurance claim. when i contacted them again in 2022, they were prompt in visiting my home to provide a fresh quote. miguel took the time to understand my requirements and address my concerns/questions. specifically, i wanted to relocate the exterior units for future deck planning and change the attic unit and all duct work for potential expansion. we also discussed the advantages and disadvantages of high-efficiency gas units versus heat pumps due to exhaust issues (an old unlined chimney and multiple obstacles preventing direct venting), compared brands, and considered available rebates. they efficiently removed and disposed of all the old equipment, keeping the area tidy, and used drop cloths to protect my hardwood floors. the new work is neatly installed - a perfectionist's dream come true. all new copper, all new electrical wiring, and all new duct in the attic. i can't express enough appreciation for miguel and billy. they were punctual, answered all my questions, taught me about the technology and installation methods, involved me in design/layout decisions, and even allowed me to assist on several occasions. we shared many stories and laughter. another commendable person is renee, who was of great help when i was having a tough time with the rebate process. the hvac work was completed by the end of one summer, but it took until the end of fall to finally receive the rebate. throughout these four months, renee maintained contact with me via phone/email, provided additional information to the rebate agency, and helped expedite the matter. if you're in need of any ac repair work in stow, look no further. the quality of work is unparalleled, the service is top-tier, and you won't find a better team of professionals.

The furnace repair team in Stow swapped out my antiquated 30-year-old A/C and furnace for a dual fuel heat-pump and furnace. The furnace, located in the attic, necessitated a new, larger copper line to be run from the exterior - a challenging task. Billy, the owner, collaborated with me to ascertain the appropriate unit sizes that would also make me eligible for a 'new' IRS tax credit. From the onset to completion, this was the most outstanding furnace repair service I've ever encountered. The installation team consisted of five hardworking individuals including Miguel. The entire installation was completed in a single day. The team provided me an exceptionally reasonable price for the installation which also included a 10-year labor warranty. I'd rate them higher than the maximum if I could. I couldn't be more satisfied.

It was about a week ago when I realized our hvac system's coils were frozen. After thawing them out, I attempted to speed up the process by turning on the fan the following day, only to find out that the fan was the issue. Identifying a malfunctioning fan isn't rocket science. But, to my dismay, every HVAC service provider refused to give me a telephonic quote for replacing a defective ECM motor. It was like asking 'how much will you charge for an oil change?' only to be told 'we need to inspect your oil first then we can give you a quote.' Can you believe it? However, miguel was the only person generous enough to give me a quote. I even offered to pay for a diagnostic fee, but he assured me it wasn't necessary as the symptoms were clear. Unlike other companies who were bent on extracting a diagnostic fee, Miguel was the only one who genuinely cared for a customer in distress. With two dogs and two cats accustomed to a comfortable 74-degree environment, we were struggling in an 86-degree home. I also had limited opportunities to take them to my place of work to cool off. Thankfully, miguel and his hardworking son, billy, were there to help. I know who I'll be calling the next time I face an hvac issue. All the other companies are in for a harsh one-star review for their greed and arrogance. I'm grateful to Miguel for gaining my trust and proving to be a reliable help. His rates were reasonable, and his prompt service was a lifesaver. Balancing our own business while enduring sweltering nights was challenging. Plus, billy was incredibly courteous, respectful, and a dedicated worker. The service from Comfort Masters Heating was nothing short of exceptional.

A few weeks ago, when the weather turned chilly, I adjusted the thermostat. Unfortunately, I experienced intermittent heat and then complete loss of heat. I decided to call for help and spoke with Miguel. He came to my home later that same afternoon. Miguel quickly identified a worn spot on a small rubber tube. He mentioned that we should see an LED blink red three times, which would confirm that the tube was the problem. Sure enough, it happened just as he said! Miguel then examined other components to make sure I wouldn't face any more issues. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. What really impressed me was the cost; I expected to pay a standard service fee, but Miguel's charge was much lower. As someone retired and on a fixed income, I truly appreciated his help! I would give this service a zillion stars if I could!

They had replaced our Heat Pump's coil and recently returned to fix a leak, replenish the refrigerant, thus securing us as lifelong customers. contacted comfort masters heating first thing on a monday about my 12 year old furnace that was not heating properly. billy showed up promptly as promised and was able to quickly identify the issue due to a distinct smell in the basement caused by a leaking secondary heat exchanger. given the age of the furnace and the complex repair process billy described, i chose to have it replaced. since the old furnace was still functioning, miguel was sent out the next day to determine the appropriate replacement unit. i ended up ordering a new high efficiency furnace to replace my old one (which still had a few years left on the warranty for the heat exchanger). i got a great deal on it. the old furnace was taken out and the new one was installed by billy who did a fantastic job. he knew exactly what he was doing and how to do it correctly. he wore covers on his shoes and tidied up everything when he finished. my gratitude extends to everyone at comfort masters heating, from the person who answered my call to billy and miguel. everyone was top-notch.
