I am very impressed with this company. My dishwasher quit working Christmas Eve and they were able to get Tucker out here to take a look on Christmas Eve morning. A part needed to be ordered but it came in quickly and was scheduled quickly for replacement. They were accurate with their arrival times and very thorough in repairs. Highly recommend!

We ended up having to have a pretty extensive repair, through no fault of this company so it was a little more expensive than a normal dishwasher repair. However, they were great at communication, timely, and professional. Our repairman, Nick, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He got us up and running quickly.

We had a great experience with All American Appliance. I spoke with Jim on my initial call who was very friendly and got us a quick appointment. The technician (Logan) showed up when promised and was able to complete our repair the same day! In the past with other companies we had to wait days to get someone out, and after initial visit, always had to wait days for parts to be ordered. Also as promised the service call fee was waived because the repair was completed. This was also refreshing as last repair company we used charged a service fee and would not waive it even after doing the repair. One of the reasons they lost our business. I really feel that your company provided great service! Logan was very friendly and knowledgeable and a real joy to deal with! We will definitely be using your company again in the future! All American Appliance bent over backwards for me and truly did more than what was expected. Harrison and Benji the Tech's returned multiple times trying to resolve my dilemma with my refrigerator. The office staff, including the manager, also were truly amazing. I am old school and don't hand out positive feedback like this very often, but all involved were exceptional. I would for sure recommend this company to others in a heartbeat. They worked their tails off for me.

We were having an issue with our oven igniting and the technician checked all possible causes and concluded that it was working properly. He was very professional and addressed all of our concerns. Great experience with Chad from All American Appliance ! Had my dryer serviced, it wasn’t heating. Chad was well experienced and very professional. He was polite , courteous, right on time at the appointed time. He took my dryer apart in minutes and had me back in service. Chad knows appliances !! Logan was our technician. He was extremely nice and very informative. Did an excellent job with replacing a drain pump on our washer. He was explaining everything as he was doing it and made sure to show me the broken pump. I would recommend him to anyone. I will do business with this company in the future if needed. Logan is an AAA+++ person.

Gentleman got to my house very early in the repair window, which was great. He was also very personable, knew exactly what was wrong with the Maytag dishwasher. He was honest about what it would cost to repair it and if that repair was even worth performing over just replacing the unit with a better model/brand. I decided to replace the unit due to the type failure with the machine. No high pressure, no talking to me like I am some idiot woman. I will recommend them to everyone in my area and use them again for any future needs.

The repair person did arrive within the stated time frame & gave notice when he was on the way. Inspected the washing machine, identified the problem & stated he could fix the machine right then that he had the parts in his truck. He came back saying that the parts weren’t not in the box on the truck as he thought & could NOT fix the machine. Since it was Friday afternoon, I would have to wait until Monday or Tuesday. To schedule another time to come back & make the repair, I needed to make a payment for the service call & part of the repair cost Of $150.00. The remaining balance $199.00 due when they come back to repair the machine. I am Very disappointed that the common parts were not available for him to repair the machine at the time of service. Outside of that disappointment, The repair person, Johnny M was very nice & respectful.

The window for the tech to show up was broad (12p-5p) but they actually came fairly early so that was nice. They were able to diagnose the issue pretty quickly and gave me the option of repair or simply getting a new fridge without any pressure for either. He was nice and informative and I appreciated the honesty for the options.

This was a great experience! We called at 7pm and had someone to use by 7am! They were kind, courteous and professional ! The work was done promptly and efficiently!

Harrison was excellent. Originally I was told that the there was advertised a free service call for anything over $99 on the internet. That is why I choose you. My bill shows I was charged. My technician says I was charged because I have a subzero refrigerator. Is this true? This is not stated on your ad. I also had to wait 6 months for a part but that was not your fault. Harrison was also great. My only question is about the free service call charge. I think my total bill was close to $1000.

All American Appliance Service, LLC attempted to charge my household $711 for a repair that turned out to be nothing more than two hair ties and a Q-tip head blocking the washer’s filter trap.

Here’s exactly what happened:

A technician came out, spent a few minutes pressing buttons, barely inspected the machine, and told my wife that three major components had “failed”. The drain pump, the control board, and the pressure switch.

He claimed all three had to be replaced and that the parts would need to be ordered. His estimate: $711, on top of the $100 fee we had already paid just for the visit. No physical diagnosis was performed. No disassembly. No inspection of the filter area. He didn’t even unstack the dryer to access the machine properly.

We decided to investigate on our own before committing to that bill.

With some guidance from ChatGPT, we opened the washer ourselves. In less than two hours, we discovered the actual problem was a small clog in the filter trap that any competent technician should have checked first. We removed the blockage, cleaned the housing, put a few screws back in, and the washer has now run eight full loads without a single error code or issue after months' worth of intermittent issues.

Nothing was broken. It was just a clog.

The technician’s diagnosis wasn’t just wrong — it was wildly irresponsible, and in my opinion, an obvious attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs to the tune of $700+. Had we trusted their word, we would have wasted money replacing perfectly functional components or buying a new machine completely.

You deserve better than this.

If you’re reading this because your washer is throwing a drain error, check your filter trap before paying hundreds of dollars for imaginary failures. And based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding All American Appliance Service, LLC altogether.

My dryer was making a loud thumping noise and, with teenage boys, I needed to be able to wash clothes! All American Appliance was the first to call me back (on a Sunday!) and had availability the next day. Logan came out, took the dryer apart and noticed it was just a screw that had come almost fully out. Easy fix and didn’t charge me for any labor. He was so kind, respectful and one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. I will DEFINITELY be using All American in the future. Thanks Logan!
