OTR driver, arrived here last night for delivery. Park in any of the three doors and wait til morning. They open 8:30am but the workers here at 8:00 am. ✌️

I called for service after buying ALL of our appliances for our new home there...They said they no longer service 30 miles south of Lincoln...I would chose another place to buy today for that reason only. Also, I offered to pay for their service dept.'s travel and to have them come accommodate the high-end brand services needed, I bought from them. They said no. I asked to speak with a manager..I had to call back twice was put on 'eternal hold' both times. A Tuesday afternoon at 4:15pm, hoped to get an answer. I would not buy anything from them again for this reason.

My 21-year-old refrigerator finally gave me reason to have it replaced. I hate shopping for appliances. Schaefers has been a go to for me on new appliances and entertainment equipment. I called and spoke to a salesman "Kevin" I gave him the make and model and price range. He looked it up found another the same size making a recommendation. I looked at it online gave him my credit card. They delivered three days later taking my old one. Wow, perfect. No stress and I like it just fine. I'll give you a call in another 20 years when it needs replaced.

I would give zero stars if possible. Please Stay away from this company(Schaefer’s Appliance Service Center) for anything like buying or repairing.

I needed a part for my dishwasher. The young lady who helped me was so nice. The part came in 3 days.

This place is a joke. Sold brand new washer and dryer that lasted less than 4 years. Bought extended warranty that was the biggest SCAM in the world. Stay so far away from here.

I want to fix my Fridge to them took 800$ from me I took it home it wasn’t working having same issue . Call them they said it was my fault . I don’t recommend to go there they rip you offf .

Big thank you to Jim for finding some used parts to get me out of a jam with my dishwasher. I can’t thank him enough for going out of his way to make my day easier.

Our four year old refrigerator stopped working in late June of this year. The refrigerator was under warranty, so Hometown Heroes was sent to our home to repair it. They told us that it was fixed and charged us for a service call (which seemed strange for a warranty repair). Long story short, it was not fixed.
Hometown Heroes has been to our house four more times over the past five weeks, and we still don’t have a working refrigerator. What we do have is spoiled food and lots of wasted time (someone had to come home from work to meet with them each time).
I called Schaefer’’s Appliances ( where we purchased the refrigerator) to let them know that Hometown Heroes had failed yet again, and that they needed to send someone else.
Schaeffer’s is going to send their own crew to fix it.
A refrigerator is not a super complicated appliance. It’s unbelievable that in five attempts they couldn’t get it right! I will never recommend Hometown Heroes to anyone - EVER!!!

Bryce was fantastic. He checked everything thoroughly and was transparent about costs and what it would take to fix the refrigerator. Highly recommend and would call for him again if the need ever arose.

Our service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate that Hometown Hero utilizes texts, emails and phone calls to confirm appointments, provide updates as to the service tech's arrival, and follow up after the appointment.

Will not recommend Hometown Hero. The problem didn’t fix and we paid $351.11 for nothing. We are having issue with cooling for the fridge, base on their inspection, we needed to replaced the part which come with 90 days warranty and we paid a total of $536.88 including labor fees, taxes, and everything. After replacement, follow up twice without any issue resolve. Second time they come out they said oh we are placing the wrong part and replace with a new one and should work now. Few days later, still have the same issue. The third time follow up, they notice couple cockroach and stated we can no longer fix the issue because the issue is from the bug, which I don’t think that’s the issue to begin with, but whatever. Had to call customer service to request for a refund and only refunded $185.77, which is from the part fee. Not satisfied with their services. It’s such a waste of time and money.

I had Ali come today to fix my 4 year old refrigerator. He was fast and efficient and respectful. Had my refrigerator back up and running quickly. I would highly recommend him and Hometown Hero Appliance Repair.

One visit and refrigerator was fixed. Appreciate them bringing the part so it wasn't multiple trips.

Hometown Hero will be my new go to for appliance repair. As a salon owner we can't be without a washer for to long. I was able to schedule for the next day but received a call later the same day that they could get us in that afternoon. Bryce was great to work with and explained what was going on and had our washing machine working perfectly in no time. Great customer service while scheduling and with the technician.

It was a simple repair, I thought he almost felt bad to charge me the door was locked he opened with a little pressure on handle
