We had an AC emergency the evening before our Open House. We were able to use Empire's emergency line answering service and their technician Dominic called us first thing in the morning. The owner Maurice also called to make sure that everything was going well.

We were so impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and value that we later had Empire clean and inspect the whole HVAC system as part of our house sale process.

First rate service, everyone we met was competent and provided clear understandable advice. Highly recommended.

Empire Heating was wonderful! They sent someone out within two hours of us calling. They were very prompt, professional, accommodating and gave us superior customer service. They even gave us heaters to warm our home while waiting for our new furnace to be installed. We could not have asked for better service!!!

Our AC stopped working on an 82 degree afternoon. First thing the next morning, they had a tech at my house to repair it. Less than 15 minutes later we were back up and running! Chris was super nice and very knowledgeable and didn’t even mind my yapping dogs. I would definitely recommend Chris and Empire Heating and Air. 😊

When my furnace died at night during a winter storm warning, Bob from Empire came right out. He looked at the unit and patiently explained to me what was going on and my options. He got heat working for the night for me and my one year old. I chose to replace my furnace and Maurice sent a team the next morning. The team was willing to work on the replacement while I was not home so I didn’t have to miss work. Communication and service was excellent. The installation was flawless. The team went above and beyond notifying me of another basement issue and fixing my dryer vent. I am so grateful for the level of care, service and communication from the company. I cannot recommend them enough.

We had an excellent experience when we needed out leaky sink fixed. The woman on the phone was police and courteous. The plumber was here on time and was able to fix our sink quickly. He was extremely professional and gave us a great price. We will be hiring this company again and recommending them to our friends.

I highly recommend Empire Heating & Cooling. We needed some furnace work done. Scheduling it with Dawn was efficient and easy. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with. The technician, Chris, who came out was prompt and friendly. He is a master tech. He's very knowledgeable and gave an explanation of everything he was doing. We'll definitely go to Empire for future house projects.

Empire heating and air conditioning came to my house to do a furnace cleaning and check. During the check they found something wrong with the furnace which made it so I needed a new one. That was on a Friday, by Monday evening I had a new furnace and central air installed. I’m rating this company 5 starts due to their responsiveness and timing. All of the wires and pipes are neatly tied and placed where they need to be. I appreciate how easy this process was. Clean up in the basement could have been slightly better but overall they cleaned up and did a great job. So far so good.

Being retired I sat at my son's house while Empire replaced the furnace and installed the new AC flawless work of course to cold to charge AC Timely follow up back the following week job completed. Competitive pricing quality products.

We have used Empire for many years for all furnace and air conditioning needs. We just installed a new energy efficient furnace and couldn’t be happier. The crew arrived on time and got right to work. The entire job was done in three hours! They cleaned up and took all debris with them. All of the employees that we have dealt with are professional, courteous and respectful of your property. Their prices are reasonable too! We are loyal customers and wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

Excellent communication by the owner, Maurice. We had a wood stove and chimney removed. I'm unsure of the technician's names as my husband handled that, but they worked to make sure the job was done on time. They too communicated well, were friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. Empire was able to accommodate our schedule for an estimate and from first reach out to job completion was about a month.

Empire Heating did fantastic work for us across various items in my home. They replaced my furnace, added a gas line outside to my grill and even researched, ordered, and converted the burners. They also researched and added an outside toilet and did the plumbing. They did a couple of small projects as well.

It was impressive! The owner Maurice came over and reviewed my "wishlist" of items to get done and they basically went through and handled everything perfectly without me having to do anything but review and approve.

I highly recommend Empire. Dan came to service my furnace, found some concerns and after some discussion, we agreed I needed a new furnace. Two days later my furnace was installed by Nathan and Dom. All the staff I dealt with were competent, knowledgeable and considered all my questions. Will definitely use them again.
