I’ve used Joe Dolce in the past for a previous AC issue, and he came to the rescue big time this summer.

During the middle of record high temps, our A/C went down, he showed up within 4 hours of my initial call, and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately it required the replacement of the entire A/C system, however Joe squeezed us in the same week and ensured we were good to go before the next heatwave.

Joe & Chad serviced our heating system in the fall and our cooling system in the spring. Their work is thorough and comprehensive. When our AC stopped working properly, Joe & Chad came promptly to assess. Joe is very good at explaining what he is finds from the layman’s perspective. We needed to replace the control board, Joe & Chad returned the very next morning with the new part to complete the job. More than fair labor charges. Highly recommend Dolce Heating & Cooling!

Had an audit done today. I was told someone would be here at 10 am. Lo and behold there is Chad at my door at 10 am. He was professional and put me at ease immediately. The whole experience was a pleasure. I would call this company any day as long as Chad came. BTW: A raise would be a great thing for Chad because he is an asset to Dolce heating / cooling!

Outstanding! We cannot recommend Dolce Heating & Cooling highly enough. We had 2 HVAC units and a high efficiency tankless water heater installed in our home. Joe and Chad did an amazing job – thorough, knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, excellent experience from start to finish. We have been running the systems now for some weeks and all has run flawlessly. Brought our 1910 into the 21st century. Highly recommend.

At first glance everything looked great. Received a call from Chad within days of my Empower Application being accepted to set up a time and day to come out and do my audit. He arrived on time did a walk through and explained everything to me… so I thought. 3-4 weeks went by and I finally received a call that my project would start 1/2/25 after starting this process on 10/30/24. 1/2 comes along and I receive a call from Chad about an hour before start time that they can’t make it they be out 1/3. 1/3 comes and they are an absolute NO SHOW. Text Chad and get a text that “if they aren’t here by now they won’t be and he’ll look into it”. He calls me a short time later and tells me they are running behind and will be out 1/6. That day comes and I get a call less then an hour before start time with a list of reasons why they can’t come out this week and that my new start date is 1/20. 1/20 comes and guess what? NO SHOW AGAIN. Text Chad again no answer at all this time. Call the main number which seems to be the owners cell phone, can’t leave a message because VM is full. So I email the owner Joe. He calls me around 5pm and tells me they read the schedule wrong but they will definitely be out 1/21 between 9-930 to start my project. 1/21 comes…. Joe shows up about 10:30. Walks around the inside and outside. Tells me “the plan”… including work I didn’t even know had to be done. After this it’s about 11:15 he tells me that he and his partner have to run out but will be back “shortly” and they will at least start work in the basement today and hopefully be able to do the outside work when it warms up this week. NEVER CAME BACK, NEVER CALLED, NEVER TEXT. I called NYSERDA today 1/22 and gave them the details. Come to find out they never even put through a request for my fridge replacement, just submitted the contract I signed but never did anything else. Apparently I was also supposed to be sent a copy of this contract but was never sent that either. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND HORRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS! 0 stars if I could

Dolce heating and cooling has done a wonderful job from start to finish. First Joe stops by when my heat fails on the coldest day, fixed my heat, and instead of charging me he tells me about the NYSERDA program. Next thing I know I'm getting new Furnace, New Hybrid water heater, they insulated my house, and best of all they replaced my old out of date Electrical panel AT NO COST TO ME I REPEAT NO COST TO ME PLEASE CALL they are life savers thanks again Joe,Chad,Jack great Team.

Juan was great. Very professional, skilled and informative about all aspects of the heating and cooling aspects of our furnace and Goodman unit.

Solved a heating problem that three other bigtime firms over the course of 30 years have never solved. They even scoffed at the issue as if it wasn't doable, or it wasn't really a significant problem, or we were being too picky.
