Juan did a boiler inspection and tune-up for me in August 2022 and I could not be happier with the level of service provided. From the first call I made to them when I was asking multiple companies for quotes, the person I talked to, Kelly, was a pleasure to talk to and was quick to tell me what all the 12-point inspection included, as well as pricing and availability (another company couldn't tell me what the 12 points were and another, Universal Heating, simply hung up on me). Kelly scheduled me very promptly for less than 24 hours from my call and an automated text system sent me a text indicating who would show up (Juan) and when. Juan was on-time, very professional in all interactions, and extremely thorough in his inspection and tune-up. He didn't upsell me or even charge labor for replacement of a couple small parts, which was unnecessary but appreciated. Juan was even happy to explain things when I asked him (many) questions about how the system works, and he told me about rebates that RG&E offers that were relevant to us. I will absolutely be calling JJB Mechanical again for any HVAC needs. Thank you!!!

My A/C was on the blink and I reached out for help. They responded immediately with advice about how to protect my system while waiting for their visit. They were at my house with in a couple hours of getting my call. Here’s the best part: they could have sold me a list of things and I wouldn’t have known any better. I really appreciate that integrity! They were quick, efficient, honest, and personable! I highly recommend!

We had a complicated HVAC wiring situation with our new home, so we wanted to get a professional to install our new thermostats. Juan did a great job figuring out all the quirks, giving us general advice, and installing everything. He was friendly and professional, and we'd definitely call him again!

Moreover, Juan exceeds our expectations with his workmanship and we are more than satisfied with the results.

My AC went out during the hottest week of July. Juan was prompt, communicated everything he was doing, and focused on fixing what I had not selling me a new system. He's definitely my guy for future work. I highly recommend JBB Mechanical if you need them.

I lost heating last night and called Juan, not knowing what to do. He asked me a set of questions over the phone and said, you can try these options or I can do a service call. He came ASAP, the next morning and fixed the heated and burned wires. He made sure I had heat, once the wiring repairs were done. Juan is a professional service men, courteous and provide. Oat effective solution. I highly recommend his service.

When I called this morning I was able to talk to a person, not an answering machine & he was able to stop by within the hour!

I had used a bigger company for all my HVAC service for years. They did good work but I always felt like I was being overcharged. Many people in my neighborhood recommended JJB Mechnical. Juan managed to come out days sooner, quickly identified the problem, and came back a couple days later to fix. Highly recommended!

Our AC wasn’t working. We called Juan and he fit us in when he was booked for the day. We had used his company previously and was very happy. He is courteous, thorough and does excellent work. He figured out what was wrong and it was fixed promptly.
