I had a wonderful experience with Fros. I was very nervous when starting my search for a HVAC company as it was my first time needing to have a new furnace installed in my home and wanted to add central AC. I wanted to make sure I made all the right decisions for the right equipment and getting fair pricing as I had a strict budget. I could not have made a better decision by using Fros. They were friendly, upfront, and gave me several options to fit my budget right from the beginning. The install was flawless and the crew my very friendly and professional! I am very happy with my new equipment and my new utility pricing each month! I am also blown away with the quick responses I have to questions after the job was completed. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends and will be using Fros again in the future.

A 9 year old furnace broke that they installed. Happens. Called for service and did not have emergency service available and had to call someone else. They have been servicing the unit 1 or 2 times a year. Furnass owned by an 80-year-old woman. The company that came out said Turnbull had not performed the proper service, which led to the malfunction. I was there, and they did nothing for the service calls, but say, "Yup, the green light is on it is working" and changed the filter. (I didn't know then what they should have done.) Now they won't even call back. The furnass is still under warranty, but they will not even acknowledge they installed or serviced. They do not keep those records and refuse to call back. Stay away, horrible company.

Turnbull has been fantastic to work with. Corey and Jon were great to work with during the installation of our heating system !!! Jon went above and beyond to make sure we had heat and everything was up and running correctly!! Very professional, polite, and beyond grateful for all of their help.

Project manager Corey Goodness from Turnbull Heating was just amazing. He helped with a complete new furnace and heat pump installation. He never tires of answering questions and takes care of everything!!!

They were great right from beginning to end on two different projects at two different houses. We actually requested the same installation from the first job to also do the second job they were so considerate and great to work with. We have been using them since I built my house in 2020 - they did all the heating & a/c then.

I needed a furnace replaced and Turnbull sent a representative out to go over my options which he explained in detail. The installation was performed in an afternoon by a friendly guy who made sure that all systems (heat & AC) were working properly.

A friend recommended Turnbull and said they were great and I Turnbull exceeded my expectations, especially their customer service. We recently bought a house and the furnace, AC unit, and hot water heater were all on their last leg, so I knew it was time to get a new system before winter since we live in upstate NY where the winters can be quite cold. The install manager came to the house and explained how the new HVAC systems work and provided me with a few different options at a few different price points, which I appreciated. I chose the best option they offered, which they offered financing for, which was cool. There was a bit of an issue getting the AC unit with the manufacturer, but Turnbull quickly came back and offered me a model that had just hit the market, which Turnbull was going to start offering soon, which was also more expensive than the original model they offered me, and they honored the original price even though it was a more expensive model. The installation was incredible and the techs that installed it were so professional and extremely efficient. After a few weeks of having the HVAC set up, the house is so comfortable all the time and we have endless hot water since we installed a tankless hot water heater. I would 110% recommend Turnbull to anyone who wants a great system with amazing installation and customer service.

Just had Turnbull install a new furnace. From getting a diagnostic test to the installation they were all fantastic and we were so pleased with the outcome! Our family is now safe and warm for a long time! Thank you to Jon Chapmin and his partner who installed the furnace they were early, professional and so knowledgeable about everything I needed to know. All around amazing.

We have done business with Turnbull for well over 16 years. We have been totally pleased with all their services each year. (Cleaning & checking our heating/cooling equip) This year I found out that our A/C was beginning to fail, and so after talking to Corey Goodness decided that the best thing would be to replace both furnace and A/C together after 16 years. Corey was very knowledgable and patient with the questions posed, and in the end a contact was signed. Although there was a slight delay for the installation, I was kept informed and when it took place was very pleased with the way the installers did their job. They were polite, pleasant and did their jobs, and kept me informed of the progress. When job was completed they cleaned up totally all debrie that was around. Once all was finished they instructd me very patiently and made sure I knew how to use the new SMART Thermostate before they left. (I will continue to trust and rely on Turnbull and their Customer service for the future. Thank you Corey, Jason, and the other guys who worked to make my home more up to date, and energy friendly. The installation crew was great however by failing to submit the paper work I missed out at least $1000 in a rebate from National Grid. I was told they weren't participating in the program because they were often rejected. They were still on National Grid's website as a participant and National Grid denied they had refused applications.

I can’t recommend this place enough. They replaced the furnace and water heater in my 1817 house in one day. They gave me a killer price and a killer warranty.
