We are incredible grateful to Thomas M. And his crew for their exceptional service. From start to finish, they were friendly, courteous and respectful. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they went above and beyond by assisting with additional tasks around our home that needed attention. Thomas returned on the second day to compete the job and took the time to walk us through our new system, answering all of our questions with patience and clarity. The crew worked efficiently and with great care, and we truly appreciate everything they accomplished in such a short time. Thank you, Thomas and team, for your professional, kindness and dedication.

We called Reimer and they sent out a technician Keith that day and we was very helpful, knowledgeable and clearly explained what are issue was. Our installers, Aaron and Eric came out the very next morning to install our new furnace. They did an excellent job and we had our heat up and running early afternoon! We highly recommend Reimer for your heating, plumbing, and electrical needs.

Nick did an excellent job! He’s been to our house twice now and each time he’s been professional, friendly, and extremely trustworthy. He took the time to explain the issue, fixed the problem efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. We will definitely be calling Nick again for any plumbing issues that arise and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work.

Our home boiler died on Christmas Eve. Needing a brand new boiler system installed during the holiday season is not best case scenario, but I can’t say enough of how wonderful everyone at Reimer’s was to work with. Even late on Christmas Eve they were so good about taking the time to be here and help us & answer any questions we had without making us feel rushed. For the install everyone was great, friendly, everything was completely cleaned up before they left. During the process, the office was friendly & helpful on the phone and always had someone get back to us the same day and notified us in advance when the technician was on their way. We dealt with Pat, Jeff & Sean along with several office staff, great group of people and a job well done.

My furnace gave out on the coldest and snowiest day of the year and Todd arrived the same day for an emergency call. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get my system back up and running. This was my first time using Reimer and was very impressed with their services. I will be using them for all maintenance moving forward!

I called at closing time, with questions (no emergency). They came out the next morning. M. Burgio was pleasant, professional, thorough, and honest. He explained everything, in language I could understand. He explained that part of my issue was the town's responsibility, not mine. Quote was baseline, BUT the service and respect was far superior.

Our service technicians were great. From our first emergency call to having a new boiler installed the process was smooth. Joe, John, Dan & Jeff were knowledgeable and professional.

I had my leaking hot water tank replaced with a tankless system. From my first call to my consult with Devinn to the finishing touches... everything was great! The crew that did the install were very professional and friendly. I had plenty of questions which they were happy to answer and made sure I understood what they were doing. I appreciate the skill in getting a system like this integrated into an old home. Highly recommended.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done efficiently, and they left the area spotless. We can’t ask for better service. The company takes pride in their work like this team did. They are very responsive and can set up appointments on a timely manner. Highly recommend!!!!

My 20 yr old furnace decided it was done on the coldest night of the year. Reimer had a tech to my house within 2 hrs. Keith was great and a hard worker. He knew within
a couple minutes what was wrong. Long story short it was time for a new furnace. This was a Friday night I had a new furnace by Sunday afternoon. The install team was efficient and knowledgeable. Only company to have a 10 year warranty and a 5 yr labor warranty w a great price! Highly recommended! 5 ⭐️!! 🙌 thanks Reimer for getting my family warm as fast as possible!

Joe Tumminelli is the best! We experienced a slow drain and he came out and not only got things opened up, but while doing so, discovered further issues. We are very happy with the service he and the team provided. So much so, that they are going to return and make sure we will be set up better for the future! Phil G. visited our home for maintenance/inspection of our electrical system, which was part of the inspection package we purchased a year ago. He was accompanied by another apprentice tech. They were polite, attentive, and thorough. As we anticipated, he found something wrong in our home (outlets) requiring repair as well as with the brand new electrical panel installed by another company. (Will check into it with them). They provided us estimates and although out of our budget at the time, his sense of urgency was a bit annoying. We informed them that we had not had issues and past ones were addressed successfully so far, and that we also have installed Ting which gives us a certain level of peace of mind. We would definitely keep in mind his suggestions as valuable and worth considering. Scheduling was easy, customer service kind, and if need to reschedule as it happened for one maintenance visit, they immediately informed us ahead of time. We did not pay for this visit because part of the Rhino Reliability Program acquired a year ago for almost $150.00 a yr. It's not bad, I suppose, and maintenance one's home is always worth it, and saving some expensive cost more so as long as there's no pressure to schedule unnecessary repairs.

Keith Rodak was amazing. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with all our inquiries/concerns. The customer service staff were also professional and kind when I was calling to follow up on the service since it was an emergency. They were able to provide support same day, a Saturday night (Valentine’s Day). Overall a very reliable company. Thank you.

Devinn Jeff and Aaron did a fantastic job setting up pricing and installing our new tankless water heater. They were realistic, quick and efficient!

Pat and Jeff installed our new furnace today and they did an exceptional job. Friendly, professional, and great communication. Explained everything and helped set up the thermostat app.

Nick and Will did an outstanding job replacing our sump pump and water heater. They were professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process — you can tell they truly care about their customers.

My husband was out of town when I discovered our entire basement had flooded late in the evening. Nick came in early the next morning and got right to work. He knew right away what happened, walked me through the problem, explained the fix, and answered all of my questions! He was upfront, honest and professional. I appreciate everything Nick did to replace our old sump pump quickly so the clean-up crew could get started on the rest of the disaster. I definitely recommend Nick at Reimer for your repairs! Justin arrived on time and got right to work installing my new furnace. He was friendly and easy to talk to, answered all my questions thoroughly, and cleaned everything up as he went.
