I don't normally give shout-outs but I would like to give a big shout-out to Total Comfort Heating. I dealt directly with Mr. Bob Pritchard on Friday, 9/27. His courteousness, professionalism, trustworthiness, honesty, and man-of-his-word is second to none. He addressed my needs and concerns. I was concern my unit would probably die on me this winter and wanted to make sure my mother and baby sister who came to live with me this past June would not have to worry about being uncomfortable. I wanted to make sure their transition from KC to Richmond would be a good experience.

My Old Republic Home Warranty Company didn't see the urgency to replace my unit. Mr. worked with me and assured me the unit would be installed in one day. On Monday, 9/30, my new unit was installed by Technician Derrick. I can not be any happier with the results. Derrick and his helper were efficient, professional, and courteous. By the time they completed installing my unit, they cleaned up and there was not trace they were even at my home. I was very pleased with their clean-up process.

If anyone who is reading this review have any questions and/or concerns, please contact Mr. Pritchard, he will address your needs and/or concerns. I am 100% satisfied with my unit. Thank God for honest and trustworthy individuals like Mr. Pritchard who works for a professional and second-to-none company. Total Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is the REAL DEAL. The Total Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning Service Technician, Mike, came to our assistance right away, to replace a broken thermostat-he took the time to explain everything I needed to know to operate it successfully. He was out a few days later, when water was leaking from the furnace due to a plugged condensate line. He came up with a great solution to replace it quickly and inexpensively. We've had the pleasure of having Mike out a few times over the years, and it's always a pleasant experience. He's hard working, and dedicated to his profession. Kathy has been wonderful handling our service calls. She always very pleasant and professional as well. We feel very fortunate to have Comfort Heating to assist us when needed.

Mike came out today for our annual furnace and air conditioner maintenance. He is professional, reliable, courteous and and thorough in his work. It's always a pleasure to have him in our home, and we look forward to seeing him again next year!

I called Total Comfort this week to install a smart Ecobee thermostat by adding a C wire. Jacob Jobe, and his partner, Chris showed up on time and promptly explained what they need to do for the installation. Job well done, fellas!

I'm new to the area and decided to go with Total Comfort Heating for the annual heating tune-up/maintenance instead of the previous HVAC company. Mike Ellis, the technician show up within the schedule time, did the tune-up, and diagnosed my furnace dropped to 88.5% efficiency from the original 92%. He recommended replacing the aging motor and returned the next day with a new motor to finish the job.

I wasn't pressure to replaced the aging motor. Like all things in life, things breaks and will need replacing eventually. The question is when and not how. I appreciate Mike's recommendation and the work he completed. Great job! See you next year.

Working with Total Comfort was a very nice experience. Jason and Mike installed my new furnace they were very professional, efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend them. Total Comfort Heating have not disappointed us once. From trouble shooting the thermostat, furnace cleaning and a new furnace install, they have excelled in service, and the techs are friendly and informative. I would recommend them to anyone.

Total comfort has done multiple jobs for us and each time was a great experience. Family owned small local business that truly takes care of their customers. I would call no one else than total comfort for My AC, Heating, or duct cleaning. They can do it all.

Needed an emergency repair on my furnace. Other Companies required an average $200 emergency service fee just to come out to my home before diagnosing the problem, not to mention, they couldn't get a technician here for another 14 hours! Thankfully I found TCH&AC online and they were able to send out a tech within the next hour. Mike Ellis, (the tech) came within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue, gave a fairly reasonable quote for parts and labor, then completed a full repair all within 2 hours. I am fully satisfied with their prompt and honest service along with their reasonable prices. I strongly recommend this Company and will be requesting annually maintenance in the near future.

The installation of our furnace, AC, gas line to stove and duct work by Total Comfort Heat and air conditioning was beyond what we expected. We have an old 1950's cottage house, so installing anything is complicated. We are delighted with the hardware & installation. It was a pleasure to watch the professionals who work for Ken install our new HVAC system. They were very reasonable for the amount of work involved. This is the 3rd time I have used the services of Total Comfort. My experience has consistently been one of superior service. There has been great and accommodating communication through the scheduling process along with updates as needed. In this as is all previous appointments, the technician (Jacob J.) notified me of his impending arrival, was punctual, professional and ready to work. The service was conducted efficiently, thoroughly and with skill. The work area was left in good condition upon completion of the project. The technician's manner was respectful, informative and non-intrusive. Especially since this has been my experience routinely, I would not at all hesitate to contact Total Comfort for service.
