Mike was great. He came to check my water heater that's leaking. He explained to me why it needed to be changed. Also helped me understand other services they have. It was a very first good experience. He was knowledgeable and he was very respectful.

Owner of company installed the air intake for furnace 4 inches above ground outside. snow-covered vent intake pipe. Pilot light went out gas detectors went off in-house had to evacuate house call the city.
According to air conditioning manufacturer the city and the other heating company I called to fix the issues they all said the owner of the company who installed the unit should have connected the mitigation board inside the unit for safety reasons. the owner of the company who installed it said he doesn't do that. This lazy owner is going to kill people one day. Shame on you.

I had Total Comfort heating and Air Conditioning at my house today for HVAC system maintenance and the gentleman was wonderful, on time fix a few issues and answered a few questions for me. I’ve been using them for sometime now and plan on continuing cuz of their work ethic and excellent customer service.

Mike was on time, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They charged the weekday rate for service calls even though it was Saturday, because I had called on Friday. Overall I was impressed and will definitely use them again!

I recently had to replace my furnace and air-conditioning unit. After four quotes, Total Comfort was the most reasonable and timely with their estimate. Their paperwork for the estimate painted an excellent picture of the work that needed to be done. Ken gave a thorough explanation of what the new NY regulations required and how the difference in the new systems was extremely efficient.

I was also amazed at how quiet the system is compared to the old one. It truly was a night and day difference. I am very glad I went with Total Comfort and their recommended package. I would highly recommend them to anyone replacing an air-conditioning unit or a furnace.

Thank you many times over for getting my hot water heater fixed for me during this time of winter where we have been having such a nasty cold snap. Your tech really shown diligence doing a thorough check over and installing the needed parts and then really checking it again to make sure it will stay working. Your tech took the time to explain things to me, even though after nearly a week of washing up in nearly freezing water which was extremely painful to do, my mind had become toast and all I could think was I wanted to crawl somewhere and hide due to not being able to shower properly. He took the time to explain the things I needed to know, was honest with me, and I did not feel dicked around like I did with someone from another company. THANKS! 😎👍

These guys are simply awesome! The boiler system igniter went out during a winter snow storm at my rental property. They were able to get there first thing the next day. To clarify, I called them early evening and because of the snow storm they were already booked up, so they couldn't get there any earlier. They fixed it and let me know that there was also a leak in the airline. Provided me a quote and stated that I could wait to get it fixed. No pressure at all to do it now. I ended up scheduling the repair for the next week. That repair was done by the tech, Mike. He did a great job with communication for both services. Won't hesitate to use them again.

Efficient and professional technician. He arrived promptly at the planned time, efficiently completed the AC system maintenance, and gave me some solid (but not sales-like) advice about future planning, given the "advanced age" of my AC unit.

Wasn’t happy . Tech came over to look at my IComfort thermostat that went blank . He said a fuse blew . He didn’t want to put another fuse in so he hooked his cables up and the board started smoking and burned out . They wanted 1200.00 dollars for a new thermostat and modular board and labor . Definitely lost my business.The modular board was fine until the tech overloaded it . Even quoted me 600 dollars for just a reg thermostat . 9 years in with my furnace and this is second time i have had to invest money . Brandon didn’t even try to offer and kind of discount to keep my business .

From the time we called Betlem, our A/C unit was working normally in less than two hours, and it was outside of normal business hours, Our technician, Brandon, was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and installed the replacement part to fix it. We have always used Betlem and will continue to do so!

I was pleased to see Josh walk in. He is fast, efficient and does a great job. When I have a question or he finds something he explains it Respectfully, not talking down to me like I am an idiot. I will try to get him for All my appointments as I trust him.
