Quentin was incredibly friendly, helpful, responsive and overall a pleasure to work with. He tried to troubleshoot over the phone with me all morning before being able to come check out our furnace in person (on a Saturday), and when he did get here was so thorough and went through every possibility before finding (a bee!!) stuck in our water trap causing the issue. We couldn’t recommend more!!

Our furnace died and Mike J, Tyler, and Brian (possibly wrong name, it's hard to read) came in and installed a new furnace and humidification system. They offered to bring space heaters while we waited, and fixed it in one day. It is lovely having heat again, while it's also less dry thanks to the humidifier.

We recently had a new furnace installed by Dillon, Carl and Justice. They were very professional and worked until the job was done. They had us look at the furnace and answered any questions we had. I would definitely reccomend them for other jobs, they did a great job and everything was cleaned up when they left.

I have a split level with no basement and very little space to work with...they made it work! I knew from the first meeting with Kevin that it was the right choice. We hired Airquip to install three mini splits. Mike, Amin, Justice and Josh were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They were excellent problem solvers and kindly kept us updated each step of the way.

We had a new gas furnace, installed with an air conditioner, coil and an air filter unit.

Airquip has been nothing but fantastic since I started service with them a few years ago… so when my furnace blower motor bit the dust, I knew who to call. They continued to be amazing. They had someone out to assess right away. And when we knew I needed a new unit, Michael came out to show me my options. He was friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through everything. He even offered some portable loaner AC units if needed… but they weren’t necessary because they were able to get a crew out just a couple of days later. The crew - Sean, Brandon and Cameron - was awesome. They were on time and fast - and funny. They also explained everything and answered my questions. And they left no trace - except for a nice new furnace and AC/HP. Oh, and a new Wi-Fi thermostat. I signed up for another 6 year maintenance program before they left… I plan on being an Airquip customer for my Rochester life.

Just had yearly service done. Junior was on time and did a great job explaining and showing the work he performed. He was very polite and very thoughtful/clean doing his work.

New heat pump with gas furnace backup was installed about 18 months ago. The sales process and the quick installation were very professional. The new system has gone through a cooling and heating season and have worked perfectly. Overall the system has made the house more comfortable. Great company to work with if you’re in need of a new HVAC syatem. Thanks to Sean, Brad, Kevin and Jack for the professional installation.

Called Airquip today for a no heat call. They were very nice and sent a tech named Quentin out to our house. This is the greatest tech in the world he was so nice and helpful and got my heat running very quickly and all for a very reasonable price. I have used Airquip in the past they are excellent and reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any heating or cooling assistance!!!

Brad, Tyler and Donavon did a great job with the installation of our furnace and heat pump. The technicians were all very polite and respectful of the property. Clean up was great and Brad spent time going over the system and making sure I would be able to connect to the app. From start to finish I would recommend Airquip, it was a great experience!

From scheduling to sales discussion to installation everything went smoothly. We highly recommend Airquip Heating! Katie was spot on with scheduling. The initial meeting with Michael went long, but only because I kept asking questions. I learned so much, which was one key reason we went with this company. Later, when Brad, Tyler and Gary did our installation, they were so professional and diligent and so kind. Prior to installation, we also had our ducts cleaned. I am embarrassed that I have forgotten their names, but they, too, were FANTASTIC!

This morning, our furnace stopped working, and we called Airquip on a Sunday morning during a snowstorm. Julien B. called us back to give us a timeframe for his arrival to assess our situation, and he met that. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and we are very grateful for his assistance today. We highly recommend them and definitely Julien. Thank you again.

From initial quotes to final installation the entire team exceeded our expectations with amazing customer service and quality of work. Airquip put in a full heating and cooling system for us in August. From Kevin’s sales call to the actual installation, everything went smoothly. Kevin even noticed we needed to replace outdated pipes for safety. Pete, Amin, and Joe did a great job with the installation and Pete patiently answered all our questions. Airquip even offered to bring a portable air conditioner for us to use until they completed the job, which was very much appreciated. Mo brought that unit and picked it up when we were finished; he did a great job and was so nice. Everything has been working well. We highly recommend Airquip!

Paid only for a thermostat, a replacement, and we have been with AirQuip for many, many years, and have a service plan!!!!! A bit pricy I would say. We don't even have air conditioning in our home, so the thermostat was only for heat.....basic.
Person who came to our house was Ricky. He was fantastic!!! Very knowledgeable and respectful, and did understand our price concern, but was unable to help with the final price. This was a difficult price for my elder mother to accept. Again, Ricky was GREAT but not happy with the ridiculous price! $299.00 for a thermostat.....total bill $481.00!!!!! Really??

Air-Quip provided and installed a Mitsubishi ductless mini-split for us in an addition that previously had only electric baseboard heat. Kevin was pleasant & knowledgeable and the sale and scheduling went smoothly. Installation also went well with Brad & Tyler working hard, successfully dealing with a breaker issue, and ensuring everything was "dialed in." Very happy with that service. Also dealt with Katie in the office about my certificate for the tax credit (FYI the Mitsubishi QMID/PIN you will need is EX87) and she was great. Overall very satisfied so far, but I haven't really used the unit much yet.

I was especially impressed with the timeliness of the entire process at Airquip—I called, set up a date for Michael Bessette to come to my home. He was in touch with me immediately and was quick at meeting my needs and answering all my questions. I then had an installation date just a few days later. I had two mini splits installed by Brad, Nick and Justice which took almost 2 full days for the work to be complete which ended up perfect for a hot humid day the day after! I definitely recommend Airquip to others.

Junior did a very thorough job and took time to explain what he was doing, and the parts of the furnace he was servicing. He provided helpful tips and was very respectful of my home and time. Best maintenance experience we could ask for, and we requested Junior for all future visits! Highly recommend him and AirQuip!

What s fantastic experience I had. Started with Kevin doing the quote. He provided me options and explained the pro and con for each.
The install was performed by Brad, Tyler, and Joe. What great work. They explained everything to me, and even adjusted the response to something a little more understandable when asked. They worked well together.

The AIRQUIP crew (Brad, Tyler, & Gary) installed replacement furnace & water heater. The crew arrived on time and installation completed in a professional manor. Upon arrival they rolled out floor mats from point of entry to the utility area. Over the lifespan o father house the electrical, plumbing, gas, and ductwork had been cobbled together. The job was completed in one day and on completion the the mess of wires, supply lines and ductwork was clean and neat. Job cleanup was excellent. Operation of the new systems appear to be far superior to the systems that were replaced.
