Brad & Tyler were absolutely top notch installing our new Trane furnace with an updated slick thermostat and second floor sensor. We had a board fried from the power outage late last week and Dillon was incredibly helpful assessing the situation late on a late Friday night to provide us with the chance to meetup with Michael Saturday to select our new variable speed model that’s going to more equally heat and cool our home. You cannot teach give a damn, and everyone in this company gives it all their all to take care of their customers. I’m incredibly grateful to work with AirQuip again and would highly recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs! You’re all fantastic!

My family and I are very pleased by our new ductless mini split that Airquip installed! The technicians Brad and Tyler were extremely professional and skilled and had our new unit installed in less than a day. Everything went according to plan and the price of the work seemed fair. The Mitsubishi unit has been working excellent for the past week, heating the room very well and you can barely hear it. Thanks again!

My 20+ year old HVAC stopped heating on a Friday night during a prolonged period of sub 20s temperatures. Airquip was the only one of 3 outfits that offered immediate emergency support. Josh and then Julian came during the nights and nursed us through to Monday. Graig came on Monday and we concluded that it was time for a new system.

Mike was very helpful in providing a quote and getting the installation scheduled ASAP. Brad, Mike, and Tyler did a heroic job with the installation with temperatures in the teens and 2 feet of snow on the ground. We were up and running on the new system in less than 3 days after the decision to replace.

Throughout this process, it was easy to contact real human beings and communicate needs and plans. Airquip 's IT system seems to do good things in the background without getting in the face of customers.

Everyone was polite, helpful, and respectful. I can't say enough about how well the entire team performed for me.

He identified and fixed long-standing issues that no one else had been able to resolve, and got the system running smoothly again. Leslie was knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly courteous throughout the entire process. We purchased our old furnace from Airquip 21 years ago and our air conditioner five years after that. Because of the great service and fair pricing we called Airquip again when we needed to replace the furnace. Mike and Justice did a great job with installation. They arrived on time, completed the job within five hours and left our home as clean as when they arrived. When the time comes, we will definitely call Airquip to replace our air conditioner. We recommend them without reservation.

July 2018: These guys are fantastic! From actual work done, explaining what was done, clean up and right down to overall friendliness of the techs. We've had a lot of work done on the house in the last 3 weeks, by several different companies, but this company was the best! What a pleasure it was. Definitely recommend as a 5 plus star rating.

March 2021: I liked their work so much on my mom's house 2 years ago, (see previous post), I used them myself for installation of new furnace and water heater. They came out from Greece, NY to Canandaigua, NY where I live. They were over $3,000 LESS than another estimate I had, and with a better brand furnace. Work is impeccable once again. Friendly techs that explained everything so I could understand. Even my dog loved them. Highly recommend Total Comfort.

Total Comfort installed a new central air system in my home. Ken the owner stopped by to give me a quote that I was more than pleased with. He was able to schedule the install for the following week and his crew was professional and did an excellent job. I am more than trilled with the results and will be using Total Comfort going forward for not only routine maintenance/service of the AC unit, but also for all of my heating needs.

Jacob Jobe was our technician and he was fantastic! Very personable, professional, explained things thoroughly, took care to cover his shoes, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order; he also came back to take care of an unexpected issue so we didn’t have to wait. I highly recommend! The company also responded very quickly for a routine maintenance we needed to get done in a timely fashion. Very appreciative of the excellent customer service!!

Mike Ellis' work is excellent. He installed and configured our new 'smart' thermostat and it connected to the App without any issues. He also took the time to explain how to better control humidity in the house.

Had an amazing experience. They were professional and did a great job installing my new hot water heater and 2 furnaces. They even did a great job cleaning up when they were done.

Called for an emergency repair on my furnace on a Saturday night - they were friendly and prompt. Mike came out to diagnose the issue and get the heat back on, and ordered the replacement parts immediately. He came back the following Monday and completed the repair- very friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was fair as well!

Our Service Tech, Nathan L. was very polite with superior customer service skills. Nathan patiently and clearly explained to me how our new Air Scrubber would work reducing contaminants, bad odors, etc. He also showed me during his inspection of our unit where a little mold was building up. This was 5 star service and I continue to be a satisfied Total Comfort customer.
