Mick performed a very professional thorough examination of our heating system in response to our complaint of a rattling sound. He was very personable and explained our system performance in easily understood language. He is a keeper!! Isaac is a great company - we have been with them for many years and would never go anywhere else.

First: they answer their phone! Great service techs, and phone dispatch help. My guest house was rented and the furnace decided not to shut off... Even at 90 degrees! They came out promptly, did troubleshooting, and replaced the thermostat on the wall. Thanks for being in business AND running it well!

Our furnace went out on Sunday, 1/11/26, and the customer service from our initial call to the Tech, Terry Platten (600) was very good. I was immediately connected to the Tech who responded with a response time for our problem. Unfortunately, it was a busy night and he wouldn't get to our house until very late. He suggested we call first thing on Monday morning to get an immediate appointment. Because we have a woodburning stove, we took his advice. We appreciated that he let us know his scheduling and gave us a great suggestion to our problem.
On Monday, 1/12/26, Stephen Mitchell (618) was sent to take care of our heating issue in a timely manner. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the issue with our furnace and thermostat. He fixed it and thoroughly explained what he had done as well as explained how to use the new thermostat he installed.

Always grateful for the excellent service and genuine concern. They have gone out of their way to make sure I have service , keep my cost at minimum and keep great records for maintenance. There are no words of what a gift it has been doing business with them, honestly.

Tim arrived promptly as scheduled. He was quick and thorough with his diagnosis of the heater’s condition. He took especial care to explain everything and what the expected cost would be. Tim completed the needed repairs in short order. We now have heat at this difficult time. Our thanks to Tim and Isaac Heating.

Josh was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly knowledgeable, helpful, and organized. I can’t imagine a better representative of a company. He would be a great manager of staff as well as a perfect technician. Congratulations Josh on a job very well done!!

Thank you to the service technician (Jeffery Brown 2785) from Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning for providing professional and courteous service in my home today. I appreciate that he not only checked out the furnace but also cleaned out the condensate pump which was getting clogged and taught me how to replace the water filter in my whole house humidifier.

The technician who came was energetic, hardworking, and honest. He paid close attention to details, carefully tested everything, and did a thorough job. The quality of the work was excellent, his behavior was professional, and his communication was very good.

The only issue was the price. Last year we had the same service done for $120, but this year we had to pay $168, which felt somewhat high for us. That said, we are aware that many providers charge even more for this service. Although the price was a challenge for us, thanks to you we were still able to complete the backflow service successfully.

Tech was timely, polite, and knowledgeable. Shane was great. The repair worked great and we know have some added piece of mind going forward with our furnace. Highly recommend the Gold Plan if your furnace is over 10 yrs old.

Eric was terrific. Very knowledgeable, thorough, courteous. Unfortunately, the repair could not be completed because a replacement part is not available. Not sure how long it will take. That's the second time that has happened with this furnace, which I purchased from Isaac. Great service in general but they need to maintain a deeper inventory to support
equipment they sell.

I am very happy with the insulation in my attic and basement. Chris was very thorough with his inspection and explanations. Cody and Zach were the installers and were very professional , clean and timely. They explained the work that they did thoroughly. Thank you for the great job guys!

Jon D’Angelo was extremely helpful with specifying the right heating/cooling/air filtration/humidification system. He could not have been more responsive, patiently answering all questions, even on the holiday and weekend.
Aidan and John installed the system yesterday and they could not have been more professional. They were friendly, explained everything, cleaned up completely, and the new Lennox furnace and hot water heater are working great.
All in all, a great experience with everything done right.

The young man that came out was very informative and did a great job. Unfortunately, we were not ready to pay that kind of money, but we may in the future. We have to see what all our options are.. He was very informative and was upfront and honest with us and that’s all we can ask and we truly understand. He has a job to do and he did it well.. I would give him five stars all day long

Very impressed with the service Jesse provided today. He called shortly before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He was polite, thorough, and made a small repair during the maintenance checks. He reminded me to make my spring air conditioner maintenance cleaning which I greatly appreciated!

Our boiler system had a small leak and we called ISAAC early Sunday morning to check it out. Within the hour technician Ismail Tunc arrived and inspected the situation and corrected it. Ismail was very professional and very informative on the situation at hand. We were very pleased with his service. Thank you.

My experience with Issac Heating and Cooling is mixed. Initially I was not happy with the employee that was sent out. I found him condescending, incompetent and rude. He worked on a job for almost 3 1/2 hours with no clear diagnosis, yet charged me for every part. I had to make a call to the office and request assistance. Ron the field supervisor was superb! He knew what the problem was and fixed it in 1 hour. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you Ron!!

John D’Angelo our salesman was awesome, he listened to our concerns and helped us pick the right unit for my needs! My installer Ben Long and his coworker Shannon are absolute rockstars! They knocked my job out in just 1 day! The install looks absolutely perfect and the area was left cleaner than when he showed up! Issac is the only company we will ever have in our home period! It is with great pleasure that I share the wonderful first time experience I enjoyed with service from Isaac Heating and their technician. Sabrina was prompt, personable and very professional. She took the time to explain my entire heating and cooling residential system as I just purchased the home and was unfamiliar with it. She performed the proper maintenance on my furnace, advised on replacement of furnace and humidifier filters, performed a gas leak check on all pipes, and when it came to pay for the call, she clearly explained the advantages of becoming a Gold Seal member. With service like Sabrina’s, there’s no reason not to insure affordable return services for the reasonable monthly membership cost! Thank you Sabrina and Isaac Heating and Cooling!!

Had a great experience with installing a whole new tankless hot water system. The quote was thorough and competitive and covered everything that needed to be done to insure there would be no future problems. Jayden came to do the install and was super professional and kept me updated on everything he was doing. I am glad I have the opportunity to write a review so that he can be recognized for doing a stellar job. He gave me a full tour of the new gas and water lines as well as the new unit that was installed. All of his work was very clean and looks great. He also added some extra shut-off valves and made sure I knew where everything was. I don’t always love using big companies because often the service will feel very impersonal, but in this instance that was not the case and I am really glad I decided to go with Isaac. I plan on using them for some other plumbing and heating maintenance work I need to do. Highly recommend!

Chris was absolutely wonderful to work with and quick inefficient with getting my quote. Zach Installed our Insulation quick and everything was so clean after they were done.
