I just had maintenance done by Taylor heating company. The technician was Josh H and John
I was extremely impressed by the technician they arrive on schedule. I’m cleaned out my boiler. They tested all safety control and explained everything to me. I feel so much safer that they came and handle the Work. I’m so appreciative for everything they’ve done. I recommend anyone to Taylor heating , please take a look into them because it’s just an amazing work they did.

This is the second time we've called Taylor, because our first experience with them during a furnace issue was wonderful.

Plumbing leak today. Billy was at our house within two hours of me calling. He was able to determine the problem right away and fix it immediately.

Ben, Frank and Alan were all really great to work with!. I have a tricky set up for my hot water tank and they replaced it with ease. Very efficient. Took the time to explain things throughly and even look at over other plumbing issues and give advice. HIGHLY recommend

Taylor came out to replace my furnace. After they left my gas fireplace would not work. One of the workers came out and attempted to ignite the system but he broke a part. I know because he informed me. I didn’t stress it because he got it working ( my mistake). I asked Taylor for some help getting it fixed, for the technician to just let me know what part he broke. I even offered to pay for the part that they broke because I want my unit working(it was only 5 months old at the time). I was able to get someone to ignite it but it won’t stay lit which brings me back to the technician saying he “broke something”. When I called Taylor heating for some assistance because I believe my problem is from their technician. I was told by Joseph P that they are not a fireplace company and to give someone else a call. Once they got my $7000 for the furnace and broke my fireplace that had been used twice I was done to them. Smh

Frank L. was very helpful in explaining what was needed to replace the water heater and with the service needed moving forward. His customer service was excellent, and we appreciate his service and time on a Saturday morning/aftetnoon! Moving forward, I will always request Frank L. for any service from Taylor Heating! Ken came to my house today and gave me excellent service. He took care of the problem in a very professional and friendly way. You can tell he really knows his stuff when it comes to furnaces and heaters. He offered me a few options and fixed the issue in no time. If I ever need Taylor’s service again, I’d definitely want Ken to be the one to come. Super professional and great at what he does. Highly recommend 100%!

We learned that our heat went out while we were out of town. Taylor was able to get there quickly and a friend of mine let them in. I spoke to the technician by phone and his "fix" to our heating problem was both quick and inexpensive. I was SO glad he was honest and didn't take advantage of my out-of-town situation by suggesting a more expensive solution.

We had an emergency plumbing issue with a toilet overflowing (would not flush) and water leaking through the floor to the room below. Same day service and repaired in less than an hour. Professional, polite and friendly. Highly recommend!

Joe M and Josh F came out within hours of my call for no heat. They arrived on time, were professional and quickly identified the problem. They went above and beyond to source the part the same day and Josh came back late in the day to install the part so I did not have to go another night without heat. So impressed with their quick response and expertise. They have a new loyal customer and I highly recommend them.

The technician Frank L. was courteous, professional and performed his service in a timely manner. He explained details and answered any questions we had. Great service! He arrived, jnspected, diagnosed, went to get the new tank and replaced it all within about 5 hours after my call to the company!

My boiler stopped working and Josh was able to come out the next day and help me out. He made some adjustments to help out while i waited for a part(1 day) and came as soon as they could to replace the part. Josh was very friendly, knowledgeable, and enjoyed explaining what needed to be done and provide suggestions for other things that i should be aware of, outside of just what i called for. I very much appreciate the assistance!

Frank L was a wonderful and thorough technician who took time to answer many various questions that we had. This was our first visit for a plumbing report card. He worked quickly and efficiently, and made sure we understood a lot more of the basics of plumbing in order to be aware of problems that might pop up. also made recommendations for water sensors, which is a wonderful help that we would not have thought of. Thank you for the great service and patience.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I made an appointment easily online at 3 PM and at 4 PM George arrived at my house. Not only did he replace the part on my toilet that was broken, but he taught me how to do it myself so I could do it myself next time. He was friendly and polite. He had multiple parts to fit older toilets, which was very impressive. I will definitely use these guys again. It was winter and he wore shoe coverings, which I appreciated, did not charge me an emergency call Charge. This company is awesome.

We called on a Sunday morning when we woke up to no heat in our house. We were so relieved when we were able to get an appointment that afternoon. Joshua was very knowledgeable and got the system back up and running. We have always had great experiences working with Taylor!

Frank and Ben did a great job replacing my Navien water heater. We got a good long life out of the first one and now are happy with the new model. They were on time, polite, and easy to work with.

Couldn't be more happy with the service. My tech was informative and explained the issue, repaired my AC unit, was on time and thorough. As a recent widow these things are very overwhelming to me as my husband always handled these problems. So I was truly thankful for the professionalism and service.

When my hot water heater failed yesterday afternoon, Hawn was able to squeeze me in early the next morning for a quick replacement at a reasonable price. With a new water heater in, I discovered that I had more problems. Again, they quickly dispatched another technician to troubleshoot and discovered that my water pressure was way too high and my house’s regulator had failed. That had likely led the the demise of the older water heater. Again, they quickly fixed the issue right then and there. They explained the cost up front, no surprises. They cleaned up after and wore masks the whole time too. I will definitely call them again if I need to — hopefully not for a while now!

Cleaning and etc the air conditioner , maintenance.
Gary was very efficient, very nice, helped explain a couple of things to me about the thermostat and the A C., put in new batteries for the thermostat, and checked the filter from last May and replaced it.
As always, perfect service from Hawn , for the last 43 years from my house on Castlebar Rd House to our house on Highland.
