We have used Hawn heating for many years. Today's call was as efficient and timely as usual. The results were explained and I will be signing up for the annual checkup again. Highly recommend.

I called Hawn because I'd seen several of thier installations and always found them functioning well and neatly installed. The Hawn team was quick to respond and assess retrofitting AC on my existing furnace and scheduled the installation within a week. Pete and Ernie were prompt and efficient with thier install. They dealt immediately with unforeseen issues and had good support from Mike and Aaron to make the necessary adjustments. They were generous with their expertise and fully explained the derails of operating and caring for the equipment they installed. I'm very pleased with the service from Hawns and recommend them highly.

Furnace and hot water heater replacements both went smoothly and quick. 5 years later I am still very happy we chose Hawn!

AC repair technicians performed thorough troubleshooting until they found the issue and they did not charge an excessive amount.

our a/c quit during the first hot spell of our summer and I called at 9:00am to request service which was answered with "we can have someone there between 1:00pm and 3:00pm today."

At about 10:30am they called back and said they had somebody available and sending them out if we were home..... I was relieved and said thank you.

The technician showed up and had our a/c repaired in a half hour. He was very knowledgeable and experienced as well as being a great guy.

...I have used Hawn for several years now. Everyone I've encountered at Hawn is extremely professional and courteous from the dispatcher and technicians, to Mr. Hawn himself. I've had a few different technicians come to my home to work on both my furnace and my AC. The technicians are very knowledgeable. They helped me to understand the problem that is occurring and made suggestions on how to resolve it in the best way for me. This consultative approach to service work is hard to come by.

Hawn installed AC into our home this spring and we were very pleased with them every step of the way. Mike was great at explaining what the process involved and our different options. We've had several interactions with different people because we needed to set up regular maintenance in our new house and get a new water heater. During the maintenance, we learned we need a new furnace too. Not the best news, but not their fault either. The technician scheduled us a meeting with a sales rep to go over options, the same one as we met with for the water heater, and serviced the AC. He was really easy going and nice and helped get is the information we needed to decide whether or not to service the furnace. We're glad we got the same salesman because he was really knowledgeable and helpful. So far, I'm a big fan of hawn and I'm glad I found them in my random Google search!

Well, to tell you the truth, the cost was ridiculous considering he was here 15 minutes and did for the most part nothing! Told me the problem but did not have the part to fix it. He rigged it so I had heat and left. 10 minutes later the furnace was again not working. I called his phone and he said, well you can try this and that but, did not offer to come back. I did go down and checked out myself and found a wire hanging loose. I found where it went and the furnace started working. 300.00 dollars was a little steep! Probably will not call you again. Thank you.

Our technician Gary was amazingly knowledgeable and friendly. He thoughtfully put on shoe covers before walking through the house and diagnosed the problem before he even looked at the unit. I wish everyone was like him. He knew everything! I am so impressed with his service! It was the very best!

This is the second time we have used Hawn to replace our furnace and hot water tank (in two different homes after purchase). Our sales person, Mike, only made suggestions based on our needs and budget and did not try to oversell us on anything that we did not need. He was also very responsive to any questions we had during the process. The install team did an amazing job both times. They made quick and accurate work of what they did and were sure to keep us in the loop while they were working. I can't recommend this company enough!

Hawn Heating service techs are well trained, knowledgeable and polite. They are very through and explain what they are doing. Hawn was great! I called them with a furnace issue a few days before Christmas. They fit me in that afternoon and took care of the minor hose issue in one visit. I initially started using them a few years ago when I called them for a second opinion. A different company was claiming I had a cracked heat exchanger and needed to replace the furnace. Hawn inspected the furnace and could find no evidence of issues. I appreciate thier honesty. My parents and sister use them as well and both have had the same experience.
