Ken the technician was prompt and efficient. John was friendly and explained everything to me. Taylor set me up with my emergency repair right away. I highly recommend them.

The next week Alan and George came and added more insulation to our attic and basement. It was so easy from beginning to end. Big thanks to John for basement window installation. Needless to say we are very pleased.

I made appointment with them as the ad said they service Oakfield Ny then when the tech called he said they didn't serve Oakfield so they cancelled if I had know this when first called would have called different company now have to start over and wait again

Josh and Joe were fantastic-he diagnosed an issue regarding our furnace from its initial install aprox 30 yrs ago preventing access to the burners for cleaning ….this was just a maintenance service call. Thank you J squared!

Billy and Ki were great! Ki completed our annual furnace cleaning and Billy changed out an old galvanized pipe from our kitchen to the main sewer line. Thank you both for all your work!!!

I just had Taylor Heating do a complete install of my AC and Furnace units which were 21 years old. During the install they noticed my Hot Water Heater Tank had some problems and one of pipes was able to break and broke right off when they removed it. So I also went with a new tankless Hot Water Unit. Ben and Willy worked until 9:30 pm Thursday to complete that install so we could have hot water again. Gerome and Matt did a great job with the AC and Furnace unit. They answered all my questions and did a great job cleaning up after they were done too.

John and Les were professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They shared what they were doing and gave me tips on what to do to be more efficient with my ac and heat. I’m extremely happy to work with Taylor Heating Inc. and these two gentleman come highly recommended.

Frank L was super helpful when I needed help with my leaking/broken garbage disposal. He discussed my options with me in a way I understood. As with any Taylor technician who has done work for me, he arrived on time and was friendly.

When my furnace wasn't working and it got cold in my house, the nice techs Ryan and Mike from Taylor Heating were quick to find the problem. They showed me the problem explained everything for me and were very professional start to finish. They also explained all the options to me and answered all my questions. Very pleased with their vist and look forward to working with them in the future.

I called for an appt. for annual furnace maint. and the first person I talked to got me scheduled less than a week later. Loved that! While out of town for Christmas, we realized our furnace wasn’t working. I was able to make an appointment online for the next day, and Ryan was awesome! He diagnosed our furnace and fixed it that day! We are warm and so grateful!

Josh F did a great job servicing our boiler heating system. Fixed an issue that he found that we thought we fixed last year with a different company. Very thorough and transparent with pricing, etc prior to do any work after diagnostics.

After having Taylor install a new HVAC, I used them again to relocate my washer, dryer & wash sink. Couldn't be more pleased with the job they have done. The guys are top notch & I still can't get over how well they clean up after themselves. Great job again. THANK YOU!!!

Joseph Parker, who ultimately repaired my furnace at 6pm on Black Friday, was awesome. Thank you, Joe!! However, my experience with other Taylor personnel was very bad. I don’t like being lied to, and it happened twice. If your business is experiencing unexpected issues that you’re working hard to sort out, say so. Don’t tell a customer twice that a technician is “on his way now” when it’s not true.

Billy did a great job fixing our hot water tank. We have been struggling for weeks trying to figure out why the pilot light kept going out. Billy was able to conduct a full inspection and told us it’s the gas valve that needs repairing. After ordering the part, he came back and successfully fixed our issue. Thank you for your help!
