Josh did an excellent job servicing our furnace. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us real peace of mind. He was knowledgeable, reassuring, and genuinely nice throughout the entire visit. We really appreciated his professionalism and would happily recommend him.

Ben dealt with a unique installation in a unique environment. Professional installation and cleanup...and our four dogs liked him. Dual mini split install. Wish I had the power installed underground. Looks very industrial. Not the lowest bid but I'm pleased with the install for the most part and we'll see how the service is in the future.

Keith provided us with several options and information so that we were able to make the best decision based on our circumstances. The service was impeccable from the moment he walked in until his work was finished. There was communication throughout the entire procedure from booking to aftercare. We highly recommend.

The technician, Terry was incredibly helpful. She worked within my financial means and did all that she could do. I appreciate her work and helpfulness.

On a side note, be prepared to pay at least $280 for a tech to walk through the door and run diagnostics. I should have listened more closely when making the appointment. That said, Terry was great and I would probably use theor services in the future as I feel they won't try to rip you off with unnecessary work or products.

We have instillation done in our basement and attic. Everyone was very nice and efficient. They made sure to clean up their mess and answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend Isaac for anything you need! The whole staff is very

Loved my service technician Dave/ Mr. Mclain, personable, friendly, courteous, thorough and he took the time to explain in detail both in person and on his invoice everything my furnace needed and the work he did on it. It runs better than it has ever run since I bought the house in 2015. No one addressed all the issues before, just did what was necessary to give me heat, but I still had issues and just thought it was 'normal noise and smells and rumbling' since other techs didn't address my complaints. Dave did a great job and I won't be hesitant to call for service in the future, so long as you send him or other great techs like him to service my furnace/boiler system. Thank you for offering such a affordable plan as well, so happy I signed up 3 years ago, and I said so on Facebook today. Turns out other folks are interested and one has a son who works for you!

The technicians that worked on my home was Dave and Cal. They arrived on time and worked in a efficient manner. Additional air ducts were added to the finished basement area and a new two stage furnace was installed. The work looks very good so far. A few days will determine how the heat evenly distributes over the house. Initially things look very good.

Another fantastic experience with Isaac. Troy and Sal were able to quickly identify what portion of a 50' run of copper pipe behind drywall had frozen and split and replaced the damaged section, which ran through my fireplace. They worked on the project for almost eight hours without taking a break. Although they could have easily assumed the balance of the system worked after replacing the damaged pipe, they stayed late to verify proper operation of all six heating zones and even labeled parts of the system that hadn't been labeled in the past. Unmatched expertise, polite and they left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived. A perfect experience. Thanks.

We have never had any unpleasant experience with Isaac’s plus today’s service was excellent!
Accommodation for us with the timing I appreciated but most of all the Technician (Michael Fromm) was very prompt, professional, and kindly took extra time to answer some questions about aspects of our homes future needs, particularly furnace and water heater.
So I feel good about signing up for the service benefits offered with their “Gold service plan”. Thank You Michael👏

I want to commend Chad and the staff at Isaac. I had been having issues with my furnace this winter. I called Isaac to make an appointment to have it checked out. Chad came out and did beyond excellent service. He checked the furnace and cleaned the filter. I finally had warm air coming out of the heating vents. First time all winter I felt warmth. Chad is an awesome employee and deserves recognition for his expertise, professionalism and dedication in going the extra mile to ensure his work is done to perfection. Thank you Chad and I do recommend a bonus or raise for you. You are without a doubt greater than a five star.

Also I recommend the Gold Program. This visit was covered and no further cost to me for this appointment.

I have had Allen, Erkar, and Colin here for 2 separate installs in the last 5 weeks. They are very professional, polite, and they know their jobs!!!! They go above and beyond to satisfy this customer!!! Doing little extra tasks to make the customer happy. I am so glad I hired them! I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again if needed!!!

I called Taylor Heating mid-afternoon because the kitchen sink was blocked. The dispatcher was able to send someone right away. Frank L looked the situation over, explained exactly what he would do, and the cost. He worked efficiently, and completely solved the problem. He is a true professional. I’ll recommend this company, and especially Frank L, to everyone I know in Rochester.

Just could not be better had a hot water heater replaced , they keep them on the truck , ready to go ,clean fast worker did add on , had to pay of course , but could do it no problem , and had the parts on the truck ,

I had Taylor Heating replace my oil boiler with a propane boiler. This included new zone valves and some piping. Tom, Ben, and Colin were on the install team and they were great. They were kind, considerate and clean. Joe in sales was also great to work with. I felt he really listened to my requirements for the new equipment and he accomdated everything. The price quote I received from Taylor was WAY below the two other quotes I received for the same boiler. I am very happy I chose this company!

Update on September 9th: I called Taylor out to fix a no heat issue. Les was able to quickly identify the problem (which was not Taylor's fault!) and provided a solution. Les was great to work with. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Taylor Heating! Our old furnace died and Adam came out & diagnosed the problem the next day. Unfortunately there was no saving the old girl so he got us in for a new install in record time! Our installers Erkhan & Allen came promptly at 8:30am & began work. Come to find out because of our old equipment & old air conditioner we needed a new air conditioner too. We decided to make it a package deal & Adam gave us a great price. Erkhan & Allen worked hard all day and did a fantastic job on the furnace install. We’re hoping to get Erkhan back to finish up with the air conditioner soon. All in all it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend Taylor for all your heating and cooling needs! A++++++

Not fun to wake up to a 55 degree house in January...but I was able to get an appointment with Taylor Heating to repair my furnace same day! Les was the consummate professional!

Ripped my sister off for $1900. Charged $700 to fix toilet leak, a few months later $1200 to recheck and then wanted $15.,000 to fix it. Went to Roto Router got it fixed for $7,000. She called them to complain and they basically told her to FO. Classy outfit taking advantage of 80 year old people!!!!

No one has responded to this issue, so we shall see what the next step will be.

Great service today from Nick and Ben from Taylor Plumbing. Here all day dealing with a broken pipe deep within our walls. Highly recommend.
