Called 1st thing in the morning and two Excellent technicians came out the same day. They were honest and did great work!!!

have been using them for years, and the quality has not gone down. I know about how long it takes for the service. I listened from around the corner to how they took their time to thoroughly explain things to the trainee and not rush to get to the next job which is why they were at my house longer than usual. Im glad they dont rush the training so the trainee has time to learn. They had a recommendation, explained why, told me I could wait and did not pressure me to act. Reasonable price for service. Have recommended to a number of friends over the years who have ended up using them.

Easy process to set the appointment for the following morning. Service tech texted me 30 minutes ahead of scheduled time and spent time explaining the issue occurring with my heat pump and resolved the issue quickly. Highly recommend!

We’ve been using True Service since we purchased our home as they came recommended by our real estate agent. They helped get a full life out our 25+ year old furnace/AC, replaced the old unit with a new heat pump when the old one eventually bit the dust, and installed a mini split in our new addition. We’re very happy with the new equipment and have had no issues! Matt and his team are very professional and great to work with! I highly recommend them!

We were experiencing an unusual operation with our HVAC system. Luke came out and did a very thorough job of diagnosing the system. He was very patient explaining what he found and worked together to develop a path forward. All seems to be working fine now.

Our heater stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. I was told they were busy, but they still managed to make it to our house in under three hours. Turned out to be a minor repair - frozen drainage pipe that they repaired in minutes. Only paid for the service call. Honest, efficient and effective.

You never want your HVAC to stop running when the temps are in the teens but that’s what happened to me. True Service was one of four estimates and True service did a wonderful job. From estimate to installation was four days and they made it look like the new HVAC just dropped out of the sky! They even mulched around the unit. I highly recommend True Service for your heating and air conditioning needs.

They are fantastic! On time and friendly! He diagnosed the issue right away and solved it within a half hour. He even offered to clean up where the attic door created some debris. Would definitely recommend!
