Were responsible for the warranty hookup for a propane fireplace. After 1 use our 100lb tank was empty, and they claimed it was due to whoever hooked it up last year.

Looked up our invoice and it was their own company; they refuse to replace the propane ($350) or refund the $150 fee to check the tank when it wasn't working, and backtracked that it was our fault after finding out they're the ones who installed it.

They caused our entire tank to be vented into our house over the last year, and refuse to take responsibility for this negligence.

I have been a customer since I bought my house 5 years ago, and I am still impressed. I recently had an issue with my upstairs unit. I called spoke with Lisa and she got me scheduled as soon as they had availability, so polite and professional. Marty came out had it diagnosed quickly and started the process for parts and repairs. Fortunately they had what I needed in stock and called and scheduled with me immediately to get me back right. Marty came back out and did amazing professional work. I am so grateful for the service and professionalism from everyone in this wonderful organization. Thank you!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Had Stephenson's Heating & Air replace my complete HVAC system and was VERY happy with the service and price that they gave me. I was so very much impressed with Mike and Eric the two techs that installed it for me! Highly recommend them if you need any service!
The new Heat pump/AC is doing GREAT JOB

Had them come out on 3 separate occasions for the same issue. Instead of addressing the issue they charged us out the butt for a bandaid fix. Was charged each time for the diagnostic fee even though it was THEIR fault not fixing it the first time. Guess work, lack of information and knowledge is all we heard from them. New company came out and found the issue in less than 5 minutes, supposedly Stephensons did the same test but “couldn’t find anything”. Was told we would get a call to schedule a pressure test to verify if there was a leak and never got a call. Terrible service, polite people but terrible work. Would not recommend to a friend!!

Had an issue with unit in a new home, they responded very quickly and fixed the issue temporarily while waiting for a replacement part. This was not an issue that was their fault and by rights should not have been covered by the warranty but they worked with the builder and resolved the issue at no charge. And in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this company.

I just wanna take a minute and say thank you for being so honest and always being there in a pinch from a heating and ac problems . How this company has a four star review is ridiculous. If I could give them a 10 star review, I would some people just get salty and sometimes we’re only as good as our last job but I promise I will refer you and your company to everyone that I know that needs work. I had an excellent experience with Stephenson! After another company quoted us an outrageous $20k, we urgently needed a second opinion. Tyler promptly returned my call and came out that same day. He was incredibly professional, and their pricing was very reasonable. Just two days later, his team installed our brand new system and even made sure to clean up after themselves, vacuuming as they went. Fantastic service – I highly recommend them!

I live in a rental home and one of your technicians (the back of his shirt said Bryant) was sent to take a look at our unit. There was no air flow at all. Though he was unable to completely fix the issue because he needed authorization from the rental company, he was able to get the AC part of the system running! My review, however, has little to do with his service but more to do with his amazing attitude. He was extremely kind and understanding. His kindness was so notable, that I felt the need to write this. He listened to me and never once made me feel like just another customer. He was kind to my children and was patient with me while I wrangled then. He probably didn't know it, but he made a stressful situation less stressful. For that, I thank you all and will definitely recommend should anyone need your services.

We've had Matt come out a couple of times now and been very pleased with his work. He is knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. At Thanksgiving he took time away from his family to come fix our downstairs HVAC system because it was completely out - he had us back up & running in no time, and we haven't had any further problems.

I have used this family owned business for 17 years and they are so honest, will try hard to work you in, solved many problems over the years including putting in a dehumidifier for crawlspace and a new ac unit upstairs. I have been at wits end many times and they have helped me through all of it. So honest and such quality! They also replaced my heating and air on main level and have been out many times over the years. Just recently fixed an a/c problem. They are the best

Called ahead and showed up when promised. He wore his "booties" and left everything neat and clean. He recomended replacement of upstairs unit based on age, condition and repairs needed.

We are so pleased. We had aother company try to resolve our fireplace issue (Even suggested banging on the unit to ignite) Your technician resolved the problem. Now we just flip the wall switch and the fireplace works like new! Perfect
