TSC has been servicing our heat pump for a couple years now. When they started, there were a few problems with our system. They did a good job of explaining what was wrong with our system and how they would fix it.

More recently, we discovered a small mistake they had made 1 year prior - too much refrigerant was added to the system during the earlier repairs, and the heat pump struggled to keep up with heating once it got below freezing outside. This error should have been caught in our October preventive maintenance check, but was not.

When we noticed the problem and contacted TSC, they made us a priority and were available first thing on the next business day to fix the issue. After discovering, diagnosing, and fixing the problem that day, the owner of TSC was available and willing to come to an agreement that we both felt was fair for the price of the priority service we received.

For now, I anticipate completing the inspection contract that we have with them and renewing it when the time comes. 4/5 stars.

Great company great service. They have also been easy to schedule quick to arrive and do awesome work. Price is always competitive. Can’t go wrong with these guys.

Great service with a very knowledgeable team. We have some older HVAC units on our roof and one company told me that the issue was an electrical problem within the wiring/breaker. After two electricians looked at it, True Service discovered within minutes that it was a faulty switch on one of the units. Thanks for the great service with a smile. We've used True Service several times. First, to install our new HVAC system in 2017 and then for repairs and maintenance. They're staff, from the person who answers the phone to the technicians that come out to the house are always pleasant and helpful. They explain what's going on and answer questions so that I can understand. I feel they're reasonable priced. We will continue to use them!

True Service responded to me right away over the weekend when I had no working AC and they gave me options on how they could help me. They told me the costs up front, and they didn’t hit me with surprise or hidden fees later. They were very professional and on time. They were finished with the work very quickly too (which I also really appreciated.) The fees were not the cheapest but I think they were very fair. They just left my house and I have already recommended them to my family and I will be recommending them to my friends as well. Thank you Luke and Conner.

Christopher did a great job servicing my ac unit. He cleaned the indoor and outdoor coils. He checked all of the presures.

Doug the technician was on time, extremely friendly thorough, and honest. Found a small leak in one of my lInes that could have easily been overlooked. Explained exactly what needed to be done to properly repair.Set me up with Kevin the service manager and will definitely have them perform the work. Prices are very reasonable. Mona in the office is awesome, always polite, professional. Would definitely recommend

The team hooked up my family with a new AC unit. I love the adjustable sliding thermostat and ease of use. It’s so refreshing to have a system where I change the temperature and it actually works.
