The office staff was super great and friendly. Libby answered all my questions and booked a technician to come out to my sisters home. He got her system up and running in no time. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Tower is reliable and responsive. We’ve relied on them for years. Most recently my AC technician, Jeff, solved a difficult diagnostic problem and implemented an effective and clever solution. Two thumbs up!

I had Doug Johnson come out to my house to do a service check on my A/C unit, and he was awesome. He was very professional, thorough, honest, and patient answering all the questions I had about my system. I will be requesting him as my service tech. next time I have any problems in the future. Tower Heating and Air are always on time, the technician Adonis is courteous and thorough and our HVAC and Furnace work and function better than ever! I highly recommend them for your AC needs.

Update: Now in 2024, I am still impressed with Tower and most recently our technician Tyler. He was able to pinpoint a larger issue due to carelessness of our energy provider. Hopefully I can recoup some of the repair fees, but the unit is working great and hopefully adding some longevity to its life bond Tyler’s knowledge.

The service technicians are great. Although what happens behind the scenes in the office is a mess. Everyone know of an issue but doesn’t know what or whom can handle it. Glad to have moved on.

I contacted Craig with Tower one night about an issue I saw. He contacted me within minutes and let me know someone would check the system out the next day.

Chris arrived and gave me peace of mind about the issue. I immediately signed up for a service plan which will perform maintenance on the units twice a year for less cost than a routine visit from other companies. Chris identified a potential risk and repaired it promptly and with great care.

I wholeheartedly recommend this company and their enthusiastic and professional team. They are the only company I will use going forward. They are a Godsend.

Very happy with the service from Tower Heating and Air. We prepaid for semi-annual checks of our system, and they give a call when it’s time. Christopher has been our technician, and is very professional and thorough.

Just had new heating and Ac installed. VERY NICE experience. Scott was patient and thorough in his explanation of the systems we chose. Very kind and helpful. Scott was very responsive to our questions and texted us every step of the way. Installers were very polite , wore masks and did the work very efficiently. They cleaned up ( did not make a big mess at all)and vacuumed areas of the house they walked thru. Follow up by Eddy was quick and he addressed our concerns and made needed adjustments in 2 days post installation.
I would highly recommend Tower.

Also- they performed 8 years worth of maintenance service on our old unit and helped extend the life of that unit until it had to be replaced

They were doing really well and they made the work as neat as possible and finished it as soon as possible. They also told us when to open the taps and when the hot water will be coming we're really helpful to us. Their professional approach was excellent.

A week ago we had our HVAC unit installed. Unfortunately the unit has a defect however the Tower HVAC from the installers to Scott our salesman were professional. The icing on the cake was when the heat comes on, we would hear a thumping noise in the attic. We called this morning and by 6pm, the sound was resolved by the on call technician, Jeff. Jeff discovered a manufacturer design/install flaw. He reoriented the pressure switch and the problem disappeared. I told Jeff that he can add System Design Engineer to his resume. Polite and humble to boot. Thank you Tower HVAC! Rising above the competition again!

Tyler came by today for our first service. He did an amazing job! He explained everything to me so I understood, and was very professional and knowledgeable. I’d recommend him to anyone that needs anything done with their heat or AC.

Our technician Christopher came out on Saturday December 7th, and replaced our thermostat on the coldest morning this year with no heat. He fixed our problem and was the nicest and professional person. He is a valuable employee to your company with out a doubt 🙋‍♂️.
