Icy Hot got our air conditioning fixed before our 15 month old had to have another miserable night, can't thank them enough. Our air went out on Sunday evening, we had another local company come Tuesday to evaluate the problem. They diagnosed a leaking evaporator coil and gave us a quote for a very pricey fix. Given the expense we were facing, I called around and Icy Hot gave us the best quote by far. Frankie followed up with me in a very timely manner and was able to get the part and do the repair within 24 hours after I confirmed to him that we wanted to move forward. Highly recommend Icy Hot for speed in getting the repair done, professionalism and best price that we found.

Frankie and his team are honest and reliable. I called Icy Hot to get a second opinion after the crooks at Service Experts told me I needed to replace my existing HVAC. Frankie looked at the system and quickly determined the capacitor was not working, "very common" so he went to his truck to get the new part and was finished in 20 minutes. Hard to believe I was about to waste a ton of money on a new system, call ICY HOT first!

Frankie and his team have been helping us with our primary home and two rental homes for several years now. The absolute best for HVAC with fair pricing and always responsive if there is an emergency.

Icy Hot is a great company. I really appreciate Frankie and his team working on our heating and cooling units at our house. Craig just finished up the semi-annual preventative maintenance here at our house. In addition to great service, Icy Hot technicians are always prompt and arrive when they are scheduled to. Plus Icy Hot will send a reminder that they are planning on performing maintenance a number of weeks in advance allowing for proper scheduling which I think is a measure of a great business. Communication is key and I value that working with Icy Hot. Frankie is such a stand-up guy. Called on a Monday to have him come out and quote us for a new heat-pump system, showed up Tuesday morning on-time (actually a couple minutes early). Took his time analyzing what we needed, did not oversell us on extra's, recommended long-lasting & easy to repair equipment (validated with consumer reports and other sources), had a quote to us the next day, and could schedule within the week. Very honest guy...no pressure sales. Highly recommended.

Hands down one the best experiences I’ve had with a HVAC company. My houses AC unit fan stopped spinning and I was worried it would need to be replaced or cost an arm and a leg to have the issue resolved.
It has been an extremely hot and humid week, the house reached 77-78 at night. I called Icy Hot the first thing in the morning and in less than 2 hours they serviced my AC unit and they replaced a capacitor.
Now my ac is blowing cold and running smoothly again! Great experience and will always recommend Icy Hot!

I have always had good experiences with IcyHot, they're good people. Frank has helped me fix broken furnace parts, has kept up the AC, and generally is making sure I get the best possible lifespan out of my equipment.

Have nothing but good things to say about this company. I had the upstairs system replaced 10 years ago, and the downstairs finally replaced yesterday after 28 years. Frankie is always there when he says he will be and always does what he says he will do. The installation crew worked 13 hours straight to get the job done. The work looks professional, and the site was cleaned up spotless. I highly recommend Icy Hot Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone and everyone!

Great experience with Icy Hot! My 25 year old upstairs heat stopped working. I had a couple of other places come look at it and they were actually stumped.
They didn’t know what was wrong with it. Frankie from Icy Hot came by took a look and within 20 minutes provided me with a temporary affordable solution to get me through the winter.
I will need to eventually replace the whole system and I definitely will be going through these pros again. Thank you for your honest work! Highly recommend Icy Hot!

Just wanted to clarify a few points. Even after the Icy Hot work on the unit, I continued to have issues. I was hesitant to bring Icy hot back in because in my opinion, they way over charged me for the 1 hour spent and frankly given the results did not want to have them back... even for warranty service. Because I had just spent so much on the unit with icy hot I lived with the issue until I could not any more and brought in another company. They charge close to half what icy hot charged which was more in line with what I feel is market for 1 hours work and they fixed the issue. The new company diagnosed the same issue (short) so, in my opinion, they confirmed my thoughts on price and quality of work. The short was caused by a miswiring of the system, not old fraying wires or anything that would have resulted from aging so, in my opinion, it was not a new issue.

In my opinion, they are way too expensive. But in addition to charging too much, they did not appear to fix the issue. They charged me $444 to track down what they said was a short. It amounted to 1 hours work (Maybe a couple of minutes more but not much more) and no parts. I will not be using them again. In addition, it did not seem to work after they got done. Finally, I recently brought in another company who found the issue....it was a short and fixed it this time for a reasonable price. Much less that the $444 icy hot charged me.

We’ve been using Icy Hot for over 10 years now and highly recommend Frankie and his crew. They’ve promptly helped us anytime we’ve needed it and always treat us fairly. I never feel like I’m being upsold anything or pressured into unnecessary products or services. The exact opposite actually, they help find the best solutions and give you options. Definitely call them for your HVAC needs.
