Awesome service. The Icy hot team came out to my house and installed a new system quickly and efficiently. Very clean and neat with the electrical wiring and piping system from the heat pump to the handle. Fantastic company! Icy Hot has maintained my unit the last 4 years of owning my home. Seasonal tune-ups, cleaning, and the occasional emergency call. Last week we woke up to our unit frozen over, of course it was the hottest day of the week.. the owner Frankie came out within an hour, diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in no time. Discovered Icy Hot in 2019 and have been with them ever since. They have never come up short answering calls, scheduling timely appointments or getting service jobs done without issue. Based on my own service experience I find their service pricing to be very fair. When a fan motor failed post covid and parts were scarce they put in the time to track down a new motor and got it installed within a few days. I highly recommend Frankie and his crew.

Our AC stopped cooling this week so I called Icy Hot. I knew the issue was most likely the capacitor for the condensor outside because the relay clicks and the fan spins but the condenser doesn't start. They came out in 2 days as promised and took care of the issue. Tim was great to deal with and knowledgeable. My only complain is that Icy Hot overcharged me. The 75/10 MFD capacitor is no more than $100 but they charged me $369. Really? I certainly understand 30-50% markup but not 270%. So while the crew was excellent and nice to deal with, I am disappointed with this business.

Our furnace went out in December during a cold period❄️Icy Hot H&A provided Excellent service and based on other estimates we received he saved us thousands of dollars!!! We had a few other companies provide estimates and his prices and services offered were amazing! Franky is a very professional technician. I had a problem with the upstairs air conditioning, where my kids sleep, and it was extremely hot. I gave his company a call after hours praying someone would pick up, but not really expecting anyone to, and he picked up, showed empathy to the fact it was my kids being effected, and showed up fixed the drain pan. These 2 persons were detailed and treated my 2 systems as if they were working on their own devices.
A new part needed to be replaced and re-installed due to poor quality of work when installed in 2018 on one system.
The price was reasonable for what needed to be done.
