We were suspicious about the vent when our dryer was taking longer to get things dry. We arranged for a basic dryer vent cleaning which turned into more than expected but it was legit. We saw with our own eyes how packed it was with lint. Denny also pointed out that the ductwork was leaking at two seams. In a little more than an hour, he had it taken apart; thoroughly cleaned; and had restored the ductwork with reinforced seams. We now have this on our calendar for routine maintenance. Ours was to the point of being dangerous and we're thankful we can breathe a sigh of relief.

My experience with with Ben for my dryer vent cleaning and the air ducts was excellent he was he explained everything he showed me pictures he helped me with texting and setting up an account he just went above and beyond what was I expected and I just had such a wonderful experience I would definitely use it again I will really recommend and I'm looking forward to

I was looking for an Air duct cleaning company and found The air ducters on Google.
The appointment was easy to book.
Ben and his partner came on time, they were very knowledgeable and had excellent communication, definitely felt like they are skilled professionals.
I had them do Air duct cleaning and UV light installation for 2 HVAC units.
It's been 2 weeks since and we can tell the difference.
I highly recommend them
And we will be using them again in the future.

The technicians were professional, thorough, and took the time to explain the process, which gave me peace of mind. They worked carefully and made sure everything was left clean and tidy. Since the cleaning, I’ve noticed less dust settling on furniture and improved airflow throughout the house.

The ad is very misleading. It says $79 to get your dryer vents. Cleaned out by the time they finish, which was in less than 5 minutes. I ended up paying $270. Please do not use these people because it's a whole scam and I had a free chimney inspection. He ignored me when I asked about it. Oh, and also, he gave me a receipt that said I paid with a check on April the 12th I got my service done December 4th and I paid with cash. I do not recommend this company for anyone
