Josh came out for my chimney inspection and did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and explained clearly what he was checking. He pointed out a couple of issues to fix before winter and made everything easy to understand. No pressure just honest, professional service. I’ll definitely be using this company again and asking for Josh next time.

Great experience with this chimney and air duct company. Ben was the tech who came out, and he was fantastic. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and told me what was actually necessary without any pressure or upselling. He did a thorough inspection, pointed out things I wouldn’t have noticed, and made sure I understood my options. My fireplace works smoothly now, and I feel much safer using it. Really appreciate the professionalism already scheduled with him our maintenance service next year!!

Prices are in line with what real, honest, and hard working families make. Ironically, they were a referral about two weeks prior to my system completely breaking down unexpectedly. I actually had another company come out so that I can get a couple of estimates. I didn't tell them what the other company said. Carlton Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. diagnosed the same issues. I used Carlton Heating and Air recently and have to say that not only was there service outstanding, but I called on a Friday night when my Air Conditioning unit shut down and had a technician here by 11 am the next morning. The technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My air was back on in no time. They were very reasonably priced. I would hands down recommend this company to anyone who is having trouble with there heat or Air. Definitely a five star company which Unfortunately is a rare find these days.

These are the BEST guys for fixing your A/C. The Carlton Heating and Air Conditioning crew came and checked out our A/C unit when it gave us trouble on a super hot day-we are so grateful for their quick and prompt service to fit us in their schedule. They were professional, shared with us tips to care for our unit and keep it in the best shape, and quickly diagnosed our unit's needs. They were GREAT and I can't recommend them enough. If you ever need repairs for A/C they are the best place to call.

During the time of year when everyone's air conditioning is going out and their schedules are full, they were able to get to our house and fix our air in 24 hours time.

Three days after we bought our house, the air conditioning stopped working. We called Carlton Heating and Air Conditioning and they came out the same day. Mr. Carlton examined our unit, explained what was wrong with it and indicated when he could get the parts and fix it. True to his word, he obtained the parts as promised and fixed our unit. He was friendly, polite, very professional and he knows what he is doing. In addition, Ms. Kelly in his office was wonderful to work with and kept me up to date on what was happening with parts delivery. I was referred to Carlton Heating & AC by a friend/contractor. Our (2) heat pumps were 16+ yrs old & original to the house. After determining each unit needed 2 electrical components (appx $800) & the attic air handler had a leaking coil, our decision was to upgrade the entire system to new efficient units. The contract was signed on Tuesday and the complete install was completed on Thursday of the same week. John Carlton made a personal visit to the job shortly after his crew arrived on site. Jorge & Brandon were professional, polite and detail oriented. The install was completed in about 6 hrs. The office staff was top notch as well. I would highly recommend John Carlton & his company to anyone in need of HVAC service or replacement of an aging system.

Carlton Heating and Air Conditioning responded quickly to my call and sent a technician out ASAP. John arrived promptly and was ready to work on our AC unit. I was surprised to hear he was the owner and responded to service calls. He was very knowledgeable, down to earth and made it clear that he was not trying to force us into replacing our unit as many other companies do. He got our old unit up and running in no time! We signed up for the Peak Performance Maintenance Agreement. They have a customer in us for life!

I had heating and air duct work added to my sun-room. Carlton Heating and Air did an awesome job. The guys that came out were polite and professional and they were on time and they charged a fair price for the work that was gone. Can't go wrong with Carlton Heating and Air.
