I had a great experience (again) with Comfort Monster Heating & Air thanks to their technician, Luis. My A/C unit had stopped cooling, and with the weather heating up, it was not a good situation. Luis was extremely friendly and immediately got to work. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem — pests had damaged the contactor and wiring. He explained everything clearly and got it fixed quickly and efficiently. My home is cool again! Highly recommend Comfort Monster and especially Luis for anyone needing HVAC help.

Service tech arrived within the service window. He was very professional and polite. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. I've been frustrated with many HVAC service providers (Mike and his kids) but will call ComfortMonster again.

Had a great experience with Luis from Comfort Monster. I was able to get an appointment for same day service, and he was able to fix my broken capacitor and be in and out in less than an hour. He explained the problem to me, showed me how it wasn't working, and then he fixed it. I would definitely recommend.

I had a new install 6/2023 and have had 4 times that the system stopped working. Each time Comfort Monster has come out quickly and fixed the issue without charging me the thousands that it would have cost. Luis came out and fixed my system and now I'm cool!!! Thank you Luis and Comfort Monster!

my Comfort Monster experience was great. Things very well explained and friendly service. William showed up on time, was very professional and told us what to expect We had a new Goodman unit installed. They provided a new thermostat and CO sensors. Everything went as planned and we felt very comfortable with the job. Highly recommend.

Comfort Monster, Heating And Air put in my system a couple years ago. I’ve been very happy with their service. They came by today for a routine maintenance check of the system, Gave it a tuneup. Everything working great. Happy with their professionalism and care.

Kevin and Demain came to install a new system upstairs. They showed up on time, cleaned after thier work, and addressed a few misunderstandings (not their fault ) quickly and with curtsey. The new system seems to be working.

Ronaldo and Nicholas did an excellent job installing our new unit! They showed me around afterwards, and they cleaned up very nicely.

Comfort Monster was highly recommended by several picky homeowners in my community. I was very impressed with the guy (Jordy) they first sent out who was very knowledgeable and not a salesman. Having a 10 year warranty on labor was a BIG plus.
The install went VERY smoothly and Chris and Justin were very professional and thorough.
I hope the system performs well for the long haul.
At this point I would recommend Comfort Master with Chris and Justin without hesitation.

Predecessor company installed unit. Comfort has maintained it well and responded to this call quickly, then followed up to source a hard-to-find part to restore full functionality.

After using a couple of different companies during the past five years and not feeling as if they were spending enough time on the yearly maintenance visit, my neighbor suggested I try Comfort Monsters. Andrew serviced my 20-year-plus furnace and AC today and we were BOTH SHOCKED at what he found lying in the coils for YEARS! A large piece of linoleum tile was wedged on top of the coils! It was evident at that moment that all the past HVAC service guys NEVER opened up the panel, otherwise they would have seen this floor tile!
Comfort Monsters has a dedicated professional on their staff! I will definitely be using Comfort Monsters from now on!

I have had some issues in my new home but Luis is always on top of it and I would want no one else to look at my system! He didn’t want to leave me with anything less than working perfection and came back to make sure everything was working! Thank you, he is the best!

Worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time. Last Thursday Oct 9th. 2025 I had a tech come to the house to provide me a quote to replace my HVAC. He advised he would have the quote to me the next day Friday. Saturday came and no quote received. I texted the customer serv dept, and by Sunday 8pm they responded and said the tech would resend the quotes, which he never did in the first place. Monday Oct 13 7:34 pm, I received the multiple quotes. Thursday Oct 16 I was ready to choose and pay for my new Hvac. The problem is that there were two quotes on one form, which would not allow me to select and pay for the system I wanted. I contacted cust support on Thursday Oct 16 at 10am and advised the problem. They said they would separate the quotes and have it back to me the same day. Friday Oct 17, no quote received. I call cust serv 1pm and asked to speak to a Mgr, cust serv advised Jesse was on the phone but would return my call that afternoon. Today is Tuesday Oct 21. No call from Jesse, no call from cust support, and no revised quote. If this company cannot make a simple change in their computer to update a quote, I cannot imagine how they would respond to a service call. A customer wanting to purchase a new Hvac should not have to contact the company multiple time to get a quote. This company has not once reached out to me for any type of follow-up. If you want to do business with the company, I would think twice.

Jaime, with comfort monster, is truly amazing. He comes to do maintenance on my units. He’s knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy, and smart. He teaches me about my units. I feel like I’m in good hands.

If you are looking for quality service and professional installation, I highly recommend this company. They have replaced two HVAC systems across two different properties I own, and both experiences were excellent.

When we knew our heat pumps were on their way out we started getting estimates from several companies, including Comfort Monster. Comfort Monster had great people working for them who didn't pressure us, gave us great options, and ultimately we worked with them to find a solution that worked great for us. They were able to install very quickly after agreement and kept us well informed throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend them in the future. PLUS our dog loves his monster toy they gave him.

Comfy is great! I've been on the monthly preventative plan for a while. They helped diagnose a blocked HVAC drain and install a new one, solved a lot of my recurring problems! They also rerouted some duct that was blocking my crawlspace entry, it's so my much better.
