Although our 1977 home was retrofitted with an A/C system in 2016, our upstairs primary bedroom never got very cool. Unless, of course, we cranked down the entire home temperature to 65 degrees - which seemed wasteful for 2 people in the house. After much research and many recommendations we decided to bite the (financial) bullet and get a mini-split for just that room. We got 4 bids and chose Three Rivers. We are very happy with the product, the installation process and the crew. Three Rivers was not the cheapest nor the most expensive bid, but what we liked was the product (Mitsubishi - great reviews), the thought put into where and how to install the outdoor unit, the communication and attention to detail from the fantastic crew (thank you Hayden & Kota!) and how professional both the inside and outside install look. And we are loving how well we can sleep during this hot, hot summer!

Super happy to keep my money local with this company! Prompt installation of a new furnace and excellent customer service, they even offered me space heaters to tide me over!

I had been wanting a ductless mini split for a while. I gathered together several bids, researched and finally decided … I chose Three Rivers Heating and Cooling due to Brad getting back to me with answering questions and follow up - I did pay extra cause I felt I was in good hands with them getting me through the process of deciding the best mini split for my house/weather conditions, quality, paperwork and reliability. My installers were super friendly and really appreciated them going the extra mile for me! Thank you!

Everyone on this team takes time to answer questions and provide advice. They are also very responsive to concerns. I've been using my new AC for 3 months now and am happy with the AC/furnace arrangement they felt would be most efficient and cost effective for my small unit. I also appreciate that they install equipment from highly regarded manufacturers.

If you have a furnace problem and don’t know what is causing it, I heartily recommend this company. Twice they have diagnosed problems where others have failed. Another great thing is that a competent human being answers the phone, a real plus these days.

Excellent experience from obtaining a quote to completing the work. Brad, Jesse and crew were timely, efficient, and professional upon installing our Mitsubishi heat pump and two mini-splits. The job was well planned with no surprises. This is the first time we have had AC in 25 years at our home and are enjoying their skilled install. Legitimately, just trust that if you knew everything I knew you would put this guys info in your phone and not have to worry about how badly you are getting screwed anymore. I've had a lot of experience with HVAC guys and it is a super shady business. I hesitate to write this review because its so hard to find a trustworthy company but I owe it to them.

They did a very clean and beautiful job installing A/C for us. They were respectful of our home and were open to answering our questions. The whole process was smooth for us!

Excellent communication with the company, ease of making an appointment and a knowledgeable technician were impressive. It was a routine maintenance call, but the aging gas furnaces have some issues. All options were discussed and I chose to replace them. The technicians were on time and did the installations without any issues

Looking for an honest and reputable HVAC company to work with? Look no more! I contacted multiple vendors for bids and they all said the part was no longer available and needed a full system replacement. The bids were anywhere from $5-10k for a new system. The team at Three Rivers came out and conducted an assessment, and recommended to replace the defective part and were out the next day. Not only was the part still available, but the total service was only $700, saving me thousands of dollars compared to what was recommended by their competitors! I couldn’t be happier with their technician Matt who was friendly, and in and out in under an hour. Thanks to the entire team at Three Rivers. You have a customer for life!

Absolutely amazing service. We were able to schedule repair quickly and they were incredibly informative and helpful in diagnosing my issue, giving me full context for how to fix it and estimates. Just an all around amazing company. I will be recommending to all my friends moving forward and will be working with them next summer to replace my AC unit and update my HVAC system.

These guys are great! Got scheduled really quickly and after doing a diagnostic, Matt was able to repair my furnace, saving me the cost of having to replace it. Highly recommended!
