We heard about Clark and the team at Air Pro from a friend down the street who spoke highly of the experience. They were very professional and did a fantastic job for us. I definitely recommend them.

These people are a complete RIP OFF! They come to your house with a shiny sales person and convince you that you have carbon monoxide leaking into your house and that you need to change the HVAC system "immediately" and then rope you into a loan of a way over priced HVAC system. My poor elderly mother literally paid $10k more than what an HVAC system is worth, and they did not even insulate her old vents so it never even worked! She was freezing all winter. She called them to ask them what was going on and they tried to charge her another $5000 to insulate her vents! When she told me about this, I took matters into my own hands and got the vents insulated for $500.

COMPLETE SCAM RIP OFF MONEY MAKERS. Don't ever work with these people.

I have had at least 6 service calls over 10 years. Mark is a professional who has worked on my air conditioner, furnace and humidifier. He diagnoses a problem quickly, does the necessary repair efficiently and charges fairly. I feel fortunate to have his expertise for my HVAC service.

8 months ago my home furnace was acting up. Furnace would not shut off. Technician came out and said it would not be worth fixing due to age of system (24 years old). After he messed with it, it seemed to be working normal until yesterday. Called your competitor and within 10 minutes he found exactly what was causing concern. A faulty heat sequencer. Won't use or recommend your facility again.

For 20 years I have used Air Pro on my personal property and my rental units. They are honest. They will not charge you for anything you do not need. They are experts. I have had major equipment installed, and they service all of my HVAC units. Don't hesitate to use this company. You can't go wrong.

signed up for home depots 30$ service or tune up and guy asked if i had a home warranty which i said yes and he said oh well we usually dont service people with home warranties. i was a little confused by this and then a light bulb came on. i asked him is it cause if you find anything wrong (and they will) ill call the home warranty? he went quiet and i said no worries man just take me off your list. even on their website it says age is not just a number for a hvac system. so ask questions.

Air pro installed my new heater in AC back in October and they really were quite professional. They have great agreements around maintenance and did a lot of follow through that was necessary on the job. My team was the A2 Team

We had them install our system over 15 years ago and we have always received the best service at a reasonable price. The have always come out right away when we had a problem and were able to fix it promptly.

The techs are friendly and very efficient. We have never felt the need to use any other company.

Air Pro is great!

Not only were they able to fit us in when they were already swamped in the busy season, they also gave us the best price on a new AC unit out of two other quotes. In addition, we were told by one of the other companies we had out that that our furnace was on its last legs and needed to be replaced. Air-pro serviced our furnace for us (it hadn't been done in years) and let us know that our furnace was in good shape and just one small part needed to be replaced). Going with Air-pro saved us thousands of dollars. Air-pro will be the only HVAC service that we will ever use as we know we can trust their price point and their word.

These guys installed my AC many moons ago as well as done all the servicing since then. Then when it hit 95 in early September and my condenser stopped working, they came out the next day and got it fixed quickly and for a fair price. Clark and Leroy are great! As long as they’re doing HVAC work, they’re the only company I will use.

Clark and the AirPro team provided excellent customer service, prompt communication and were very easy to work with.
Then Leroy and Soren came in, and did an excellent, efficient, thorough, and clean furnace replacement-installation!

Customer services horrible Non friendly and don't communicate

If you want straightforward professional no-BS contractor, these are the guys for you. I appreciated that Steve was very upfront about the pros and cons of the central AC system we wanted to install so we could make an informed decision. Couldn’t be happier (especially with the crazy summer we’re having!) and have been recommending them to everyone we can!

In December and January, we had Cost Plus Heating & Air install an American Standard Furnace and AC unit. We are very happy with the service and installation. Steve Sanderson, the owner, was extremely helpful and explained the operation of the units very clearly. We highly recommend Cost Plus Heating & Air for installation and service of American Standard equipment.

Had hoped to hire within the neighborhood and the owner came out promptly to prepare a quote. However, after two calls and a few months we still haven’t received the quote for getting AC installed. We ended up choosing another company.

I've worked w/ Cost Plus for close to a decade. They are a small family owned company located in St John's. They've installed a new furnace and hot water heater in a investment property I own 5 years ago. And I have them keep up on the maintenance. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and they do great work. I like that the business is family owned. Thanks Cost Plus!

Came home today, AC was making noise, and not running right. Called Steve at Cost Plus Heating, explained what was going on, he knew exactly what it was over the phone. Made an appointment, and Steve took care of it. Worked with Steve on all our HVAC needs over the years. Would highly recommend. Great guy, professional.

My heating stopped working on a cold winter day, so I called Cost Plus. They came the same day, and got my heat working quickly. They explained everything clearly and even showed me pictures of the issues. The price was very fair. I will definitely call them again if I have issues in the future.

Steve at Cost Plus is truly a find and a rare breed these days! He is honest, hard-working, and won't feed you a line of garbage to get the work. He has done work for me on several homes (heating and A/C) and I always appreciate the integrity of the work. Speedy, reliable, fair priced and honest. 10 stars if it was an option.

We have been doing business with Cost Plus for more than 30 years. They have done jobs, big and small, on rental property and my own home. We have become so trusting of Steve's judgement, we don't bother with competing bids--Cost Plus has always been best on final cost. Other bids often leave something out or discover some complication.
We just have renters call Cost Plus for needed repairs, Steve finds a time convenient to the renters, and they report quick, competent and personable service.
I just looked at their website to get their office address while I was away from home and notice there were reviews. Hey, the world should know about Cost Plus, I thought. I wont say more as already is too good to believe. Five stars covers the rest of what you might ask.
