This was not a good experience! I would not recommend them for a/c service.
Starts with pre-season good checkup on our 2 a/c units.
As it gets hot and humid things don't seem right. It's determine refrigerant is low on both units and evaporator in both units have leaks. What value was the pre-season check?

At a high cost the two are replaced. The guy brazing the copper Refrigerant lines got a little sloppy and scorched paint on wall and door. It also seemed he had to make multiple attempts to braze.
Both a/c's are cooling.
Next day a/c discharge line on one unit is leaking. A tech arrives and " fixes it". The PVC line is fixed with a hose clamp and Insulation is removed in areas???
Seems to have fixed it. Next day leaking again. Another tech arrives. This guy seems to know what he's doing. Replaces/repairs PVC drain pipe and insulates drain line. Nice tidy job. No leaks.
I'm not optimistic these repairs will last and I will need to call them back.

These guys do a great job they came and helped me with my install. They are professional at what they do. They communicate clearly they show up on time. they work correctly, clean up after themselves thanks to Ernesto & Miguel , A+ highly recommend.

Julius and Leo were here to follow up on the Fall ‘get ready’ equipment check up by James (Thx for seeing it) to reseal one of the plenums found in the ‘get ready’ check up. They were on time, friendly and efficient, resealed and added support to the suspect plenum. Job well done! Thank you!

Very competent and responsive, and reasonably priced. Our AC went out late in the afternoon on a very hot 100 degree plus day and their technician was able to quickly diagnose and solve the problem.

He has a wealth of wisdom and pointed me in the right direction to solve my problem with no strings attached. If you are in the Austin area, this company has tons of integrity and I strongly recommend.

Absolutely horrible. We have the maintenance plan and have had one issue after another. The last time they came, the service tech said it didn’t need to be cleaned out and one week later we have a clog and our ac is leaking and shut down. I called customer service today and she told me that they actually don’t check the ac during the fall service so if I wanted them to come back and clean the unit appropriately I would need to pay out of pocket. If I am paying for my units to function year round, I would expect more than a change in filters- I want to make sure my units are working. One week after service, I shouldn’t have to pay out of pocket for them to clean it out. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I cancelled our maintenance plan this morning.

I absolutely recommend Gold Eagle Services. I've been dealing with allergies for over 10 years, and they helped me determine the best solution for my situation. A part of that process included them sharing several bids ranging in scale and price, so that I could make the best informed opinion. They also allowed me the time I needed to make decisions, and they were quick to answer any new questions that came up throughout the process.

I ended up opting for a thorough cleaning of the duct work, a new HVAC, a UV light and a few other upgrades. Throughout the process I was impressed with how well this team worked together, to make sure that I ended up with a solution that I was ultimately happy with, and could enjoy for years.

After having my coil changed in my HVAC there was still an issue with the downstairs unit cooling. The air temp from the upstairs unit not worked on, was about 12 degrees cooler than the one with the $3500 repair. I called the company out that did the repair a couple of times, and they said it was working properly, despite the 12-degree difference in the temps. Out of frustration, I called Gold Eagle, and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue. Further, they resolved some issues with the airflow to the back bedroom that had existed for years, and that the previous company indicated they could not fix without a redesign of the ductwork. We can't recommend Gold Eagle enough.

After having the original AC unit in my home for almost 20 years, I knew it was time to replace the entire system. I made a few calls and decided to go with Gold Eagle and I'm so happy I did. Stephani was so pleasant to work with and was very thorough in answering all of my questions and got me scheduled with the earliest appointment available. When the day came to have the system installed, Jay and Jeff explained everything they were going to do in the simplest terms so that I understood what they were doing. They did such an amazing job and the two of them worked so well together, it was as if they were never there after the job was complete. The two of them took the time to show me how to setup the app as well as show me how to control the AC and heat from my phone. I am extremely happy and pleased with the service I received and I highly recommend Gold Eagle Services!

Quick and efficient, very communicative and nice people! I had a good time chatting with them at points while they were working. My job had some unforeseen challenges pop up and they as a crew and a company handled everything really calmly and quickly, and I greatly appreciated that!!

My AC went out on a Thursday at 2pm, so I called Oscar at Gold Eagle and he had Tyler there by 5pm. It wasn't repairable (13yrs old), so Ambrose quoted us a new unit first thing Friday morning. Price was reasonable, so I bought the new AC and he sent Ernesto & Miguel over at 3pm for the install. I had a working AC by 6pm. Just a little over 24hrs after my AC went out I had a cold living room again. Even received a follow up call on Monday to see how our new unit worked over the weekend. The new AC is so quiet, we can barely hear it when it comes on. The Gold Eagle team hands down provides the best 5-star service and only uses the best equipment. I recommend them to anyone who needs help with their HVAC.

This company knows what they are doing! After having another company fix nothing and charge thousands of dollars, we called Golden Eagle. They were prompt, extremely knowledgeable, explained the issues in detail, repaired the problem and offered conservative solutions to improve our cooling system (without high pressure!). We will definitely use them for maintenance checks and repairs moving forward. It is wonderful to experience this type of service.
