Gold eagle services installed a dehumidifier, UV air purifier and a smart thermostat with a control module. The dehumidifier and UV air purifier were easy peasy, but there issues getting the thermostat working with my system. Gold Eagle Services installers and techs kept working until they got it up and running and now my house extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend Gold Eagle Services.

I just started using Gold Eagle services last June when my A/C motor died, they were so nice and helpful that I also signed up for a year of their tuneup services! I just had my spring tuneup done by Dave Pape, he was super nice and very thorough with cleaning out my old unit to help me out for the hot summer months to come! He did have some suggestions that might need replacing soon, but was not pushy about it, answered all my questions, and even sent me an email with some options that I could pick between if I decided to proceed! They’ve been so helpful, I would def recommend this company to anyone needing an A/C service!

I’ve used Gold Eagle for a couple years and have always been pleased with the service. They’re easy to get in contact with and very prompt to address issues which is important in Texas summers. Jay, my most recent tech, has been professional and helpful. Would absolutely recommend their group if you’re looking for an HVAC company.

After dealing with two other HVAC companies who both insisted I needed a $3,000 damper repair and a $5,000 compressor replacement, I was feeling completely overwhelmed. When I told them I wasn’t ready for that kind of financial punch to the head, they just shrugged and said, “If you want your AC back, that’s what it takes.” That didn’t sit right with me, so I decided to get a third opinion; and thank goodness I did.

Gold Eagle Services came out and immediately took a more thoughtful, honest approach. They inspected the dampers and told me they didn't need to be replaced. Instead, they showed me how to manually adjust them and explained that the motors could wait until I was ready financially. Then they checked the compressor and *surprise surprise* it wasn’t broken at all.

The real issue? A clogged condensation line. That’s it. They cleared the line using their specialized tools and replaced a faulty part. Total cost? $300. No scare tactics. No upselling. Just honest, competent work.

I can’t emphasize enough how refreshing this was. Gold Eagle could have easily taken me for thousands, and I wouldn’t have known the difference. But they didn’t. They were honest, fast, and incredibly efficient. This is what real service is supposed to look like: respectful, skilled, and full of integrity.

Bottom line: Gold Eagle has my business for life. If you want a company that tells you the truth and actually helps you instead of hustling you, look no further. Absolutely marvelous experience.

I had a great experience with Gold Eagle. They were responsive, available quickly, and professional. The HVAC technician, David, addressed all of my concerns and thoroughly explained the issues he found during his inspection. I recommend this company and will work with them again!

Always great services. Our tech, August Garner, went above and beyond. Helped me secure a loose vent cover and was very clear in explaining the service.

First I tried to service my HVAC unit which the technician claimed my R22 unit was leaking and then added R410 to my unit which caused a system failure and forced me to replace a functioning unit. It’s an EPA violation and cost me a lots money because of the mistake. I called Gold Eagle Service and asked for 2x free service as a compensation instead of a cash compensation which I think is reasonable and not trying to take advantage of the business.

Then for the free HVAC tune service I asked for, the technician only did inspection, didn’t clean or tune anything. I tried to contact their customer rep and cannot get response anymore. There’s definitely a downhill of professionalism and responsibility for the company as it grows bigger.

Our AC went out on a Friday. I called that afternoon when I got home from work. They said they'd be out Saturday and told me the charge for the service call for a weekend visit. That was fine. The tech that came out was very nice and professional, but when he gave me the bill I was truly shocked and even exclaimed a "WOW" at the cost of the capacitor, which was the item replaced. I could not believe how much it had gone up in a couple years since the last time another service installed one.
Well, I did my homework by calling a supply house and the service guy told me the top name brands to check online because he could not sale to me (public). So, I have no problem with a company marking up there parts. That's part of business but, they marked it up 900%!!!!!!!
I called my contractor and he said they are simple to put in and if I bought one, for the next time this happens, he would put it on for me or tell me how, since he knows I am very handy.
I did text back the main contact, who had been in touch, and told him, I would not recommend their company, even though I called them because of all their 5 star reviews, nor would I use them again.

Gold Eagle services is a warm and responsible business. Specifically in recent my AC repair because my own schedule the office gentlemen and Jeff, and Arturo changed their schedule, worked in a late afternoon. That was a everybody ready going home time. They were still worked very carefully, did not ignore any details. An excellent job.

Gold eagle is the gold standard. For real- family owned NOT private equity. Located southside ATX. Jay was on time , understood the problem( my daughter previously helped) and went to work amending the clogged line.

Mat and his team at Gold Eagle were fantastic. I worked with them around mold issues in my HVAC system. They took their time to explain what they were doing and were quick to respond to questions. Fortunately they had the Dry Fog technology to augment the thorough mold remediation job they provided. They were very reliable, flexible, got me booked quickly and everyone was delightful to work with. They were also very reasonably priced. They definitely take the quality of their work very seriously. I highly recommend them.

Incredible experience on our personal home. We were having a challenge with our HVAC system going on and off (and eventually just off). We reached out to Gold Eagle Services and they were easy to get ahold of and quick to work to get us scheduled.
