I booked the call with Jessica today after work and she set up an appointment right away. William arrived promptly although it was nearly 6pm, (I was very surprised). He diagnosed and fixed the problem quick, which was just a drain or something. Anyway, my house was hot when I got home and now it's cool again and I'm able to sleep comfortably. I highly recommend these guys!

Technician arrived early, called me in advance and took care of the drain line quickly. Joseph did a great job on Saturday.

Climate Boss has saved my behind more than once after some faulty work that was done by my general contractor. Very friendly, informative, and will not try and upsell or overcharge.

Andreas did a top notch job of inspecting our HVAC system and giving our outside units a tune up. The inspection was at no charge and there was no pressure to have things done on our system that weren't necessary. I appreciate the thorough diagnostic, no pressure sales and being able to get our units in good working condition at a fair price.

5- Stars. Working with "Climate Boss" for my AC/Heat needs was more than I could have asked for. From the moment I booked the appointment, their customer service was friendly, professional, and accomodating. They arrived at the time the appointment was set for. The technicians, Andres and Ben, were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Andres throughly inspected my system, cleaned the compressor, sealed off all air leaks. The level of care and attention to detail was evident, and I felt confidentthat my system was in good hands. Not only was the service prompt, but the price was also very reasonable for the quality of work provided. I highly recommend, Climate Boss, to anyone needing HVAC services. They are professional, reliable, and truly care about their customers. I will be using them in the future.

Sadly, not a good experience with this company. They offered to repair an old R-22 unit despite having very little knowledge about how they work. I was charged $1,200 for a large repair, which I now know was very likely to fail and they should have disclosed that, and the AC unit lasted two days before it broke completely. Now I am left with a unit that performs worse than before, $1,200 less, and no intention to refund me from this company. Instead they offered to apply a small credit on an $8,000 new unit. Climate Boss, you all are nice and responsive, but if you don't know how to work on a system, be honest and don't offer the service. People trust your expertise and put their money on the line.

Carlos came in quick and was very professional. He was able to explain everything that he saw with our unit and gave us some great recommendations. I also signed up for their maintenance service so my unit runs correctly throughout the year.

I have used climate boss twice now. First time they were able to accommodate me on a late Friday afternoon and fixed a capacitor issue. Second time they came out twice because I had some issue with my AC at a point in time and they sent a team to check it twice to make sure all good. They are very responsive, give regular updates and are also reasonably priced. Thank you Ben and Thomas for your help to send out the technicians and ensuring all good. The technician that came today had May years of experience (I forget his name) but he knew his stuff and he immediately told I have nothing to worry about and everything is working as expected.

Ben & Andres at Climate Boss LLC are amazing. Next day service, no up-charges, courteous, knowledgeable, more than fair price. And, they really worked to service my existing units without trying to sell me on a replacement. Strong Recommendation!!

We had Trusted install a complete new Lennox system a few years ago, and it really changed our home in ways we couldn't have imagined. Now we had them come back and add a mini-split to another part of our home and they were just as professional, tidy, complete as before. Whatever recruiting and training they do, the world needs more of it.

I don’t know where you find awesome these guys, but you need to keep finding them there. Noe is unbelievable. He answered his service call after hours and helped me figure out how to fix my broken HVAC without him having to come out. After we hung up, we even texted back-and-forth so that he made sure I was doing OK with the solve. I was already a Trusted customer for life. But now I’m an evangelist You guys just won the Customer Service war over everyone in Texas

We are very pleased with the service we have received from Trusted Heating and Cooling from both the office staff and our technician Dimitri. The office has been very responsive in answering questions and scheduling appointments. Dimitri has tuned up our aging system and helped us know what we need to do to keep it running well until we are ready to replace it. He has been prompt, honest, neat and clean, and very professional. I would recommend this HVAC service company without hesitation.

I have used Trusted Heating and Cooling on two houses now. I do not have enough great things to say about them. Recently, our system quit during the Christmas holiday. I called and someone was sent out the very same day. Unfortunately, there were parts needed that had to be ordered so, someone had to come out again once the parts came in. John, the senior technician, came out and is not only extremely professional and courteous but very knowledgeable. He was able to fix our system just in time before a major cold front and ice storm. I highly recommend John, Demetri (came out the first visit) and the office staff at Trusted. Not only do I recommend them, I refuse to even consider using a different HVAC company for service or sales. I’m a repeat customer of 9 years (2 different homes) and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Outstanding response. I contacted them at 9 pm and they responded within minutes, setting up an appointment the next day. They came out and correctly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and replaced the following day. Very quick and effective. Competent and professional.

In today's age, it is hard to find a service company who actually offers quality service, but that is what Trusted is all about. Everyone I have been in contact with has been friendly, helpful and forthright. Demitri has been to my house three times and as far as I'm concerned, he's the absolute best! This gentleman is all about quality work. He takes the time to properly diagnose an issue, then explains it thoroughly. Do yourself a favor and call these folks. You will be amazed at their quality and level of customer service.

Technician was on time, very professional and friendly and gave an honest assessment of the issue including 3 options and his advice. He fixed the problem and start to finish was 40 minutes. Everyone from the booking agent to the service technician were friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again!

I thought the service provided by John M. was outstanding. John quickly determined my problem and devised a temporary solution that got my AC running again until the needed part was available. Once the part was available he was very efficient at installation. John M. even took a few minutes after he completed my AC repair to help me stabilize my attic access ladder! The only negative with dealing with Trusted Heating and Cooling was that a little research on the internet showed the markup on the parts was considerable. It may be best to order parts yourself and have at tech like John M install it for you!

I just had another exceptional experience with Trusted Heating and Cooling, LLC! I called the company at 6PM to request a repairman be scheduled to fix my AC that had suddenly stopped cooling. Within ten minutes I got a call from Aaron who was already home for the day. Aaron listened to my issue and offered to walk me through some steps that I could try on my own *before* any charges were made! Aaron spent the next 15 minutes walking me through some steps to reset the electrical system and after some time my unit began to cool again! The fact that the technician, Aaron would make this effort after hours and from home is amazing! There are some truly great people working for Trusted Heating and Cooling!

One of our AC units suddenly quit cooling and, of course, it’s near 100 degrees out. Called Trusted H&C this morning and they were at my house before noon. Two hours later, they had found and fixed the problem. Quick, friendly, professional…I highly recommend them!
