James and his team of highly educated, respectful and ethical professionals are the only company we use for our ADU, fitness studios, mancaves and she-sheds. We just got a new AC unit for our house from Trusted Heating and Cooling. The humidity is already down and the air feels cleaner and cooler. Our AC died but we couldn’t get the new units for several days so Trusted Heating and Cooling brought out window units to help us feel more comfortable. James, the owner of many years is amazing. The installers and maintenance guys are super professional and great people.

The UV Light Air Filtration system has been a game-changer for our allergies! We’ve noticed a huge reduction in dust and airborne allergens, making it easier to breathe. Thank you to Demetri at Trusted AC for the excellent service and installation. We highly recommend this system for allergy relief!

James, Diego, and George of Trusted Heating and Cooling came out to install my Mitsubishi mini-split system yesterday.

My old split system was over 21 years old and exhibiting signs it wasn't long for this world.

I did what everyone says you should do and got multiple quotes from different companies, but James' quotes stood out from the rest.

No one else was as detailed in the scope of work to be done, no one else included as many small things I didn't even know would enhance the installation, and no one else had a hardware and labor warranty as good when comparing apples to apples.

All three men doing the installation had many years of experience, and it showed in the quality of their work. I did construction in my youth and know good work when I see it. Their care when removing the old equipment and installing the new was beyond anything I was hoping for. They took their time to make sure everything was done thoroughly and neatly, and left my home cleaner than it was when they arrived.

I cannot recommend Trusted Heating and Cooling enough, and will be doing so to anyone looking for a company to work on their HVAC systems.

I really don’t want to share this provider - because I want them to always be available for my office!
They came recommended by another small business owner. We signed up with them Sept 2025. They helped resolve an issue with my landlord about whether the roof or the HVAC was causing the brown spots on my ceiling tiles. Which is beyond what they should have to do - but they sent roof pics and were so helpful!
They just completed our second service visit and called and gave me all the details. The repairs are so reasonable. I really trust Trusted! 😁
Reese has done all our service so far! He’s even climbed up tall ladders to change our filters on our 11ft ceilings. Thanks, Reese!!

DO NOT THROW YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AWAY WITH THIS COMPANY!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!

We spent over $8k on a brand new system with a 10yr warranty.
The only thing the sales tech mentioned was that we needed to be sure to stay on top of our preventative maintenance plan or our warranty would be voided.
We made sure we signed up for it to get our new system maintained by them and immediately signed up with them and scheduled our first service call 6 mos from then.
First service call comes around and they show up on time as scheduled. System was A/OK no issues what so ever. 👍

Next one was scheduled six months after that date. We called and confirmed the appointment the day before and everything was going according to plan up until that point. Next day, no one shows up and we call in at 5. The appointment was set by them between 1-6p. They said we don’t know what happened or why no one showed up but we’re sorry and they re schedule for a week after then.
Guess what? …again no one shows up. 🤔
We call in and they say to us that they don’t know what happened but the next time they do show up there’s going to be a $195 service call fee. I say ok that’s fine just make sure y’all actually get here and service my system.
Two weeks later our system stops working and is only blowing hot air. Keep in mind it’s less than two years old and only serviced once. We call
In-efficient Air Co and they tell us our warranty is now void and any parts and labor will have to be paid for by us and there will be a $200 deposit collected the day before the even show up to look at their system.

Flabbergasted I tell the tech on the phone that we got on their maintenance program and had appointments scheduled but no one showed up twice. He tells me “yes I see that in our records” but I don’t know what to tell you or why no one showed up.
Proceeds to tell me that our warranty is now void and they’re not gonna cover anything unless we pay for it.

He also proceeded to tell me that it was STILL OUR RESPONSIBILITY to hire someone to do the preventative maintenance to show records that we kept up with the maintenance so the warranty would not be cancelled. I told him we hired you and we trusted you to do right by us. He says there’s nothing he can do and that any expenses are to be paid by us.
If this is the type of business you want to throw your money away on, go right ahead but you have been warned. Efficient Air is a misleading, dishonest, disloyal company who will leave you stranded and hung out to dry after you give them your money.
Just read all their terrible reviews online which is what I should have done in the first place. Hopefully I can save you the same headache we are going through.

Efficient AC, Electric & Plumbing installed the wiring and did the necessary plumbing work when we replaced our gas stovetop with an induction stove. They were knowledgeable, and flexible as unforeseen obstacles arose. We will definitely turn to them for our future electrical and plumbing needs.

Efficient was excellent to work with. Our project was 7+ days redoing all the ducts, getting a new AC, & moving our AC units. Brian, Jose, & Daniel are a phenomenal team. Good communication, detail oriented, reliable, & respectful on the job. Incredibly pleased with the entire process. Daniel & Jose absolutely GREAT!

John and Trevor from Efficient did an amazing job fixing some electrical issues in our master closet. They also added outlets and recessed lighting for an upcoming project. The bright recessed lighting John suggested made a huge difference and I’m sorry we didn’t make the change sooner. In addition, John tackled a pesky light panel that we were having issues with and he found the culprit was the outlet below. It was all connected, so fixing that solved our panel problem. They were both very professional, courteous, quick and friendly. I will definitely use Efficient again in the future! Thank you!
