Great experience with Efficient AC. They were very capable and honest. I had them come out as a second opinion on my AC repair and they quickly fixed it, much cheaper than the first company quoted. I’m glad I found Efficient AC. I’ll be using them from now on. Highly recommend.

I work with a lot of HVAC companies as a Realtor. What I like about Efficient: 1) An actual employee in the front office answers the phone, schedules, and is generally knowledgeable; 2) Service can be scheduled relatively quickly (no two-week waits for a broken-down AC), and most importantly; 3) Great work at a fair price, never trying to sell you something you don't need. Also, we have a geothermal unit and it's hard to find techs who not only service these units, but are particularly knowledgeable.

Marq and Anysa did an excellent job troubleshooting a plumbing issue in a luxury highrise setting. They were on time and called before arriving, later when they needed an extra part they left and came back quickly within the hour. They explained the work, made sure to double-check everything with me, and even carefully cleaned up afterwards leaving the space as it was before. Very positive experience and many thanks!

After three months of working with an inefficient local competitor, who after five visits couldn’t locate the problem, it charged me for solutions that didn’t fix my HVAC unit. Marc, with Efficient HVAC Solutions, found the issue on day one. Set me up so the AC & Heat would work while Efficient ordered parts.

They went the extra mile to come back out to tack the new wire to the bricks on the side of the house, so it was not a loose wire.

Economical repair and most important; they said what they could do and did what they said. Efficient!

Since they were here, I asked them to clean my coils too!

I’m Mark, the coil in my air conditioner developed a leak. My brother in law knew of Alfonso, who works with Solution Finders. I was out of town and had pet sitters who informed me the a/c was out. Alfonso asked where home was located, he was near by and analysed the leak and added freon , unfortunately it didn’t last that long. He located the coil. The technicians that showed up first Elain a little later Francisco, these two gentlemen were very efficient and preformed the job completely, quickly. They worked very well together.
I have had avery good experience with Solution Finders , and their staff I will continue to use this service.

Elian came out this morning and diagnosed the issue. He was very careful, efficient and kind. Received approval for a new thermostat. Francisco showed up, installed the new thermostat and checked the outside unit and the unit in the attic. Everything was a okay. He showed me how to use the new EFFICIENT AND SIMPLER thermostat. Explained all features and benefits thoroughly. I could not be more happy with the 2 fine technicians and Most importantly April I think at the office keeping me informed. The Solution Finders AC and Heating Company are at the top of my list for future needs and concerns!!
