The guys who came to service my HVAC unit at The Coolest, Kaleb and Cole were outstanding. My HVAC was completely not working and despite this being a last min situation, The Coolest was able to fit me into the schedule asap so I would not have to check myself and my dog into a hotel. Our AC had been turning off and on randomly and when it was turning on it wasn’t cooling the house nearly enough. We called the Coolest LLC and Willie came and helped us! He was very kind, explained everything that was going on with AC unit, walked us through the different options to fix it, and even shared simple things we could do ourselves.
