I can't praise this company enough. We used them years ago for some evap coil repairs and back then they were honest, reasonable, and did great work. When we needed a full system replaced, I reached out again. Reece came by and was awesome - kind, efficient, didn't upsell us on anything, listened to what we wanted, and quoted us a very fair price. 2 days later Hugo and Caleb came out and these guys crushed it - also super friendly, fast, the install really looks amazing (seriously I kinda just wanna take a beer in the attic and stare at it for a while in my best Hank Hill mode), they did great quality work.

The Coolest is a great example of a company that despite growth cares a lot about quality, is super reasonable and doesn't push anything towards the customer they don't need which honestly is kinda hard to find in this space. Anyway, highly recommend!

Good team of well informed advisors and technicians. Dagan and Reece were great to work with when figuring out what solutions would fit me best. Rigo, Caleb and Carlos were great with the installs. Between my home, my ADU and my rental property, they were experts with every kind of system, from high-end variable to minisplits. I felt like I was in good hands, would def recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Reese, Rigo and Caleb for the complete replacement of my HVAC system. I shopped around and was offered a fair quote on a system with The Coolest that another company offered me for thousands more. No high pressure, no gimmicks, no false smoke and mirrors “discounts”, just a fair price and much more knowledge, respect and information than I was given with other companies. Rigo and Caleb who installed the system were kind, knowledgeable and hard working. They worked diligently all day and late into their Friday night without complaints or rushing. They taught me about the new system and got my new thermostat connected, they taught me how to control the system both on the wall unit and on an app. The care and service I’ve received thus far has been above expectations. I truly appreciate the kindness and care they have given me.

UPDATE: It’s been almost two months with my new AC, and I’m loving it! ❤️ My home feels so much cooler and less humid, and my energy bills are way lower. The team at The Coolest was super helpful and even got me a city rebate. Everything was easy and stress-free. Couldn’t be happier with my new AC. I highly recommend them!

The Coolest gave us a great experience. The initial assessment was quick and the techs were informative, but refreshingly weren’t pushy salesmen. Over the next 3 weeks while I got quotes with other groups, they only reached out one time to give me a walk through of the quotes. When I came back to the Coolest team (Reece), to compare a competing bid and they quickly worked with me to get a comparable unit that they offer.

The install itself was exactly what you’d want - uneventful. Rigo and Caleb showed up on time, got the full installation completed, configured, and cleaned up before the kids made it home from school. They were very professional and walked me through the new technology so that I can maintain and use it all effectively.

So grateful we found the Coolest. Would recommend them to anyone.

We just had our AC replaced by Rigo & Caleb. They did such an amazing job. They were on time, professional, and so quick! My system was over 20 years old so it definitely needed a swap out. They came over and replaced a coil in the HVAC system in 4 hours that usually takes 8+ hours. Very responsive and on top of scheduling. I could not ask for better people.

Wow, these guys were great! Timeframe, price, communication, all the things were top notch. Fixed up my mini-split heating/cooling system just in time for this cold front.

I'd recommend them to anybody that needs AC/Heating work done.
