I called in the morning and they were able to send someone out 30 minutes later! Elian came and did a great job. He was very professional and polite, explained why I was having issues with my A/C and fixed it promptly for a fair price. I highly recommend them.

The folks, Alfonso, Elian, and Polo from Solution Finders AC & Heating sealed and upgraded my HVAC vents in the ceiling. They also got my gas hot water heater closet up to code with weatherstripping around the door, a door sweep and installing the correct ventilation pipes from the attic into the closet. Alfonso got in a very tight difficult area in order to seal a gap that may have been letting unwanted air into the house. I am so happy with everything they did. They are all professional and friendly. I definitely recommend them.

Francisco came out to service my AC today and was able to quickly find the problem and get it all done within 30 minutes. They were very professional and very knowledgeable about ACs. They explained everything they did as they worked and even answered questions to help me maintain my AC system over time. Francisco has been the one out to help us both times in the last year that we've needed HVAC help. The first time was a full replacement of the entire unit + duct work, and this time was a small repair. Both times he (and his team) have been fantastic. Punctual, highly-communicative, and friendly, plus he always does really great work. Great service. Elian was my technician. Arrived on time. Was very professional and courteous. Wore protection on shoes to protect my carpet. Completed job quickly. Seemed very efficient. Everything works now. I have zero complaints or comments to improve the service I received. I waited a couple days before writing this comment to make sure it didn't break a few days later. Writing now so I don't forget lol. I would recommend to family and friends.

My heat went out when it was 40 degrees outside. Francisco was timely and polite . He quickly identified the issue, got the necessary part, and made the repair to my heating and cooling system getting my heat back on in no time. I highly recommend his services.

Francisco came out to work on our AC and did an amazing job! He was here for about three hours, made sure everything was working perfectly, and even upgraded our thermostat. Our unit had been frozen, but he got it running smoothly again. Great service—highly recommend!

Francisco was absolutely amazing! Our AC had completely frozen over—inside and outside—and he took the time to explain exactly what was going on in simple terms. What usually takes 24 hours to fix, he managed to get done in about 3–4 hours. His patience was incredible, and he even showed us what was basically a giant block of ice hiding in our system. We were dying in the heat, and he truly saved the day. Super professional, knowledgeable, and kind—so grateful for his help!

Francisco was very pleasant, prompt, and professional. He showed me the burn out on the circuit board, replaced it quickly (after property management approved), cleaned up after himself, and showed me how to operate the new thermostat. All with a great attitude.
