Elian responded within 15 minutes and arrived within 2 hours of receiving my request for AC unit to be repaired. When he arrived he was kind and courteous, but also wasted no time in taking action to repair our AC unit. He also took some time to break down the issue in a way I could easily understand, and he provided me with some ways to avoid having similar issues in the future. He completely resolved the issue and repaired the AC unit in less than 40 minutes. He also took time before he left to answer my wife and my questions in full.

Elian did a tremendous job for us today. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service we received this afternoon from Elian and his company. Obviously, I highly recommend him if someone is dealing with a similar issue!

I had an excellent experience with Francisco Martinez who came out to service our HVAC system. He was incredibly quick, efficient, and knew exactly what needed to be done. Not only did he get the job done fast, but he also took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Super helpful and respectful throughout the entire process. A month ago I planed to replace 25 years old AC units. I called my AC contractor. He recommended his partner The Solution Finders AC & Heating, so I contacted the company. Francisco was the technician that came to my house and did the inspection. Two days later, he gave me quote. I accepted the deal. New AC units were installed in one and half weeks. I was very impressed with this company. 1) The price is resealable and within my budget. 2) They are very efficient. The team of 8 including Alfonso, Nelson, Ulises and Edgar and the rest work around the clock. The attic is very hot. The group of 3 takes turns. The project was done before 4 pm. 3) They are very skilled and professional. I am satisfied with whole installation and 100% recommend this company.

Francisco came out to my home to fix an AC leak, and he had the problem diagnosed with a temporary fix in place within minutes! He was prompt, so very polite and patient enough to explain the problem and solution in detail. I would absolutely recommend Francisco to anyone needing HVAC services.

This is the second time The Solution Finders have been at my home for AC repair and maintenance. First time I had Alfonso and second time Francisco. My experience has been great with both of them. They’re both extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I was hesitant to go with a new AC company after my long time person retired, but so far I get the same care I did before which is amazing. They’re punctual, reasonably priced, very technically knowledgable about their field and work with certainty which I exactly what I was looking for in a new AC company. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.

I’ve used Solution Finders for several projects over the past few months including attic insulation, comp sealing, and regular AC maintenance. Every experience has been positive, from Marchely helping with scheduling to Alfonso and Francisco making sure the work was done right. Most recently Elian and Ruben came out to fix a small sealing issue and did a great job. They were friendly, courteous, and efficient, and they took the time to answer my questions. Overall I’m very happy with Solution Finders and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

Fransisco did a great job on our AC repair. He figured out our issue quickly then returned later with parts and completed the repair in no time. We were dying at 95 degrees without AC before he arrived. We are so grateful for his quick and skilled work!

I purchased a new A/C earlier this year and experienced a problem a few months later. I called Alfonso who explained what the issue may be and and quickly scheduled a service call for the next day.Elian the technician arrived on time and was able to clear the A/C drain line, getting the system fully functional again. It’s reassuring to know that Solutions finders AC and heating stands behind the products they sell and respond promptly whenever there is an issue.

Don’t look anywhere else. Alfonso is the real deal. I was told by another company that i needed to replace a component for which they wanted me to pay $2000. Alfonso took one look at the images I provided and confirmed the other company had performed the test incorrectly (which I firmly believe was a scam to get me to pay for services I did not need to fix my AC). Alfonso refused to blame his competitor (huge integrity move) but proceeded to complete the job at the cost he quoted me over the phone which was more than reasonable. If you want an HVAC repairman that:
1. Shows up on time (even on Sunday)
2. Does exactly what they say they will do
3. Does not waste your time
4. Is patient enough to explain his process
5. Does not try to sell you a membership or other useless goods and services ..

Then you have found him in Alfonso!

Very prompt, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable service! Francisco came with a complete tool kit, asked for details about the maintenance issue, ran a full diagnostic, and completed repair all within 30 minutes! Definitely an expert and would recommend! We’ve had our AC repaired twice now by this company and I could not recommend their services more. Very professional, clearly knowledgeable in what they are doing, and both repairs were completed the same day we sent in our request. Francisco was our technician on both occasions, and I don’t think I’ve ever met a repair man more genuine and dedicated to getting the job done and doing it well. During our most recent service, we needed approval from our landlord before Francisco was able to do the repairs, and he went so far as to stay on call beyond his normal work hours in case we heard back from our landlord in time for him to come back and get our ac fixed that same day. Sure enough, 6:30pm rolled around and I got word he was on his way. Could not have asked for a more positive experience. 10/10 fantastic company and technician. Thank you Francisco!

So I called Solution Finders. I spoke with company owner Alfonso several times. I also got bids from probably 8-10 businesses overall. Why? Because the rebate came into play once I thought I’d made my decision. During the pre-inspection I learned my current ac was probably not even the right size for our house. None of the previous bidders even thought to check size requirements! Alfonso came with his equipment and found we did indeed have the wrong size!!!! From there I knew I had the right service provider. Well that and that Alfonso was never in too big of a rush to talk to me and address my concerns. He and his company are very efficient and their teamwork and quality of work is the best I’ve ever experience. What surprised me most is that Alfonso was relatively young. However, his professionalism, work ethic, communication skills, team leadership and attention to detail is so developed it is amazing to see and experience. Maybe he just looks young! Impressive nevertheless!

Called the management company for the house we are renting when the AC was not functioning because of a short power outage. Got a call from the Solution Finders within 15 minutes of my report. Fortunately, they had someone in the area and Francisco arrived in less than an hour. He was friendly and professional. He got straight to work to diagnose the problem.
