So glad I called Efficient to get a third opinion on whether or not I needed a new unit or if the old one could be fixed. Evan came in and confirmed the problem was a leak but also advised that otherwise my unit likely had a good many years left—unlike the other companies that tried to sell me a new unit. Evan was also able to recommend another company to look at insulating the attic. Evan fixed the leak and recharged the freon and HeatBusters taped up the ductwork and did a blow-in insulation. I could already feel the difference before they left. I could also see the difference in my electrical bill this month!! Thank you, Evan!

My water softener wasn't working. They came out and persevered until they found the problem. It was a tiny sliver of plastic stopping up the works! Now my water feels so soft again!!

The water heater installation started last May with another company saying we needed to replace our water heater because of calcium build up etc. anyway, we had three other companies come out to look at our water heater and decided to go with Efficient AC, Plumbing & Electric. Steve Duggan was the lead we talked to. He was prompt with his phone calls, email and came out to assess our water heater situation. He gave us three options whereas the other companies gave us two. My husband and I decided to go with Steve Duggan and his crew at Efficient. The crew were also prompt. They got the old water heaters out and the new tankless installed in one day. We are very, very pleased with the results. We ended up with a tankless and a flotech meter option since our home was NOT plumbed (while being built-we are 2nd owners) for a water softener which was aggravating.

Raul was professional and efficient and laid that pipe early in the morning. He was very educated and really knew how to explain the problems at hand.

Wes with Efficient was super patient with listening to my project needs and working with me to accomplish installing a Heat Pump water heater. But after further discussion, we suggested a Navien Tankless Propane water heater that has been fantastic since installation. Wes did a superb installation job. I had a bit a trouble with Navilink setup but that was from inaccurate setup manual information. I plan to use Efficient again for future plumbing work.

Mario was here on time and did a great inspection,. Found the problem and had the system running great. He also fixed a couple things which added to the efficiency of the system. Great job!

I’m leaving this review due to extremely unsafe and aggressive driving by this company’s vehicle on public streets. Regardless of the quality of their work, how a company represents itself in the community matters, and this behavior was completely unacceptable. I hope management addresses this before someone gets hurt. Driver was driving truck with license number PXS 7984 on Saturday, December 20th in the afternoon. He needs to do better.

Called after the Labor Day long weekend to resolve some issues with broken shutoff valves and an outlet installation and the sent two crews first thing the next day. Excellent work and super friendly crews. Highly recommend them!

Raul and his assistant did a great job and went above and beyond to what was expected of them. The job was done very well.

They were one of two vendors that were approved for the building I owned a condo for sale. During the inspection, the buyers asked for the AC to be cleaned. I reached out, confirmed an appointment, and my agent went to the condo during the appointment window. Efficient said they would be there to do the service between 11am and 1pm. They didn't show, didn't call, so I reached out, and after the technician didn't come, I called again the next morning, and they finally came to service the AC unit. I think the tech was there for around 50 minutes, and the fee was $450.00. They asked for the review, so I am giving a fair and honest review. Very expensive, not reliable, or good at communicating. My agent wasted 4 hours waiting for the technician.

Steven and his team were very professional and provide clean and fast job. They arrived on time/ early as scheduled. Open for discussions and ideas and used the least intrusive strategies and communicated through the process. Steven did not increase cost from the initial estimate. Highly recommended.

Efficient has been a great help for our home in Westlake. I give Mario five stars for his expertise and great attitude. He is patient with tech problems and solves them every time. Highest marks.

Efficient was great to work with! Another company came out and told me I needed a new control board for my Mini-Split AC which would have been $1k+. The Efficient tech realized it was just dirty air filters and an error code. Fixed the unit in 30 minutes for just the small tech fee. I'm extremely glad I called!

Christmas Eve plumbing problems! Quickly and efficiently resolved by Raul. He arrived even though it was midnight on the holiday and we were so grateful for his professional service. Issue with the main sewer line obstruction was fixed and the household could have a Merry Christmas!

They provided a bid quickly and it was competitive with a clear idea of the project because they had done it many times before. Once the project was underway they were on time and accommodated the timing with another contractor to complete the project on time and with no issues. We highly recommend them for plumbing as well as HVAC work.

Efficient has been doing my HVAC maintenance for the last three years. The servicemen are always on time, professional, explain things easily, and always call to let you know they’re on the way. Penny in the office is extremely pleasant and am very very helpful in scheduling appointments.

Mario saved the day! My AC went out and Efficient was able to get here promptly the next morning. Mario was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and then come back the next day with the part to fix. I'm really grateful for their speedy response, and that everything is working again!
