Amazing service! I have never had a bad experience with Trusted Heating and Cooling. They respond quickly and don’t try to upsell you with ridiculous prices. I tried Goettl recently and I regret it - crazy prices, long wait times, and always trying to upsell. I’ll be sticking with Trusted Heating and Cooling from now on!

Trusted AC Heating and Cooling helped us preserve the lifespan of our 2 units for 7 years longer than expected! With this, when we were ready, they helped us upgrade. Their commitment to service and doing the right thing is impressive. Their response rate is same day, they go above and beyond to correct malfunctioning errors and they’re great about honoring manufacturers and labor warranties!!! Trusted Heating and Cooling came through for us on a Saturday when our AC went out in the middle of July! The service technician, John, came out ASAP, diagnosed the problem and even brought us two portable ACs to use in our house until the unit could be repaired. We had a good experience with our AC troubleshooting and repair. We got a text right after we contacted them through website, and that was right after midnight. They eventually scheduled a technician to come to our house the next day, found the issue and fixed it right away. Very professional and quick in their work. Would recommend.

Had a great experience replacing the HVAC unit on one of our residential rentals. Trusted Heating and Cooling was one of 4 vendors we had review the system. And they were the only one to find an otherwise obvious duct leak affecting the cooling performance and recommend an additional return to improve airflow. At an affordable cost. They replaced the system within 48 hours of signing the agreement. Impeccable speed of service. They are very professional and communicative throughout the entire process.

Aaron arrived to my home very quickly, and on a Saturday. Aaron is incredibly knowledgeable and diagnosed and fixed my HVAC issue within minutes.

John and Trusted H&C saved the day. He responded after hours, diagnosing & fixing our AC problems in the dark on a hot, August night. He also gave me tips on how to keep our system running smoothly while ensuring us that everything was good to go for years to come. Highest recommendation.

Tech was on time and did a good job. However he did forget to dial both the thermostats down resulting in upstairs getting extremely hot when we went up. Otherwise all good.

Such a great experience all around. Trusted dropped off temporary ac units after my unit went out, no questions asked (new customer, had never given them business…yet).
