I am beyond thrilled with the customer service and service experience! The gentleman that came was unbelievably kind, respectful, and knowledgeable which was not my experience with another company who had recently tried to scam me. I highly recommend this company! I will never use another plumber again.

We are a massive community of over 4,000 homes and Efficient AC, Electric & Plumbing has been such a reliable vender for the past 5 years. They have the best reps that have the best experience and knowledge to resolve a variety of issue. I am so happy we can always count on them to get us on the schedule promptly and their work is always clean and EFFICIENT! Thank you so much to the reps and the admin office who does the scheduling, everyone is always so nice and professional. We've worked with Weston who has been amazing and Aaron hopped on our community this past year and just impressed us with his hard work. This is at least the 2nd time we've dealt with Efficient Air Conditioning & Electric and our tech Jeff. Great service! Very thorough and informative. He gave us multiple options and left out the hard sell. They and he are definitely on the top of our call back list.

Jordan has been a dream to work with on getting a quote for a new AC system for my home. The quote is very detailed and he has gone above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns. To top it off, the price with offerings was really hard to beat!
The install went great, very smooth and Damien and his team were very thorough.

Came home to a hot house at 5:30pm. Called Efficient after hours and got a very quick response! Mario was out here in 30 minutes and had us up and running.. on a holiday!!! Literally took one hour from calling them to the AC running again!! Very happy with the service. We will be calling them again!

This was the first time I used Efficient. My hot water tank had a slow leak, I called at night and scheduled their visit for the next morning. Their plumber, Mike, was very polite and professional, explained what caused the problem, what he had to do and resolved it. He also took on an additional job of replacing shower cartridges. Their fees were fair. I am very satisfied with their services

Mark showed up promptly to replace our leaking water heater, installed it right the first time, and came back out to diagnose and repair some clogged valves after the installation was done. Highly recommended. Also recently had work done by Raul and Hunter to replace a main water service line that turned out to be much more work than anticipated due to the amount of rocks in our soil. Great work and great service, would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service! I called with questions and they helped answer over the phone and were able to schedule a maintenance visit within a few hours. Mario was on time and super helpful. He explained everything to me clearly and helped make the necessary adjustments to help with my problems. Highly recommend !

Efficient is amazing! Highly recommend. The motor of my inside unit died (of course, in the middle of August in Texas). These guys walked me through all the options, no pressure on choice, and were able to come in and install a new system 3 days later. There were issues with the electrical wiring at the end of the day of installation, the team stayed until 8.30 pm trying to figure it out. They came back first thing the following morning with a different part and had the system up and running by noon. The new system is great - way quieter and much more efficient than the previous one and it keeps the house at a consistent temperature. It also manages humidity impressively well. I want to point out for those doing online research before they pick a provider that this company does not advertise and consequently their price points are notably better than other area competitors. Super happy with the service, the process, and the quality of the product.

Raul did an AMAZING job. He was courteous, friendly, and most importantly, knowledgeable. Great work and thank you!

Update: after posting my review, I got a call from the owner or boss. He wanted to see if there was something they could do to remedy the situation. So they sent 2 guys out in the afternoon to dig around the wall and cut open the drain pipe. They could not do more beyond that and there was no above ground solution to the back gassing . I updated my review to reflect the extra effort after just dropping my project in the morning. If there were half stars, I would have put this experience at 2.5/5 right between could have been better and ok. On the positive side , they always showed up promptly for the appointments and the workers were courteous.

I had a complicated issue of back gassing into 2 of my bathrooms. Efficient came out to troubleshoot the issue and was only able to determine the issue with one of the bathrooms. They spent two days doing smoke tests and cutting a hole in my wall.
A week later they were supposed to come back to work the solution for the second bathroom and I took a third day off from work to be there for the work. On the scheduled third day of work, they sent a person to tell me they were not going to work on it anymore. They charged me $1500, left a hole in my wall and didn’t finish the job. They could have told me a week before that they were stumped and couldn’t do anything more so I didn’t have to take a day off from work to pay their bill. I’m a doctor who helps people get out of pain. I let them know that it was a big deal for me to cancel patients to be there for the plumbing issue. I didn't write this review without good reason. I hope someone will find this useful and not get stuck with a job half done like I did. If someone from Efficient is reading this, you need to do better.

We had a maintenace check up on our building and kudos to Evan the tech for doing an excellent job & sharing knowledge with us of what his findings were. We will be using again as they are quick & responsive. Thank you for the customer service and sales manger as well. You all Rock!

Mistakes are a part of life, and I truly appreciate how this company handled the situation. It's rare to find businesses that prioritize integrity and take responsibility like this. It's reassuring to have a dependable company to rely on for future projects.

They were wonderful in locating the problem. Slab leak. Water pressure coming from the city was at 109! Truly dedicated to find the problem and fixing it.

While working on my water heater, staff demonstrated exceptional skill and knowledge and was prompt, courteous, and clear when responding to my questions.

UPDATE: 6/2022 These guys - Nick and Evan - straight up heroes!! Our 20+ year old upstairs AC unit finally quit at the beginning of this horrendous heat wave, and these guys came out and crawled up into our tiny attic, got the big old unit out, installed the new unit and furnace when it was already 98° and got it done in one day. They were courteous and efficient and saved our lives 🥵

We have had the best service from Efficient. We have called on them over the past 10 years and have been lucky enough to work with Ernest Rodriguez, who has been with the company for 13 years and is a true gem. They are very responsive, professional, honest and get the job done without charging an arm and a leg.

2 years ago I got a cartridge replaced for $350, yesterday Efficient quoted me for $1,100. For just a tub spout replacement the quote was $542.
