Great quality work! We just had this beautiful pergola installed within a few hours. This is the second time I hire Red Oaks to build us their outstanding Pergolas. Previous home they installed a massive pergola, for the 7 years I had it, the mesh never had to get replaced. We decided to build a 15X10 in our new home and it covers a great amount of shade for our sitting area as shown. Super solid built with real wood. With my experience, this company never lost consistency in their quality, craftsmanship durability, and customer service. I strongly recommend this company.

Despite the one bad review, I was not let down by Jesus and his team. I initially had my doubts but man were my expectations exceeded!! Their craftsmanship is absolutely outstanding and they definitely stand out from the rest. I do not understand how anyone could be dissatisfied with their work, it is amazing what they do and how they manage to do it. Clean, on-time and most importantly, trustworthy.

Store Manager Andy Alvarez from the Sundland Park location in El Paso, Tx needs to improve his customer service etiquette. We asked to exchange a kitchen faucet we had purchased. He stated due to policy and procedures he was not allowed to do an exchange or refund. This was after I mentioned we needed an exchange and were interested in buying a high end dishwasher. I asked him if he was willing to lose a customer and he said that was my choice to go somewhere else but he had to stand by his policy and procedures because those were more important. I asked for his supervisors name and number. He stated this was not information he could share with me. As a retired executive for a large company I know this was not the proper way to handle this situation. I will never recommend this location.

Great place for discounts and tile tht went out of date. Overstock but they helped me find my tile and man was very helpful.

I had an excellent experience with Epoxee from start to finish. They recently came out to my home and did an outstanding job applying an epoxy floor in my garage using the “Night Fall” flake, and the results are better than I imagined.

What really stood out was their attention to detail. They didn’t cut any corners—they properly diamond cut the concrete to ensure a strong bond, took the time to restore and repair the existing cracks, and prepped everything like true professionals.

Communication was spot on throughout the whole process. They were clear, responsive, and walked me through every step. I was also really impressed with how fast they got me a quote—within the same day—and they even had availability to complete the job the very next day, which was a huge help since I needed the garage ready before moving in.

Hired Epoxee to do garage on two of my properties First property was a garage virgin concrete and they prepped the floors the right way and installed a fresh epoxy with flakes, amazing work!!

The second property some other comoany installed epoxy floors and was horrible bubbles all over the garage. Epoxee then came removed old epoxy and prepped the floors and installed the new epoxy with flakes. I will attach both projects!

Such a great experience with David, very professional and punctual! I had 2 broken cabinet doors that I wanted to replace with drawers. Everyone we contacted would schedule and never show up, would stop answering, or give just a plain "it's too small of a job!" response. David answered right away, was at my home within an hour, and they were installed within a week. I'm extremely happy with his work, communication, and professionalism!

My first experience with Wood Floors by Beto was in the early 2000's when they installed my living room floor. Then in 2007, they installed wood flooring in my master bedroom. Both experiences were professional and seamless.
Fast forward a couple of decades and a busted water heater and I am so happy to have connected with them again! Everyone in the office is so kind and professional. The work crew led by Edgar arrived promptly every day, communicated with me, and were very respectful of my home and space. I work from home and was worried about noise and/or interruption but had no reason to as the job was done by experts. Mr Stone did an outstanding job installing our quartz countertops. They came out and measured all the countertops so that everything came perfectly precut . It all came together like a puzzle. The installers were fast, polite, and cleaned up after they finished. We now have a beautiful kitchen. We highly recommend Mr. Stone.
