I ordered quartz countertops through Lowe's and the installers were 77 Stone, They cut and polished the slabs prior to installation and until my plumber came to hook up the plumbing a few days later, I thought all was well with the installation. I should have known, when on the day of installation, one of the installers came to me and said that the sink clips were too small to anchor the sink into place. My plumber was supposed to install the sink, but they did it instead that day. Because of what they said, I had my plumber order bigger sink clips, in order to secure my sink properly. Well, when my plumber arrived and looked under the sink to install the clips and reconnect my water, etc. he discovered that the installers had removed the rail on the back of the sink, so that sink clips could not be installed to secure that part of the sink. Apparently, for whatever reason, the hole cut for my sink was too small by 1/4 inch, and instead of enlarging the hole, so that the sink could be installed properly, though they were not authorized to do so, they modified my sink, so that they could install it themselves. I filed a claim with Lowe's to have them replace the sink, and the nightmare began. It has been over a month, and their representative has been reluctant to communicate, threatened to cancel my sink order, and has been rude in text messages. This company does not present as professionals. I believe that I have incurred unnecessary charges for sink clips and an extra trip by my plumber, as well as terrible customer service. Also, I found green stain on the edge of my countertop that they cut and polished, which looks terrible on my gray and white stone, and which they want to claim cannot be fixed. I would never do business with this company again

We cannot express enough how helpful Matt was to us (my wife and I). They are super professional and accommodating. We were initially going to get tile flooring but this LVP was the best decision. The flooring came in very quickly. We had absolutely no struggle with the service whatsoever. We had installed flooring for all of our downstairs and upstairs. We ordered molding for the trim and stairs. Our home looks amazing.

I had an in-wall doggy door installed by this company, and it came out wonderful! I was a little scared because I knew they were going to cut a hole in my wall, but they were extremely cautious and professional throughout the entire process. They explained all fees and the differences in the pricing if wires had to be moved. I highly recommend this company! My dog Maxileo is extremely happy with it :)

We are beyond thrilled with our new kitchen! The team at Davalos Construction LLC did an incredible job, our kitchen is absolutely beautiful. They worked quickly, were super clean throughout the entire process, and always showed up on time. What impressed us the most was how attentive they were to every detail and to our needs. Customer service that goes beyond anything I could have imagined. I ordered my truss, lumber, and window package from 84 Lumber 3 years ago. I never picked up my windows screens and figured Id reach out now to see if they still had them. Ricardo and Paul bent over backwards to help me out. All they needed was a PO and they found them... after 3 years! If that's not care for the customer, I dont know what is. Highly recommend!

After years of battling leaks myself, A&M roofing just renewed two thirds of our roof and they did a fantastic job. Everything was done very professionally from the first call for a quote, estimated date of work, and the cost exactly as quoted even though they did quite a number of extras that was not in the contract. Every text we sent was responded to within minutes. The workers arrived at 6:30 am and worked non-stop till about 6:30 pm. One third of our roof has solar panels and we never had a leak from that part so we didn't renew it, but they needed access via that roof to other parts and I was apprehensive of them moving all the material around the panels. That section of the roof (48 years old) had buckled up a bit and I was afraid with all the traffic on it that it would crack and eventually leak. However, when they were done they cleaned it and patched it up nicely, better than it was before, and it wasn't even part of their job! They replaced more wood than was in the quote, replaced a vent, a float valve in our swamp cooler and all was part of their great service without anything added to the final bill. A&M is highly recommended.

I had a issue with my garage door on a Sunday afternoon and called JJ Garage Doors and Julio answered the phone right away and I explained what my situation was he was here at my home within a couple of hours. He closed the garage door completely so nothing or no one would get in and then Julio and his crew came back a couple of days later when I was off from work and installed a brand new door with motor and rails and did an amazing job. Very professional workmanship and he arrived when he said they would and after the installation explained how to add and work the app so I may open and close my garage from anywhere. I would definitely recommend JJ Garage Door to family and friends. I thought the price was very good considering everything that had to be replaced and even coming on a Sunday. Very Happy and pleased with this job.

West side home repair was great to work with! I had reached out for help with a Spa project in my backyard. I needed a concrete pad, electrical and a crane to move the spa into the backyard. Cindy was great to work with, super communicative, and came out immediately to give me a quote and help to design/place the pad and gather requirements. Their prices are competitive and fair. Cindy and her team were great, delivered quality work, and I'm happy with the final product. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a one stop shop for any home projects you may have.
